1. Allgemeine Beschreibung

Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige

Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den

technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster

Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der

höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss

auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend

2. Nutzungssicherheit

Elektrische Geräte:

ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und

alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu elektrischen

Schlägen, Feuer und / oder schweren Verletzungen

bis hin zum Tod führen.

Der Begri "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen

und Beschreibung des Handbuchs bezieht sich auf das

Batterieladegerät. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in Räumen

mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit / in unmittelbarer Nähe

von Wasserbehältnissen. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht nass

werden. Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Lufteingänge

und Luftausgänge nicht abdecken. Legen Sie keine Hände

oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät!

2.1 Elektrische Sicherheit

a) Der Gerätestecker muss mit der Steckdose kompatibel

sein. Ändern Sie den Stecker in keiner Weise. Original-

Stecker und passende Steckdosen vermindern das

Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.

b) Vermeiden Sie das Berühren von geerdeten

Bauteilen wie Rohrleitungen, Heizkörpern, Öfen und

Kühlschränken. Es besteht das erhöhte Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags, wenn Ihr Körper durch nasse

Oberächen und in feuchter Umgebung geerdet ist.

Wasser, das in das Gerät eintritt, erhöht das Risiko von

Beschädigungen und elektrischen Schlägen.

2.3 Persönliche Sicherheit

a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der

Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn diese

die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränken.

b) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren

gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des

Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während

der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

c) Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür geeignet, durch

Personen, einschließlich Kindern, mit eingeschränkten

physischen, sinnlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten,

sowie mangelnder Erfahrung und/oder mangelndem

Wissen benutzt zu werden. Als Ausnahme gilt, wenn

diese durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person

beaufsichtigt werden, oder Gebrauchsanweisungen

erhalten haben

d) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Halten Sie

Balance und Gleichgewicht während der Arbeit. Dies

gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im

Falle unerwarteter Situationen.

c) Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht in unsachgemäßer

Weise. Verwenden Sie es niemals zum Tragen

des Geräts oder zum Herausziehen des Steckers.

Halten Sie das Kabel von Hitze, Öl, scharfen Kanten

oder beweglichen Teilen fern. Beschädigte oder

geschweißte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags.

d) Wenn sich die Verwendung des Geräts in feuchter

Umgebung nicht verhindern lässt, verwenden Sie einen

Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD). Mit einem RCD

verringert sich das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.

2.2. Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut

beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung

können zu Unfällen führen. Seien Sie voraussichtig,

beobachten Sie, was getan wird und bewahren

Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand bei der

Verwendung des Gerätes.

b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeten

Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von brennbaren

Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte können unter

Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche Staub oder

Dämpfe entzünden können.

c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte das

Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer autorisierten

Person gemeldet werden.

d) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an den

Service des Herstellers.

e) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen

auf eigene Faust durch!

f) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur

Pulver-Feuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)

verwenden.

g) Kinder und Unbefugte dürfen am Arbeitsplatz nicht

anwesend sein. (Unachtsamkeit kann zum Verlust der

Kontrolle über das Gerät führen)

h) Beim Laden setzt die Batterie Gase frei, die

explosionsgefährlich sein können. Vermeiden Sie den

Kontakt mit Funken und Feuer.

2.4. Sichere Anwendung des Geräts

a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie

geeignete Werkzeuge für die entsprechende

Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der

sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führt zu besseren

Arbeitsergebnissen.

b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-

Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,

die per Schalter nicht gesteuert werden können sind

gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.

c) Vor dem Einstellen, dem Auswechseln von Zubehör

oder dem Beiseitelegen von Werkzeug, ziehen Sie den

Stecker aus der Steckdose. Eine solche vorbeugende

Maßnahme verringert das Risiko einer versehentlichen

Inbetriebnahme.

d) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen

aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät selbst, noch

die entsprechende Anleitung kennen. In den Händen

unerfahrener Personen können derlei Geräte eine

Gefahr darstellen

e) Halten Sie das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand.

Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Arbeit, ob allgemeine

Schäden vorliegen oder Schäden an beweglichen

Teilen (Bruch von Teilen und Komponenten oder

andere Bedingungen, die den sicheren Betrieb der

Maschine beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines

Schadens muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur

gegeben werden.

f) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von

Kindern.

g) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen nur

von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit Original-

Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die

Sicherheit bei der Nutzung gewährleistet.

h) Um die vorgesehene Betriebsintegrität des Gerätes

zu gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten

Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.

i) Laden Sie keine Einwegbatterien auf!

j) Laden Sie niemals beschädigte oder defekte Batterien

auf!

k) Laden Sie niemals eingefrorene Batterien auf!

l) Schützen Sie das Gerät vor widrigen

Witterungsbedingungen, insbesondere vor

Niederschlägen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in gut

gelüfteten Räumen.

m) Schalten Sie das Ladegerät immer aus, wenn Sie

Ladekabel an die Batterie anschließen oder von der

Batterie trennen.

n) Legen Sie den Akku niemals direkt unter oder auf

das Batterie-Ladegerät. Stellen Sie das Ladegerät so

weit wie möglich von der Batterie entfernt auf. Das

Batterie-Ladegerät kann eine Funkenquelle sein oder

ein Lichtbogen erzeugen.

o) Stellen Sie das Batterie-Ladegerät nicht unter die

Motorhaube des Fahrzeugs.

3. Nutzungsbedingungen

Das Ladegerät ist ein Gerät zum Laden von Batterien und

Akkus. Der Hauptzweck des S-CHARGER-5S1A-Modells

ist das Wiederauaden der Batterie zwecks Wartung und

Aufrechterhaltung eines guten Zustands.

Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung

haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.2 Vorbereitung zum Betrieb / Arbeit mit dem Gerät

• Schließen Sie das Kabel mit der roten Klemmleiste an

den Pluspol (+) der Batterie an.

