Never expose the inflator to rain, frost, temperatures above 30°C (86°F) or
temperatures below -30°C (-22°F).
This inflator is suitable for use with the 12 V DC power outlet in your vehicle or 120 V AC
power in your home.
For best results, it is recommended to have your vehicle running while using the inflator.
Make sure the inflator, cords and hoses are not exposed to hot objects,
oil or sharp edges.
For your own safety, you should only use accessories and parts
included with this inflator.
Do not use this inflator with vehicle power outlets other than
those rated for 12 V.

This product is equipped with a programmable pre-set digital control and automatic
inflator shut-off. The digital control with gauge can be used to monitor air pressure when
inflating your desired objects, and will automatically shut off once pre-set desired pressure
is reached.
OPERATION
Begin by plugging in the inflator to the desired power source and selecting the appropriate
source using the AC/OFF/DC selector on the top panel. The current pre-set pressure setting
is shown on the left side of the LCD screen below the set gauge icon.
Setting a pre-set pressure
The pre-set pressure setting can be adjusted by pressing the Increase or Decrease
pre-set PSI level buttons ‘+/-’. Press button ‘+’ to increase the pre-set pressure or
press button ‘-’ to decrease the pre-set pressure. Once the desired setting is
reached, stop pressing the pre-set buttons.
1
IMPORTANT
Prior to starting the inflator, always verify the current pre-set pressure setting to
prevent overinflation or underinflation.
The pre-set pressure is factory set at 0 PSI. When the pre-set pressure is at 0 PSI, the
inflator will not shut off automatically. While inflating, please monitor the current pressure
and stop the inflator manually using the start/stop button once the required pressure is
reached.
Programmable pre-set digital control
OPERATION

To scroll through PSI values more rapidly, press and hold the pre-set PSI level buttons
‘+’ or ‘-’ and release to stop.
In the process of inflating, the pre-set pressure can be adjusted. If the pre-set pressure
falls below current pressure, the inflator will stop.
This inflator will remember previous settings and stores the latest pre-set pressure. For
example, if your pre-set pressure is 35 PSI, the inflator stores the pre-set pressure at
35 PSI for the next use.
Before reaching desired pressure, the inflator can be stopped manually by pressing the
start/stop button.
4
CAUTION
To prevent overheating and damage, allow the inflator to cool for 15
minutes after 10 minutes of continuous operation.
Adjust to your desired pressure (refer to “Programmable pre-set digital control”).
Open the valve chuck by extending the lever, and then push down the open end of the
chuck onto the tire’s valve stem. Close the lever on the valve chuck to secure the
connection.
Press the Start/Stop button on the control panel ‘ ’ and the inflator will begin to
inflate.
When the tire’s pressure reaches the pre-set pressure, the inflator will stop automati-
cally. Also, the inflator can be stopped manually while inflating by pressing the
Start/Stop button again.
Remove the quick connect valve chuck from the tire and disconnect the power source.

Move the AC/OFF/DC selector to either ‘[ ]’ or ‘[ ]’.
Adjust to your desired pressure (refer to “Programmable pre-set digital control”).
Select the appropriate adaptor and open the valve chuck by extending the lever. Then
firmly insert the adaptor into the open end of the chuck.
Close the lever on the valve chuck to secure the adaptor.
Insert the adaptor onto the valve of object to be inflated.
Press the Start/Stop button on the control panel ‘ ’ and the inflator will begin to
inflate.
When the object’s pressure reaches the pre-set pressure, the inflator will stop
