• The installer must have certified professional knowledge at the level of mechanical assemblies in doors and gates
and control board programmation. He should also be able to perform electrical connections in compliance with all
applicable regulations.
• The installer should inform the customer how to handle the product in an emergency and provide him the manual.

This product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council,
of 8 June 2011, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and
electronic equipment.

CABLING CONNECTIONS
• Make the holes.
• Secure the equipment
used suitable dowels and
screws.
• Delete the SIM card PIN (Refer to the mobile phone manual you use for this purpose).
• Insert the SIM card into the M until you hear a click.
• Connect the device to the power supply.
The device will act as follows:
• LED POW and LED ACT turn on.
a • A second later, the STAT LED and the NET LED will start blinking with intervals of
second.
b • The LED NET captures GSM network and blinks with intervals of seconds.
c • Wait for the ACT LED to flash with intervals of seconds (approximately seconds after
turning on the power).
• You can start programming the device.
OPTION • Cable exits from behind,
into the wall. Use a screwdriver to
open one of the marked holes for
cable's back passage.

underneath.

The configuration of this phone number is essential so that the device can synchronize the
internal date and time. It is also essential for the proper operation of "User's control by time
limit" mode.

To activate the device output contact, you need to make a voice call device's card number. Only
users added to the device memory are allowed to activate relay output. NIn the case of users
with time limit (assuming synchronized the internal clock), you can only activate the output if
you call within this same limit set to that number. The same number with and without calling
code is understood by the device as a different number. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that
the stored memory number is exactly the same as the voice call.

the users list. 3 • Press "Yes" to confirm.2 • Press "Delete" all users.
SWITCH BETWEEN BLUETOOTH AND CALL/SMS
• When activated, this function will use a phone
call (clicking the button) to activate the relay's
output. For any configuration operation, a SMS
will be sent.
• When this function is activated, a bluetooth
connection will be used to perform any
operation.
It is recommended to activate the output via a telephone call because
communication is less susceptible to environmental interference. Bluetooth
communication, under adverse environmental conditions, may have a reduced
range (GSM behind walls, inside boxes or in a high electromagnetic noise
environment).
REMOVE USERS
• Press the indicated icon. 2 • Long press "Delete users"
button. 3 • Enter the number to
delete and press "Save".
In the iOS version it is not
possible to switch between
bluetooth and call/sms!
Delete only number: Sweep the contact you want to delete and press the
"delete" icon.

. IMPORT USERS
1 • Create a list in the Excel program taking (exactly) into account the template shown in the
image.
2 • In the first line, place (obligatorily) the headers (image 68).
3 • Format all cells for text and fill in the data.
4 • Save the file in the "CSV (Comma Separated)" format.
5 • Transfer this file to your phone and place it where you have the application installed.
CREATE A LIST OF USERS THROUGH EXCEL
1 • Select "Import". 2 • Click "Import CSV".
LOAD THE LIST AND SEND TO THE DEVICE

Anomaly Procedure Behavior Discovering the origin of the problem
I added a number
but I can not activate
the GSM output via
phone call.
Connect through the bluetooth
application to the device and list the
users.
Check if the number is listed and appears
exactly as you entered.
It does not
appear in the
list.
Try to add the number again. Check if:
• The number consists only of digits (without any space or other character).
• The phone number does not exceed 15 digits.
• The password is correct.
• The option parameter symbol is the correct one.
• You did not enter two spaces instead of one.
The number
appears in the
list and is as
entered.
• Make the phone call again.
• Check the number that made the last call.
• Compare this number with that added to the device.
I can not connect
through the
bluetooth
application.
• Check how often the ACT LED flashes.
Blinks or
times.
• There is an active Bluetooth connection on the device.
• Ensure that no other user is performing operations on the device.
• If no one else is connected, wait seconds for it to be automatically turned off.

• Make sure you can find the device by searching for devices in the bluetooth application.
• Check the strength of the bluetooth signal from where you are trying to connect through in-app search.
• Check if the distance to the device is within range and that there are no environmental barriers (eg walls) that could
degrade communication with the device.
The control by time
limit is not as defined

• Connect via bluetooth and check the
date and time set on the device.
• Set the time and date in case of an
error.
• Turn off the power.
• Turn the power back on.
• Test the limit control.
If you restart the
device (power
off and on again)
the time limit
control stops