• Schließen Sie das Kabel mit der schwarzen Klemmleiste

an den Minuspol (-) der Batterie an.

• Schließen Sie das Ladegerät an das Stromnetz an.

• Das Ladegerät erkennt automatisch den Typ, die

Spannung und die Kapazität des angeschlossenen

Akkus, indem es seine Betriebsart anpasst.

• Wenn alles korrekt funktioniert, schaltet sich die

Ladelampe (1) ein. Bei voller Ladung leuchtet die LED

(3) auf.

• Die stetige LED (2) zeigt an, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten

ist.

• 12V-Batterien kann der Benutzer zwischen drei

Lademodi wählen: Schnell-, Langsam – oder

Wintermodus. Der Modus wird durch Drücken der

Betriebsmodusauswahltaste (5) ausgewählt.

• Das Display zeigt die aktuellen Batterieparameter an,

d.h. Spannung und Ladezustand sowie die aktuelle

Betriebsart. Wenn einer der Fehler auftritt, wird das

Symbol (E) oder (G) – je nach dem Grund – auf dem

Bildschirm angezeigt.

• Nach Erkennen der Batteriespannung leuchtet eine der

LEDs – (7) oder (9) – auf.

• Im Falle einer 12V-Batterie kann der Benutzer den

Wintermodus wählen, der zum Auaden der Batterien

bei einer Umgebungstemperatur zwischen -5°C und

20°C empfohlen wird. Der Modus wird durch Drücken

der Betriebsmodusauswahltaste (5) ausgewählt.

• Während des Ladevorgangs blinkt die Diode (6),

wenn die Batterie vollständig geladen ist, leuchtet sie

kontinuierlich.

• Diese LED (10) zeigt an, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten ist.

ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE

• Schließen Sie die Kabel an und ziehen Sie sie nur bei

ausgeschaltetem Ladegerät ab!

• Wenn die Batterie richtig aufgeladen ist, schalten

Sie das Ladegerät aus und ziehen Sie dann die

Batteriekabel in folgender Reihenfolge ab: Zuerst

wird der Klemmbügel am Pol mit der gleichen

Polarität wie die Fahrzeugkarosserie abgeschraubt

(üblicherweise der Minuspol, es gibt aber auch

Modelle mit einer positiven Polarität)

• Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Laden immer, dass

die Kapazität der Batterie mit den Angaben in der

Tabelle für das jeweilige Modell des Ladegeräts

übereinstimmt.

• Entfernen Sie vor dem Laden der Batterie immer die

Zielkappen und kontrollieren Sie den Elektrolytstand.

Die Flüssigkeit in den Zellen sollte das Batteriebett

abdecken. Wenn die Flüssigkeitsmenge zu gering ist,

verfahren Sie entsprechend der Anweisungen und

Empfehlungen des Batterieherstellers. Vorsicht, der

Elektrolyt ist stark ätzend und kann bei Berührung

mit der Haut zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

• Halten Sie die Klemmbügel sauber. Verschmutzte

Klemmbereiche können das Laden der Batterie

erschweren oder unmöglich machen. Überprüfen Sie

außerdem immer den Batteriezustand, so dass der

Anschlusspunkt der Klemmen sauber ist.

• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt zwischen den

Klemmbügeln bei eingeschaltetem Ladegerät.

• Starten Sie den Fahrzeugmotor nicht, während

Sie den Akku mit einem Ladegerät laden. Es wird

empfohlen, die Batterie während des Ladevorgangs

zu trennen.

• Ein weiteres Auaden der bereits geladenen Batterie

kann zur Abgasung der darin enthaltenen Flüssigkeit

führen, wovon der charakteristische "kochende"

Klang zeugt. Unterbrechen Sie den Ladevorgang

sofort, da sonst die Batterie beschädigt werden kann.

• Die Ladezeit der Batterie hängt vom Grad ihrer

Entladung und der Kapazität ab. Die geschätzte

Batterieladezeit bis auf ca. 80% kann mit folgender

Formel berechnet werden:

4. Reinigung und Wartung

•Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung,

bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen.

•Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche

ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.

•Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,

vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung

geschütztem Ort auf.

•Es ist untersagt die Maschine mit Wasserstrahlen zu

besprühen.

2. Usage safety

Electrical equipment:

ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all

instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and

instructions may result in an electric shock, re and/

or serious injury or even death.

Whenever "device" or "product" are used in the warnings

and instructions, it shall mean Car battery charger. Do not

use in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity of

water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet. Risk of

electric shock! Do not cover air inlets / outlets. When in

use, do not put your hands or other items inside the device!

2.1. Electrical safety

a) The plug has to t the socket. Do not modify the plug

in any way. Using original plugs and matching sockets

reduces the risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,

heaters, boilers and fridges. There is an increased risk

of electric shock if the earthed device is exposed to

rain, in direct contact with a wet surface or operating

in a humid environment. Water ingression into the

device increases the risk of damage to the device and

of electric shock.

3.2 Preparing for use / Device use

• Connect the lead with the red clamp to the positive (+)

battery terminal

• Connect the lead with the black clamp to the negative

(-) battery terminal

• Connect the battery charger to a power source.

• The charger automatically recognizes the type, voltage

and capacity of the connected battery by adapting its

operating mode.

will light up. When fully charged, the diode (3) will light

up.

• The lighting diode (2) indicates that an error has

occurred.

• In the case of 12V batteries, the user has the option

of choosing one of three charging modes: fast, slow

or winter mode. The mode is selected by pressing the

operating mode selection button (5).

• The display shows the current battery parameters,

i.e. voltage and charge level as well as the current

operating mode. If one of the errors occurs, the icon

(E) or (G) will appear on the screen depending on the

reason

• After recognizing the battery voltage, one of the diodes

(7) or (9) will light up.

