manual carefully and keep a copy for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electric appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including
the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.
2. Before connecting to the power supply, ensure that the unit is earthed and its voltage corresponds
to the voltage indicated on the power supply rating label.
3. Always disconnect appliance from the power supply when not in use or before cleaning.
4. It is recommended to use a dedicated power socket that is not shared with other electrical
appliances.
5. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse power cord, power plug, or any parts of the unit
in water or other liquids.
6. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or power plug or after it malfunctions or
has been damaged in any manner. In such a situation, it is recommended to return the unit to your
nearest Authorized Service Centre for examination, repair, or adjustment.
7. Ensure the power cord is not exposed to heat, chemicals, sharp objects, hot surfaces or anything
that may damage or affect its performance.
8. Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is operating.
9. Avoid contacting with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils
away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the
appliance.
10. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
11. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
12. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated oven.
13. Never eject beaters when the appliance is in operation.
14. Always disconnect appliance from the power supply when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning.
15. The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance, otherwise could
be damaged.
16. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
17. This appliance is only intended for indoor use. Do not operate it outdoors.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, it is recommended to
• Before assembling the appliance, ensure the power cord is unplugged from the power supply and the
speed selector is locked to the “0” position.
• Clean the beaters, dough hooks and bowl.
1. Align the hole below the back of the hand mixer with the tuber positioned on top of the base and
press down vertically with a little force.
2. Ensure it is assembled correctly (see Fig.1). To detach the hand mixer, push it in the direction of the
arrows as (see Fig.2).
3. Hold and tilt the head of the mixer and press the base switch (see Fig.3).
4. Select the proper attachments based on the task to be performed and assemble it in position.
5. Beaters are for mixing egg white or mixing other liquid.
6. Dough hooks are for kneading the dough.

7. Insert the ingredients to be blended into bowl and secure the bowl into position.
8. Lower the mixer head and press the base switch (see Fig.4).
9. Ensure that the speed selector is locked to the “0” setting & connect to power supply.
10. Set the speed selector to the desired setting and the appliance will start working.
11. There are 5 speed settings and highest speed will be achieved when the turbo button is depressed
at any time.
Warning: Do no place knife, me al spoon, fork and so on in o bowl during opera ion.
12. Do not exceed the maximum operation time of 10 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool down
between two consecutive cycles.
13. For kneading yeast & dough, operate at low speeds first and switch to higher speeds to achieve the
best results.

14. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to “0” position & unplug power cord from the
power supply
15. If necessary, scrape any excess food residues from the beaters or dough hooks with a spatula.
16. Lift the mixer head, hold the beaters/dough hooks with one hand and press the ejector button firmly
down with other hand to detach the beaters/dough hooks.

17. The hand mixer can be used separately without the base in position.
18. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE UNIT
• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning. Caution: do not immerse
the mixer in water or any other liquids.
• Wipe over the exterior surface of the mixer head and base using a damp cloth and dry off with a soft
dry cloth.
• Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
• Immerse the mixing bowl, beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water for thorough cleaning.
Rinse under running water and wipe dry. The beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher-safe.
CLEANING THE DETACHABLE STEM
• Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem.
• Wash the detachable stem under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or detergents.
After cleaning the detachable stem, place it upright so that any water which may have got in can drain
out. The stem is dishwasher-safe.
• NOTE: Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water because overtime the lubrication
on the bearings may erode.
• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly.
• Never immerse it in water for cleaning as electric shock may occur.
COOKING TIPS
• Ensure refrigerated ingredients such as butter and eggs are at room temperature before mixing
begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time.
• To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated-off eggs in your recipe, break eggs into separate
container first before adding them to the mixture.
• Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures recommended in your recipe. Fold into
dry ingredients only until just combined. Always operate at low speed.
• Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes, temperature of ingredients and their texture vary
from one area to another and all influence the required mixing time and the results achieved.
• Always start mixing at lower speed. Gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated in the
recipe.
• uick cleaning: Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water
and turn on for a few seconds.

ou can help protect the environment! Please remember to respect the local
regulations and hand in the non-functional electrical equipment and parts to an
appropriate waste disposal centre.
IMPORTANT:
• Do not exceed 15 seconds operating time without load.
• Do not exceed maximum operation of 1-minute under high speed.
• Ensure a 1-minute rest interval between two consecutive cycles.
1. Use the handle to pull the mixer head upwards and hold it in the upper most position while inserting
the blending rod and turning it clockwise until tightened.
2. To detach blending rod, press the ejector button, turn the blending rod in anticlockwise direction to
release it automatically.
3. Connect the hand-held blender’s power plug into a power supply.
4. Dial the speed selector to desired blending setting.
5. Lower the blending rod into food and depress the turbo button.
6. To stop the hand-held blender, release the turbo button.
