Use and assembly instructions:
Mondex-stone radiator is easy to use, pleasant and silent. It
has an electronic thermostate, which automatically adjusts
the room temperature within 0,1˚C accuracy.
Thermostate adjusts the temperature steplessly between
5-30˚C and there is also a separate, steplessly adjustable
temperature reducement 2-10˚C.
Slave (secondary heater) hasn’t got it’s own thermostate, it
is controlled with the masters (the main heater) thermostate.
Introduction and assembly:
Separate wall mounting is assembled to the wall using the
instructions and safety distances shown on the page 6 of this
manual. After the radiator has been connected, it can
switched on.
Turn the radiator on by pressing the ON/OFF swith (4) to the
position 1 and adjust the temperature adjustment ring (3) to
the wished room temperature. Set a precision thermometer to
the opposite side of the room in 1,7m height. Let the room
temperature stabilize and control the temperature from the
thermometer. In case the temperature matches to the wished
room temperature you previously adjusted, the Mondex stone
radiator is ready to be used.
In case the temperature shown in the thermometer differs from
the wished room temperature, you need to calibrate the
thermostate by following the instructions below:
1. Hold the temperature adjustment ring (3) on it’s place while
rotating the temperature range ring (2) to the value which was
shown in the thermometer. Make sure that both rings do not
rotate simultaneously!
2. After the previous preparations have been made, the
thermostate can again be adjusted to the wished room
temperature by rotating the temperature adjustment ring (3).
Cleansing and maintenance:
Mondex stone radiators are made of uncoated, polished,
natural stones. They can and should be wiped regularly with a
soft, damp cloth. Stains and dirt can be cleaned with common

The stone radiator can be tilted forward from the wall to ease
the cleaning of the metallic back cover and the wall mounting.
Unlock two bolts behind the stone and tilt the radiator gently
towards you. After cleansing press the radiator towards the
wall as long as you feel the bolts automatically locking the
radiator on its place.

Stains and dirt can be cleaned with common
detergents.
NOTICE! Do not use bleach or scouring liquids to clean your
Mondex stone radiators!

Stains and dirt can be cleaned with common
detergents.
NOTICE! Do not use bleach or scouring liquids to clean your
Mondex stone radiators!

Size and power of the marble and granit radiators are similar to the soapstone radiators.
The weight of the marble and granit radiators may slightly differ from soapstone radiators depending of
each stone.
All models 230V / 50 Hz
Assembly options:
1. Electronical thermostate 6-30˚C, temperature reducement 2-10˚C, wall mounting rack, connection case
for fixed assembly.
2. Slave (Secondary radiator), doesn’t have a thermostate, switch, sighnal light, wall mounting rack,
connection case for fixed assembly.
3. Available also with a 1,5m joinment cord and plug, also includes an electronic thermostate .
4. With a pair of accessory legs the radiator can be assembled as a free standing radiator.
This is how you calculate the needed power for your premises !
A well insulated house/apartment/room requires an estimated 25W/m³. In case the wall material is
uninsulated timber you’re recommended to have 40-50W/m³. The calculated needed power can be
exceeded, and should always be rounded up rather that rounded down to the next suitable amount
of Watts.

This manual suits for next models