• In the case of the 12V battery, the user can choose

the winter mode recommended for recharging the

batteries at an ambient temperature between -20°C to

5°C. The mode is selected by pressing the operating

mode selection button (5).

• During charging, the diodes (6) blink, whereas when

the battery is fully charged already, they light up in the

continuous mode.

• The lighting diode (10) informs that an error has

occurred.

USE GUIDELINES

• Connect and disconnect leads with the batterycharger

switched o!

• Once the battery is fully charged, switch o the battery

charger and only then disconnect the leads from the

battery in the following order: rst disconnect the

clamp on the terminal with the same charge as the

vehicle body (in most cases this will be the negative

terminal, however there are vehicles with a positive

charge)

• Before charging a battery always check whether its

capacity is compatible with the charger. See technical

data tables for the given battery charger model.

2.3 Personal safety

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the

inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which

can signicantly impair the ability to operate the

device.

b) When working with the device, use common sense

and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst

using the device may lead to serious injuries.

c) This device is not intended to be used by persons

(including children) with limited physical, sensory

or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/

or knowledge, unless they are supervised by

a person responsible for their safety or have received

instruction from this person as to how the device is

used.

d) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the

device keep your balance and remain stable at all

times. This will ensure better control over the device

in unexpected situations.

2.4. Safe device use

a) Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools for

the given task. A correctly selected device will perform

the task for which it was designed better and in a safer

manner.

c) Use the cable only in accordance with its designated

use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the

plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat

sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged

or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

d) If using the device in a humid environment cannot

be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should be

applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric

shock.

2.2. Safety at the workplace

a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.

A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.

Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is

going on and use common sense when working with

the device.

b) Do not use the device in an explosion hazard zone,

for example in the presence of ammable liquids,

gasses or dust. The device generates sparks which

may ignite dust or fumes.

c) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,

immediately switch the device o and report it to

a supervisor without delay.

d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation

of the device, contact the manufacturer's support

service.

e) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the

device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

f) If a re starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide

(CO2) re extinguishers suitable for use on live

devices to put it out.

g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden

from entering a work station. (A distraction may

result in a loss of control over the device)

h) When charging batteries emit gasses which might be

explosive. Avoid contact with sparks and re.

b) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not

function properly (does not switch the device on and

o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o

using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not

be operated and have to be repaired.

c) Make sure the plug is disconnected from the

socket before attempting any adjustments, tool

replacements or before putting the device aside.

Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally

activating the device.

d) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from

children and people not familiar with the device, who

have not read the user manual. The device may pose

a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.

e) Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before

each use check for general damage and especially

check for cracked parts or elements and for any other

conditions which may impact the safe operation of

the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the

device for repair before use.

f) Keep the device out of the reach of children.

g) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by

qualied persons, only using original spare parts. This

will ensure safe use.

h) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do

not remove factory tted guards and do not loosen

any screws.

i) Do not charge disposable batteries!

j) Do not charge faulty or damaged batteries.

k) Do not charge a frozen battery.

l) Protect the device against the elements, especially

rainfall. Use the device in well ventilated premises

only.

m) Make sure the battery charger is disconnected from

a power source when connecting leads to a battery.

n) Never place a battery right under or on top of the

battery charger. Place the battery charger as far away

from the battery as possible. The battery charger may

be a source of sparks or generate an electric arc

The charger is a device designed for charging batteries and

accumulators. The main purpose of the S-CHARGER-5S1A

model is recharging the battery for its maintenance and

maintaining good condition.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from

nonintended use of the device.

• Always before beginning to charge a classic battery,

remove the cell covers and the verify the level of

electrolytes. The liquid in the cells should cover the

battery plates. If liquid levels are too low, follow

battery manufacturer instructions and guidelines.

Exercise caution, the electrolyte is highly corrosive

and may cause acute irritations in contact with skin.

• Keep clamps clean. Soiled clamps may prevent or

obstruct charging the battery. Always check the state

of the battery to ensure the clamp connection points

are clean.

• Prevent the clamps from touching one another when

the battery charger is on.

• Do not start the vehicle engine in the course

of charging the battery with a charger. It is

recommended to disconnect the battery for the

period of charging.

• Further charging of the battery may cause the

battery liquid to emit gas, which is indicated by

a characteristics "boiling" sound. Cease charging

immediately to avoid damaging the battery.

• The battery charging period depends on the degree

of discharging and capacity. Estimated battery

charging time up to ca. 80% can be calculated using

the following formula:

• Przewód z czerwoną klamrą zaciskową podłączyć do

bieguna dodatniego (+) baterii

• W przypadku baterii 12V użytkownik ma możliwość

wyboru jednego z trzech trybów ładowania: szybkie,

wolne lub tryb zimowy. Tryb wybiera się poprzez

przyciskanie przycisku wyboru trybu pracy (5).

• Wyświetlacz wskazuje aktualne parametry baterii tj.

napięcie i poziom naładowania oraz aktualny tryb

pracy. W przypadku wystąpienia jednego z błędów, na

ekranie pojawi się ikonka (E) lub (G) w zależności od

przyczyny.

• Po rozpoznaniu napięcia akumulatora zaświeci się

jedna z diod: (7) albo (9).

• W przypadku akumulatora 12V, użytkownik ma

możliwość wybrania trybu zimowego zalecanego do

doładowywania akumulatorów przy temperaturze

otoczenia pomiędzy -20°C a 5°C. Tryb wybiera się

poprzez przyciskanie przycisku wyboru trybu pracy (5).

• Podczas ładowania diody (6) mrugają, natomiast

jeśli bateria jest już w pełni naładowana to świecą się

w trybie ciągłym.

• Świecąca się dioda (10) informuje o wystąpieniu błędu.

