3. COMPATIBILITY:

V2017 or higher
The GSM communicator of the iThink module complies with
the communications standards: CE, GCF, China RTE, R &
TTE, PTCRB, AT & T, FCC, IC
4. SECURITY:
Before making any connections, read these instructions
carefully
Radio frequency transmitters such as the iThink module's
GSM communicator may interfere with the correct functioning
of under-protected medical equipment Before using the
iThink module GSM near medical equipment, you should
consult the responsible doctor or the manufacturer of the
medical equipment
We also advise you to keep a minimum distance of 50cm
between the GSM antenna of the iThink module and any
medical equipment (pacemaker, hearing aids, etc )
The radio transmitter contained in the GSM of the iThink
module may interfere with the navigation system and / or
aircraft communication You should not connect the GSM
from the iThink module inside aircraft
You should not use GSM from the iThink module in explosive
atmosphere environments
Never open the DIN rail support box The pening f this
may imply the l ss f warranty.
5. CONNECTIONS:

MDiBus C nnecti ns:
To connect the MDiBus, use CAT 6 UTP cable with RJ45
connectors according to EIA568A or EIA568B standards This
connection is made to the first Mordomus module
In MDiBus there sh uld be n branches.

Open-C llect r Outputs C nnecti ns:
The 8 Outputs Open Collector bus can be used using the
iRM8 module, connected according to Image 2a or with one
or several direct relays according to Image 2b
Digital Inputs C nnecti ns:
Keys must be connected in parallel, sensors with normally
closed contact (N C ) must be connected in series, sensors
with normally open contact (N O ) must be connected in
parallel, Image 2b, when there is no more than one
The counters can only be connected to the terminals (2 and
3)
12VDC P wer Supply C nnecti ns:
It is recommended to use iPSE15 power supply provided
with the iThink module This should be connected to the DC
IN of the iThink module
The power supply dedicated to the iThink module must be
supported by UPS
T uch Screen Interface C nnecti n:
The iThink module provides an Output VGA (SubD 15Pin)
and an RS232 (SubD 9Pin) port for connecting the video port
and touch communication with the touch monitor (LP-15)
LAN Netw rk C nnecti n:
The iThink module provides a LAN communications port for
connecting the Mordomus system to the home network and
the internet This port should be connected to a port on the
Network Router/Switch To configure it, you must, after
connecting to the LAN, access the operating system of the
iThink module and make the network settings, see Image 1
WLAN Netw rk C nnecti n:
The iThink module provides a WLAN communications port for
connecting the Mordomus system to the home network and
the internet through a wireless connection To configure it,
you must access the operating system of the iThink module
and perform the wireless network settings
SIM Card C nnecti n:
If your iThink module provides GSM, the SIM card must be
inserted before powering up
6. FUNCTIONING:
LEDs c de:
Orange LED intermittent: The GSM module is connected to
the network;
Red LED blinking: Status RX, sending data from MDiBus;
Green LED blinking: Status RX, receiving data from MDiBus;
Green LED ON and Red LED blinking: Updating process in
course;
Red LED ON: Module have no address
12VDC P wer Supply Interrupti n:
After an interruption of the 12VDC power supply, the iThink
module will perform a full system restart
The resetting of the module implies that the module is
switched off and when it is switched on it resets all its
previous state

responsável ou o fabrican e do equipamen o médico.
Aconselhamos ainda que se man enha uma dis ância mínima
de 50cm en re a an ena do GSM do módulo iThink e qualquer
equipamen o médico (pacemaker, aparelhos audi ivos e c).
O ransmissor de radiofrequência con ido no GSM do módulo
iThink poderá in erferir no sis ema de navegação e ou
comunicação de aeronaves. Não deve ligar o GSM do
módulo iThink no in erior de aeronaves.
Não deve u ilizar o GSM do módulo iThink em ambien es de
a mosfera explosiva.
Nunca abrir a caixa de supor e calha DIN ou violar o selo. A
abertura desta poderá implicar a perda de garantia.
5. LIGAÇÕE :

Ligação do MDiBus:
Para a ligação do MDiBus deve ser u ilizado cabo CAT 6 UTP
com conec ores RJ45 segundo as normas EIA568A ou
EIA568B. Es a ligação é fei a ao primeiro módulo Mordomus.
No MDiBus não devem existir ramificações.

Ligação das aídas Open coletor:
O barramen o de 8 Saídas Open Collec or poderá ser
aprovei ado usando o módulo iRM8, ligado de acordo com a
Imagem 2a ou com um ou vários relés dire os conforme a
Imagem 2b.
Ligação das Entradas digitais:
Teclas devem ser ligadas em paralelo, sensores com
con ac o normalmen e fechado (N.C.) devem ser ligados em
série, sensores com con ac o normalmen e aber o (N.O.)
devem ser ligados em paralelo, Imagem 2b, quando não
exis ir mais do que um.
Os con adores só podem ser ligados nos erminais (2 e 3).
Ligação da alimentação 12VDC:
Recomenda-se o uso da fon e de alimen ação iPSE1 6
fornecida com o módulo iThink. Es a deverá ser conec ada
em DC IN do módulo iThink.
A fon e alimen ação dedicada ao módulo iThink deve ser
obrigatoriamente supor ada por UPS.
Ligação monitor táctil:
O módulo iThink disponibiliza uma saída VGA (SubD 15Pin) e
uma por a RS232 (SubD 9Pin) para ligação da por a de vídeo
e comunicação ác il com o moni or ác il (LP-15).
Ligação a uma rede LAN:
O módulo iThink disponibiliza uma por a de comunicações
LAN para ligação do sis ema Mordomus à rede da casa e
In erne . Es a por a deverá ser ligada a uma por a do Rou er/
Swi ch de rede. Para a configurar deverá, depois de ligado à
rede LAN, aceder ao sis ema opera ivo do módulo iThink e
efe uar as configurações de rede, ver Imagem 1.
Ligação a uma rede WLAN:
O módulo iThink disponibiliza uma por a de comunicações
WLAN para ligação do sis ema Mordomus à rede da casa e
In erne a ravés de uma ligação sem fios. Para a configurar
deverá aceder ao sis ema opera ivo do módulo iThink e
efe uar as configurações de rede sem fios.
Ligação do Cartão IM:
Caso o seu módulo iThink disponibilize de GSM, o car ão SIM
deve ser inserido an es de realizar a alimen ação.
6. FUNCIONAMENTO:
Código de LEDs:
LED laranja intermitente: o módulo GSM es á ligado à rede;
LED vermelho intermitente: S a us RX, envio de dados do
MDiBus;
LED verde intermitente: S a us RX, receção de dados do
MDiBus;
LED verde aceso e LED vermelho intermitente: Processo
de a ualização em curso;
LED vermelho aceso: Módulo não êm endereço.
Interrupção da alimentação 12VDC:
Após uma in errupção da alimen ação 12VDC, o módulo
iThink efe uará um reinício o al de odo o sis ema.
O reinicio do modulo implica que es e se desligue e ao vol ar
a ligar reponha odo o seu es ado an erior.
