Assembly Instructions
For Your Milking
Machine
Your machine is now ready for use. Please
proceed with the manual “HOW TO START
MILKING FOR THE FIRST TIME.”
The vacuum pump is dry and works with graphite pallets, or
vanes, that you will have to replace every 8 or 10 months
with normal usage of the machine (1-2 times per day). It is
important to clean your machine before using it. You can go
to our YouTube Channel, Mitty Supply, and watch the vid-
eo on how to clean and disinfect your machine prior to use.
The gasoline engine uses
motor oil SF 10W-30.
Please follow the instructions in the MAD DOG User Manual
(pages 22-24) to operate the gas motor on your machine.
**THIS MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE A BELT OR A
BELT TENSION BOLT.**

4. Attach the cow pulsator on the middle nozzle on
the stainless steel lid.
1. Carefully unpack the machine.
2. Install the handle with the bolt and screw using a 1/2”
wrench and/or socket.
3. Applying a little Vaseline to then end of all the hoses
and apply a little heat from a heat gun/hair dryer to
make it easier to attach them. Attach one end of the air
hose to the air hose attachment on the machine, and to
one of the nozzles on the stainless steel lid.
6. Connect the milk hose coming from the milk-
ing cluster to the last nozzle of the stainless steel
lid. Connect the pulsator hoses to the cow pulsa-
tor.
5. Place the milking cluster on the hook located on the
back of the stainless steel lid.