2.3 Bezpieczeństwo osobiste

a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia

w stanie zmęczenia, choroby, pod wpływem alkoholu,

narkotyków lub leków, które ograniczają w istotnym

stopniu zdolności obsługi urządzenia.

b) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym

rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila

nieuwagi podczas pracy, może doprowadzić do

poważnych obrażeń ciała.

c) Urządzenie nie jest przeznaczone do tego, by było

użytkowane przez osoby (w tym dzieci) o ograniczonych

funkcjach psychicznych, sensorycznych

2.1. Bezpieczeństwo elektryczne

a) Wtyczka urządzenia musi pasować do gniazda.

Nie modykować wtyczki w jakikolwiek sposób.

Oryginalne wtyczki i pasujące gniazda zmniejszają

ryzyko porażenia prądem.

b) Unikaj dotykania uziemionych elementów, takich jak

rury, grzejniki, piece i lodówki. Istnieje zwiększone

ryzyko porażenia prądem, jeśli twoje ciało jest

uziemione i dotyka urządzenia narażonego na

bezpośrednie działanie deszczu, mokrej nawierzchni

i pracy w wilgotnym otoczeniu. Przedostanie się wody

do urządzenia zwiększa ryzyko jego uszkodzenia oraz

porażenia prądem.

c) Nie należy używać przewodu w sposób niewłaściwy.

Nigdy nie używaj go do przenoszenia urządzenia lub

do wyciągania wtyczki z gniazda. Trzymaj przewód

z dala od źródeł ciepła, oleju, ostrych krawędzi

lub ruchomych części. Uszkodzone lub poplątane

przewody zwiększają ryzyko porażenia prądem.

d) Jeśli nie można uniknąć używania urządzenia

w środowisku wilgotnym, należy stosować wyłącznik

różnicowo-prądowy (RCD). Używanie RCD zmniejsza

ryzyko porażenia prądem.

2.2. Bezpieczeństwo w miejscu pracy

a) Utrzymuj porządek w miejscu pracy i dobre

oświetlenie. Nieporządek lub złe oświetlenie może

prowadzić do wypadków. Należy być przewidującym,

obserwować co się robi i zachowywać rozsądek

podczas używania urządzenia.

wybuchem, na przykład w obecności łatwopalnych

cieczy, gazów lub pyłów. Urządzenia wytwarzają iskry,

gaszenia urządzenia pod napięciem należy używać

wyłącznie gaśnic proszkowych lub śniegowych (CO2).

g) Na stanowisku pracy nie mogą przebywać dzieci

ani osoby nieupoważnione. (Nieuwaga może

spowodować utratę kontroli nad urządzeniem.)

h) Podczas ładowania bateria wydziela gazy, które mogą

być wybuchowe. Unikać kontaktu z iskrami oraz

ogniem.

doświadczenia i/lub wiedzy, chyba że są one

nadzorowane przez osobę odpowiedzialną za ich

bezpieczeństwo lub otrzymały od niej wskazówki

upewnij się, że przełącznik jest w pozycji wyłączonej

2.4. Bezpieczne stosowanie urządzenia

a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi

odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo

dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej

pracę dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.

b) Nie należy używać urządzenia jeśli przełącznik ON/

OFF nie działa sprawnie (nie załącza i nie wyłącza

się). Urządzenia, które nie mogą być kontrolowane

za pomocą przełącznika są niebezpieczne, nie mogą

pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.

c) Przed przystąpieniem do regulacji, wymiany osprzętu

lub odłożeniem narzędzia należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę

z gniazda. Taki środek zapobiegawczy zmniejsza

ryzyko przypadkowego uruchomienia.

d) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać

w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób

nie znających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji

obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach

niedoświadczonych użytkowników.

e) Utrzymuj urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.

Sprawdzaj przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada

uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami

ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub wszelkie

inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na bezpieczne

działanie urządzenia). W przypadku uszkodzenia,

oddaj urządzenie do naprawy przed użyciem.

iskier lub wytworzyć łuk elektryczny

samochodu.

3.Zasady użytkowania

Prostownik jest urządzeniem przeznaczonym do ładowania

baterii i akumulatorów. Głównym przeznaczeniem modelu

S-CHARGER-5S1A jest doładowywanie baterii celem jej

konserwacji i utrzymywania dobrej kondycji.

PAMIĘTAJ! należy chronić dzieci i inne osoby

postronne podczas pracy urządzeniem.

Wskazówki użytkowania

• Przewody należy podłączać i rozłączać tylko

i wyłącznie przy wyłączonym prostowniku!

• Gdy bateria zostanie należycie naładowana należy

wyłączyć prostownik, a później dopiero odpiąć

przewody od baterii w następującej kolejności:

najpierw odpina się klamrę zaciskową na biegunie

o tej samej polaryzacji jaką wykazuje karoseria

pojazdu (zwykle jest to biegun ujemny, aczkolwiek

zdarzają się modele aut o dodatniej polaryzacji)

• Zawsze przed rozpoczęciem ładowania baterii

należy zwerykować, czy jej pojemność jest zgodna

z danymi podanymi w tabeli danych technicznych

dla konkretnego modelu prostownika.

• Zawsze przed rozpoczęciem ładowania baterii

obsługowej należy zdjąć przykrywki cel oraz

zwerykować poziom elektrolitów. Płyn w celach

powinien przykrywać płyty baterii. W przypadku zbyt

małej ilości płynu postępować wg. instrukcji i zaleceń

producenta baterii. Zachować ostrożność, elektrolit

jest wysoce żrący i w kontakcie ze skórą może

spowodować poważne obrażenia.

• Utrzymywać klamry zaciskowe w czystości.

Zabrudzone klamry mogą utrudniać, bądź

uniemożliwiać naładowanie baterii. Dodatkowo

zawsze kontrolować stan baterii, aby miejsce

przyłączenia klamry było czyste.

• Unikać kontaktu klamr zaciskowych ze sobą w czasie

gdy prostownik jest włączony.

