Youneedtoinstall the driverforRealtekALC888codectofunctionproperlybefore
youcangetaccess to2-,4-,6-,8-channelor7.1+2channelaudiooperations.
Followthe proceduresdescribedbelowtoinstallthedriversfordifferentoperating
systems.
Installation forWindows2000/XP/Vista
ForWindows 2000,youmustinstall Windows 2000 ServicePack4orlaterbefore
installing thedriver.ForWindows XP, you mustinstall Windows XP ServicePack1
orlaterbeforeinstalling thedriver.
The following illustrationsarebasedon Windows XP environmentand couldlook
slightlydifferentif you install thedriversin differentoperating systems.
