GETTING STARTED:
6 x Front Panel Countersunk Screws
1 x RHS Front Panel (pre-wired with all pictured inclusions)
1 x Rear Backing Panel & 3 x Button-head Screws
1 x Template Cut Out
2 x Spare Switch Covers (1 x Fridge & 1 x Inverter)

NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON INSTALLING YOUR NEW POWER PANEL TO YOUR EXISTING
MSA 4X4 EXPLORER ALUMINIUM STORAGE DRAWER SYSTEM.
1Remove the four M6 button head star bolts from the rear of the front panel FIG. 1
2Place the suppled plastic template onto the rear of your front panel. Align the template with the edges as indicated on the
template, allowing for the thickness of the carpet. FIG. 2 & FIG. 3
3Ensure that you have the template in the correct place, and without allowing it to move, mark the inside of the template with a
marker pen. FIG. 4
4Please double check that you have your panel correctly marked. Once you are sure you are correct, you can now cut around
the template line that you have made with a jigsaw. FIG. 5

POWER PANEL INSTALLATION
5Feed your Power Panel through the back of the carpeted MSA 4X4 Drawer Front Panel, and check for correct alignment and
fit. If you are happy with its position, use the 6-supplied stainless steel countersunk screws, to secure the power panel into
place. FIG. 6, FIG. 7 & FIG. 8
6Turning the carpeted Panel over, place the MSA 4X4 moulded Backing Cover into place, and secure with the 3 supplied
stainless steel button head screws. FIG. 9 & FIG. 10
7Install the “C” Clips that were supplied with the MSA 4X4 Drawer System, and your panel is now ready to wire up. FIG. 11

WIRING UP YOUR POWER PANEL
8When installing accessories, please take note of the wire diagram attached on the end of the fitted wires. These relate to the
fitted switches. FIG. 12 & FIG. 13

Note: MSA 4X4 recommends that all electrical
accessories are individually fused and wired
through individual relays.

CHANGING SWITCH COVERS
9If changing the switch covers, carefully pull the cover you wish to change o by holding the switch body in place and pulling
the switch from the top. Once it is free, simply replace with the cover of your choice from the two-supplied, and firmly press

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Wipe down powder coated aluminium panels with clean, warm,
soapy water using a sof cloth.
Do not use harsh chemicals or thinner-based cleaners on your
MSA 4X4 Power Panel.
If aluminium panels are gorged, chipped or scratched, try
touching up the area with closely matching paint.