• Nie uruchamiać silnika pojazdu w czasie ładowania

akumulatora prostownikiem. Zaleca się odłączyć

akumulator na czas ładowania.

• Dalsze ładowanie naładowanej baterii może

spowodować gazowanie płynu, którym jest

wypełniona o czym świadczy charakterystyczny

dźwięk „wrzenia”. Ładowanie należy natychmiast

zakończyć, w przeciwnym wypadku bateria może

ulec uszkodzeniu.

• Czas ładowania baterii jest uzależniony od stopnia

jej rozładowania oraz pojemności. Szacunkowy czas

ładowania baterii do ok. 80% można obliczyć za

pomocą poniższego wzoru:

2. Bezpečnost používání

Elektrická zařízení:

POZNÁMKA! Přečtěte si tento návod včetně všech

bezpečnostních pokynů. Nedodržování návodu

a pokynů může vést k úrazu elektrickým proudem,

požáru a/nebo těžkému úrazu nebo smrti.

Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních

pokynech a návodu se vztahuje na Nabíječka na baterie.

Zařízení nepoužívejte v prostředí s velmi vysokou vlhkostí/

v přímé blízkosti nádrží s vodou. Zařízení nenořte do vody.

Nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým proudem! Nezakrývejte

vstupní a výstupní otvory vzduchu. Pokud je zařízení

v provozu, nevkládejte do ně jen ruce ani jiné předměty!

2.1 Elektrická bezpečnost

a) Zástrčka zařízení musí odpovídat zásuvce. Zástrčku

neupravujte žádným způsobem. Originální zástrčky

a příslušné zásuvky snižují nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem.

b) Nedotýkejte se uzemněných předmětů jako jsou

trubky, topidla, kamna a chladničky. Pokud je

zařízení uzemněno, existuje zvýšené nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem v následku působení deště,

mokrého povrchu a práce se zařízením ve vlhkém

prostředí. Proniknutí vody do zařízení zvyšuje

nebezpečí jeho poškození a úrazu elektrickým

proudem.

c) Napájecí kabel nepoužívejte na jiné účely, než na

které je určen. Nikdy jej nepoužívejte k přenášení

zařízení nebo k vytahování zástrčky ze síťové

zásuvky.

• Pokud vše funguje správně, rozsvítí se kontrolka

nabíjení (1). Po úplném nabití se rozsvítí kontrolka (3).

• Svítící kontrolka (2) indikuje vznik chyby.

• V případě baterií 12V můžete vybrat jeden ze tří

režimů nabíjení: rychlý, pomalý nebo zimní. Režim

vyberete stlačováním tlačítka výběru provozního

režimu (5).

• Na displeji se zobrazují aktuální parametry baterie, tj.

napětí a úroveň nabití a také aktuální provozní režim.

V případě výskytu jedné z chyb se na obrazovce

zobrazí ikona (E) nebo (G) v závislosti na příčině.

• Po rozpoznání napětí baterie se rozsvítí jedna

z kontrolek: (7) nebo (9).

• V případě baterie 12 V můžete vybrat režim zimní

doporučený pro dobíjení baterií při teplotě prostředí

mezi -20°C a 5°C. Režim vyberete stlačováním tlačítka

výběru provozního režimu (5).

• Během nabíjení blikají kontrolky (6), pokud je baterie

úplně nabitá, rozsvítí se trvale.

• Svítící kontrolka (10) indikuje výskyt chyby.

POKYNY K POUŽÍVÁNÍ

• Kabely připojujte a odpojujte pouze a výlučně při

vypnuté nabíječce!

• Když je baterie dostatečně dobitá, vypněte nabíječku

a teprve pak odpojte kabely od baterie v následujícím

pořadí: nejprve odpojte svorku na pólu se stejnou

polaritou, jakou má karoserie vozidla (obvykle je to

záporný pól, ačkoli jsou modely vozidel s kladnou

polaritou).

• Před zahájením nabíjení baterie vždy zkontrolujte,

zda je její kapacita shodná s údaji uvedenými

v tabulce technických údajů pro konkrétní model

nabíječky.

• Před zahájením nabíjení údržbové baterie vždy

vyšroubujte zátky komor a zkontrolujte hladinu

elektrolytů. Hladina elektrolytu v komorách musí být

nad destičkami baterie. Pokud je kapaliny příliš málo,

postupujte podle návodu a pokynů výrobce baterie.

Buďte opatrní, elektrolyt je vysoce leptavý a při styku

s kůží může způsobit vážné poranění.

• Svorky udržujte v čistotě. Znečištěné svorky mohou

ztížit nebo znemožnit nabití baterie. Navíc vždy

kontrolujte stav baterie, aby místo připojení svorky

bylo vždy čisté.

• Svorky nedávejte k sobě, když je nabíječka zapnutá.

• Nestartujte motor s připojenou nabíječkou. Při

nabíjení odpojte baterii od vozidla.

• Další nabíjení nabité baterie může způsobit odpaření

elektrolytu z baterie, což doprovází charakteristický

zvuk „vření“. Nabíjení ihned ukončete, jinak se může

baterie poškodit.

• Doba nabíjení baterie závisí na stavu jejího nabití a na

její kapacitě. Odhadovaný čas nabíjení baterie asi

na 80 % můžete vypočítat pomocí níže uvedeného

vzorce:

2.3 Osobní bezpečnost

a) Nepoužívejte elektrické nářadí, jste-li unaveni

nebo pod vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které

významně snižují schopnost ovládat zařízení.

b) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se

zdravým rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci

může vést k vážnému úrazu.

c) Zařízení není vhodné k tomu, aby bylo používáno

osobami (včetně dětí) s omezenými fyzickými

senzorickými a mentálními funkcemi, nebo osobami

bez příslušných zkušeností a/nebo znalostí, pakliže

nejsou tyto osoby pod dohledem osoby zodpovědné

za jejich bezpečí nebo od této osoby obdržely

pokyny týkající správného používání zařízení

d) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní

postoj a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám

umožní lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných

situacích.

