Las fases de trabajo y las notas de seguridad indicadas en estas instrucciones de utilización para el
primer montaje, el montaje, el remontaje y la movimentación del portacargas tienen que ser

El portacarga está proyectado de tal manera que ningun daño al vehículo pueda occurrir después un
correcto montaje y utilización.
No se debe exceder la carga admisible del techo (75 kg).
El montaje tiene que ser realizado según las instrucciones de utilización.
Después de un viaje corto al principio y períodos de tiempo específicos, dependiendo de las
condiciones de la carretera, el perno Es necesario comprobar las conexiones y la fijación del
contenedor del techo.
Todas las uniones atornilladas y las conexiones entre los soportes y las partes asembladas tienen que
ser verificadas para un perfecto agarre antes de cada viaje y, si necesario, cerradas nuevamente.

Cada vez que se vuelven a montar los portacargas en el techo del vehiculo y después cada nueva
carga en los soportes, el portacarga y la carga tienen que ser controlados por una fijación estable para
la primera vezdespués un breve tiempo de viaje (maximo 30 minutos sobre carretera accidentada o
50km en carretera normal) y cerrados nuevamente, si necesario.
En particular durante las transmisiones más largas, las uniones atornilladas entre el portacargas y el
techo del vehiculo tienen que ser controladas por una fijación estable con intervalos regulares – pero no
más de500km – y, si necesario, cerrados nuevamente.
En carreteras accidentadas, una inspección de la unión atornillada tiene que ser repetida después de 2
horas de viaje.
Distribuir los equipajes uniformemente, manteniendo el centro de gravedad lo más bajo posible y fijar la
correa de transporte de tal manera que no se desplaze con bandas tensoras adecuatas (sin bandas
elasticas).
Se tenga en cuenta que el rendimiento de la conducción cambia en función de la carga transportada.
Si posible, evitar paradas repentinas, salidas bruscas y curvas rapidas.
La velocidad tiene que ser adaptada a las condiciones objetivas como el estado de la carretera, su
superficie, las condiciones del viento lateral, los niveles de tráfico general etc Al llevar artículos en el
techo, se deben seguir las normas de tráfico o se deben observar las normas específicas del país.
Por razones de ahorro de combustible y de seguridad de los otros usuarios de la carretera, los
elementos en el techo tienen que ser quitados del vehiculo cuando no se utilizan.
No conducir en lavados de autos con portacargas instalados.
Cuando se conduce con portacargas con y sin carga en garajes, aparcamientos de varias plantas ecc
es necesario tener en cuenta que la altura del vehículo será notablemente aumentada. Este
incumplimiento puedecausar una colisión y puede causar graves daños materiales y personales.
El modo de conducción del vehículo cambia (vulnerabilidad a los vientos laterales, comportamiento en
las curvas y en los cruces) cuando se monta el contenedor del techo, especialmente cuando está
cargado.
Se debe seguir la información declarada por el fabricante del vehículo, relativa a la carga permitida en
el techo.
Considere el peso del contenedor, ya que la carga de techo permitida es una combinación de la carga
real, añadiendo el peso de las soportes del techo y del contenedor.
El contenedor de techo debe montarse en la dirección del recorrido sin un ángulo de incidencia
positivo, para evitar cualquier aumento de las fuerzas de elevación.