2.4 Bezpečné používání zařízení

a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte

vždy správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí

lépe a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo

navrženo.

b) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí a/

nebo vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení,

které nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí

být opraveno.

Držte jej mimo dosah tepla, oleje, ostrých hran nebo

rotujících dílů. Poškozené nebo zamotané elektrické

napájecí kabely zvyšují nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým

proudem.

d) Pokud není možné vyhnout se práci se zařízením

ve vlhkém prostředí, používejte přitom proudový

chránič (RCD). Používání RCD snižuje nebezpečí

úrazu elektrickým proudem.

2.2. Bezpečnost na pracovišti

a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a dobré osvětlení.

Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou vést

k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se během

práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením vždy

zachovávejte zdravý rozum.

b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,

například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů

nebo prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které

může dojít ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.

c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo

je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste

autorizované osobě.

d) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje

správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.

e) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.

Opravy neprovádějte sami!

f) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod

napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové

hasicí přístroje (CO2).

g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané

osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly

nad zařízením)

h) Během nabíjení se z baterie uvolňují plyny, které

mohou být výbušné. Zabraňte styku s jiskrami

a ohněm.

c) Vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky před jakýmkoliv

seřízením, výměnou příslušenství nebo odložením

zařízení. Toto opatření snižuje riziko náhodného

zapnutí.

d) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí

a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo

návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v rukou

nezkušených uživatelů.

e) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.

Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav

i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém

stavu, a nehrozí tak uživateli při práci se zařízením

žádné nebezpečí. V případě zjištění poškození nechte

zařízení opravit.

f) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.

g) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět pouze

kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití originálních

náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání zařízení.

h) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity zařízení

neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty nebo

neuvolňujte šrouby

i) Nenabíjejte baterie pro jednorázové použití!

j) Nikdy nenabíjejte poškozené nebo nefunkční baterie.

k) Nenabíjejte zmrazenou baterii

l) Nabíječku chraňte proti nepříznivým atmosférickým

podmínkám, zejména dešti. Používejte pouze v dobře

větraných prostorech

m) Nepoužívanou nabíječku nikdy nenechávejte

připojenou k napájení

n) Baterii nikdy nestavějte přímo na nabíječku nebo pod

ni. Nabíječku vždy umístěte co nejdále od baterie.

Nabíječka může být zdroje jisker nebo se může

vytvořit elektrický oblouk.

o) Nabíječku nikdy nedávejte pod kapotu vozidla.

3. Zásady používání

Nabíječka je zařízení určené pro nabíjení autobaterií

(akumulátorů). Model S-CHARGER-5S1A je určen pro stálé

udržování baterie v dobré kondici.

Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku

použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.

PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti

a jiné nepovolané osoby.

4. Čištění a údržba

•Před každým čištěním a také tehdy, když zařízení

nepoužíváte, vytáhněte síťovou zástčku ze zásuvky.

•K čištění povrchu používejte výhradně prostředky

neobsahující žíravé látky.

•Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,

chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu

svitu.

•Žádném případě přístroj nelze mýt vodou.

3.2 Préparation au fonctionnement / Travail avec l'appareil

• Connectez le câble avec la pince rouge à la borne

positive (+) de la batterie.

• Connectez le câble avec la pince noire à la borne

négative (-) de la batterie.

• Branchez le chargeur au réseau électrique.

• Le chargeur reconnaît automatiquement le type, la

tension et la capacité de l'accumulateur connecté et

adapte son mode de fonctionnement.

• Lorsque tout fonctionne correctement, la lampe

de chargement (1) s'allume. Lorsque la batterie est

complètement rechargée, la LED (3) s'allume.

• La LED (2) permanente montre qu'une erreur s'est

produite.

• Avec les batteries 12V, l'utilisateur peut choisir entre

trois modes de chargement: rapide, lent et mode «

hiver ». Le mode est sélectionné en appuyant sur le

bouton de sélection du mode de fonctionnement (5).

• L'achage montre les paramètres actuels de la

batterie, c'est-à-dire la tension et l'état de charge, ainsi

que le mode de fonctionnement actuel. Lorsqu'une des

erreurs se produit, le symbole (E) ou (G), selon la cause

de l'erreur, est indiqué sur l'écran.

• Après détection de la tension de la batterie, une des

LED (7) ou (9) s'allume.

• Dans le cas d'une batterie 12V, l'utilisateur peut choisir

le mode « hiver » qui est recommandé pour recharger

la batterie à une température ambiante comprise entre

-5°C et 20°C. Le mode est sélectionné en appuyant sur

le bouton de sélection du mode de fonctionnement (5).

• Pendant le processus de charge, la diode (6) clignote;

lorsque la batterie est complètement chargée, la diode

est allumée en continu.

• Cette LED (10) indique qu'une erreur s'est produite.

2.3 Sécurité personnelle

a) Il n'est pas autorisé de faire fonctionner l'appareil en

état de fatigue, de maladie, sous inuence d'alcool,

de drogues ou de médicaments, si ces états réduisent

l'aptitude à se servir de l'appareil.

b) Soyez attentifs et faites preuve de bon sens en vous

servant de l'appareil. Un moment d'inattention durant

le travail peut conduire à des blessures graves.

2.1. Sécurité électrique

a) La che de l'appareil doit être adaptée à la prise de

courant. Ne modiez d'aucune façon la che. La che

d'origine et la prise adaptée réduisent le risque d'un

choc électrique.

b) Évitez de toucher à des éléments mis à la terre tels

que des conduites, des radiateurs, des fours et des

réfrigérateurs. Le risque d'un choc électrique est plus

élevé si votre corps est mis à la terre en présence des

rayons directs du soleil, sur des surfaces mouillées

et dans un environnement humide. De l'eau

s'introduisant dans l'appareil augmentent le risque

de dommages et de chocs électriques.

c) N'utilisez pas le câble de façon inappropriée. Ne

l'utilisez jamais pour porter l'appareil ou ne tirez pas

dessus pour retirer la che. Placez le câble à l'abri

de la chaleur, de l'huile de bords coupants ou de

Des câbles endommagés ou soudés augmentent le

risque d'un choc électrique.

d) Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil dans un

environnement humide, utilisez un disjoncteur

diérentiel (RCD). Un RCD réduit le risque

d’électrocution.

2.2. SÉCURITÉ SUR LE LIEU DE TRAVAIL

a) Gardez votre espace de travail propre et bien éclairé.

Un désordre ou un mauvais éclairage peuvent

conduire à des accidents. Soyez prévoyant, observez

ce qui est fait et utilisez l'appareil avec un peu de bon

sens.

b) N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans des zones à risque

physiques, sensorielles et mentales limitées ou par

des personnes sans expérience et / ou connaissance

appropriées, à moins que celles-ci soient supervisées

et surveillées par une personne responsable de leur

sécurité ou ont reçu de cette dernière des instructions

correspondantes concernant l’utilisation de la

machine.

d) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Gardez l'équilibre

et adoptez une bonne position durant le travail. Cela

vous permet d'avoir un meilleur contrôle sur l'appareil

en cas de situation inattendue.

2.4. Utilisation sûre de l'appareil

a) Ne surchauez pas l'appareil. Utilisez des outils

appropriés pour l'application correspondante. Un bon

choix des appareils permet une meilleure exécution

du travail pour lequel ils sont prévus.

b) N'utilisez pas l'appareil si l'interrupteur de Marche/

Arrêt ne fonctionne pas correctement (ne s'allume ou

ne s'éteint pas). Les appareils qui ne peuvent pas être

contrôlés par interrupteur sont dangereux et doivent

être réparés.

c) Avant le réglage, le remplacement d'accessoires ou la

mise de côté d'outils, retirez la che de la prise. Une

telle mesure préventive réduit le risque d'une mise en

marche accidentelle.

d) Les outils non utilisés sont à conserver hors de portée

des enfants ainsi que des personnes ne connaissant

ni l'appareil lui-même ni la notice correspondante. De

tels appareils peuvent représenter un danger s'ils sont

placés entre les mains de personnes inexpérimentées.

e) Gardez l'appareil dans un parfait état. Avant chaque

l) Protégez l'appareil des conditions climatiques

défavorables, en particulier des précipitations.

N'utilisez l'appareil que dans des endroits bien aérés.

m) Éteignez toujours l'appareil lorsque vous connectez un

câble de recharge à la batterie ou si vous déconnectez

celui-ci.

n) Ne placez jamais l'accumulateur directement sous ou

sur le chargeur de batterie. Placez le chargeur le plus

loin possible de la batterie. Le chargeur de batterie

peut être une source d'étincelle ou générer un arc

électrique.

o) Ne placez pas le chargeur de batterie sous le capot du

véhicule.

CONDITIONS D'UTILISATION

Le chargeur de batterie est un appareil destiné

au chargement de batteries et d'accumulateurs.

L'objectif principal du modèle S-CHARGER-5S1A-est

de recharger la batterie en vue de l'entretien et du

maintien en bon état.

L'utilisateur est seul responsable de tout dommage

causé par une mauvaise utilisation.

INDICATIONS D'UTILISATION

• Connectez les câbles et retirez-les seulement lorsque

l'appareil est éteint!

• Lorsque la batterie est correctement chargée,

éteignez le chargeur, puis retirez les câbles dans

l'ordre suivant: dévisser d'abord la cosse à la borne

avec la même polarité que la carrosserie du véhicule

(généralement la borne négative, mais il existe

également des modèles avec une polarité positive).

• Assurez-vous toujours avant de recharger que la

capacité de la batterie correspond aux données

indiquées dans le tableau pour chaque modèle de

chargeur.

• Avant de recharger la batterie, retirez toujours

les capuchons des cellules et contrôlez le niveau

d'électrolyte. Le liquide dans les cellules doit

recouvrir les plaques de plomb dans les cellules dela

batterie. Si la quantité de liquide est trop petite,

procédez selon les instructions et recommandations

du fabricant de batterie. Attention! L'électrolyte est

fortement corrosif et peut conduire à des blessures

graves au contact de la peau.

• Gardez les cosses propres. Des zones de serrage

salies peuvent gêner le chargement de la batterie

ou le rendre impossible. Vériez également toujours

l'état de la batterie, le point de connexion des pinces

doit être propre.

• Évitez le contact entre les cosses lorsque le chargeur

est allumé.

• Ne démarrez pas le moteur du véhicule pendant que

vous chargez l'accumulateur avec un chargeur. Il est

recommandé de déconnecter la batterie pendant le

processus de chargement.

• Le chargement d'une batterie déjà chargée peut

conduire au dégazage du liquide qu'elle contient,

comme en atteste le son de « bouillonnement »

caractéristique. Interrompez immédiatement le

processus de charge, sinon la batterie risqué d'être

endommagée.

• Le temps de recharge de la batterie dépend du

niveau de son déchargement et de sa capacité. Le

temps estimé pour recharger la batterie à environ 80

% peut être calculé avec la formule suivante:

4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

•Gardez l'appareil dans un endroit sec et frais, à l'abri

de l'humidité et du contact direct de la lumière du

2. Sicurezza nell'impiego

Dispositivi elettrici:

ATTENZIONE! Leggere le istruzioni d'uso e di

sicurezza. Non prestare attenzione alle avvertenze

e alle istruzioni può condurre a shock elettrici,

incendi, gravi lesioni o addirittura al decesso.

Il termine "apparecchio" o "prodotto" nelle avvertenze

e descrizioni contenute nel manuale si riferisce al

caricabatterie. Non utilizzare l'apparecchio in ambienti

con umidità molto elevata / nelle immediate vicinanze di

contenitori d'acqua. Non bagnare l'unità. Rischio di scossa

elettrica! Non coprire le entrate e le uscite dell'aria. Non

mettere mani o oggetti nel dispositivo in movimento!

2.1. Sicurezza elettrica

a) La spina del dispositivo deve essere compatibile con

la presa. Non cambiare la spina per alcun motivo. Le

spine e le prese originali riducono il rischio di scosse

elettriche.

b) Evitare che il dispositivo tocchi componenti collegati

a terra come tubi, radiatori, forni e frigoriferi. Il rischio

di scosse elettriche aumenta se il corpo viene messo

a terra su superci umide o in un ambiente umido.

3.2 Preparazione per il funzionamento / lavorare con il

dispositivo

• Collegare il cavo con la morsettiera rossa al polo

positivo (+) della batteria.

• Collegare il cavo con la morsettiera nera al polo

negativo (-) della batteria.

• Collegare il caricabatterie alla rete elettrica.

• Il caricabatterie riconosce automaticamente il tipo, la

tensione e la capacità della batteria collegata e regola

di conseguenza la sua modalità di funzionamento.

• Se tutto funziona correttamente, si accende la spia di

ricarica (1). Se la batteria è completamente carica, si

accende il LED (3).

• Il LED sso (2) indica che si è vericato un errore.

S-CHARGER-4ALCD, MSW-CBC-10ALCD, MSW-CBC-6ALCD,

S-CHARGER-MI4A

• Batteria 12 V, l'utente può scegliere tra tre modalità di

ricarica: Modalità veloce, lenta o invernale. La modalità

può essere selezionata premendo il pulsante di

selezione della modalità di funzionamento (5).

• Il display indica i parametri di batteria attuali, cioè

tensione e stato di carica, nonché le modalità di

funzionamento corrente. Se si verica uno degli errori,

l'icona (E) o (G) verrà indicata sullo schermo in base alla

causa dell'errore.

• Dopo il riconoscimento della tensione della batteria,

uno dei LED (7) o (9) si accende.

• In presenza di una batteria 12 V, l'utente può scegliere

la modalità invernale, consigliata per ricaricare la

batteria con una temperatura ambiente compresa

tra -5°C e 20°C. La modalità può essere selezionata

premendo il pulsante di selezione della modalità di

funzionamento (5).

• Durante la ricarica il led (6) inizia a lampeggiare,

quando la batteria è completamente carica rimane

acceso in modo continuativo.

• Questo LED sso (10) indica che si è vericato un errore.

MODALITÀ D’USO

• Collegare e scollegare i cavi solo quando il

caricabatterie è spento.

• Se la batteria è stata caricata correttamente, spegnere

il caricabatterie e scollegare i cavi della batteria nella

sequenza seguente: prima svitare il morsetto sul polo

con la stessa polarità della carrozzeria del veicolo (di

solito il polo negativo, ma ci sono anche modelli con

polarità positiva).

• Prima di iniziare a caricare, assicurarsi sempre che

la capacità della batteria sia conforme alle speciche

riportate nella tabella per ciascun modello del

caricabatterie.

2.3 Sicurezza personale

a) Non è consentito l'uso del dispositivo in uno stato

di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l'inuenza di alcol,

droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di

utilizzare il dispositivo.

b) Fare attenzione e usare il buon senso quando si

utilizza il dispositivo. Un momento di disattenzione

durante il lavoro può causare gravi lesioni.

c) Questo dispositivo non è adatto per essere utilizzato

da persone, bambini compresi, con ridotte capacità

siche, sensoriali o mentali, così come privi di

adeguata esperienza e/o conoscenze. Si fa eccezione

per coloro i quali siano sorvegliati da un responsabile

qualicato che si prenda carico della loro sicurezza

e abbia ricevuto istruzioni dettagliate al riguardo.

d) Non sopravvalutare le proprie abilità. Mantenere

l'equilibrio durante il lavoro. In questo modo

è possibile controllare meglio il dispositivo in caso di

situazioni impreviste.

L'acqua che penetra nel dispositivo aumenta il

rischio di danni e scosse elettriche.

c) Non utilizzare il cavo in modo improprio. Non

utilizzarlo mai per trasportare l'apparecchio

o rimuovere la spina. Tenere lontano il cavo da fonti

di calore, oli, bordi appuntiti e da parti in movimento.

I cavi danneggiati o saldati aumentano il rischio di

scosse elettriche.

d) Se non è possibile evitare che il dispositivo venga

utilizzato in un ambiente umido, utilizzare un

interruttore dierenziale. Un interruttore dierenziale

riduce il rischio di scosse elettriche.

2.2. Sicurezza sul lavoro

a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato. Il

disordine o una scarsa illuminazione possono portare

a incidenti. Prestare sempre attenzione, osservare che

cosa viene fatto e utilizzare il buon senso quando si

adopera il dispositivo.

b) Non usare il dispositivo all'interno di luoghi altamente

combustibili, per esempio in presenza di liquidi, gas

o polvere inammabile. Il dispositivo può produrre

scintille in presenza di polvere o vapore inammabili.

c) In caso di un danno o un difetto, il dispositivo deve

subito essere spento e bisogna avvisare una persona

autorizzata.

d) Se non si è sicuri del corretto funzionamento del

dispositivo, rivolgersi al servizio assistenza del

fornitore.

e) Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente

dal servizio assistenza del produttore. Non eseguire le

riparazioni da soli!

f) In caso di incendio, utilizzare solo estintori a polvere

o ad anidride carbonica (CO2).

g) I bambini e le persone non autorizzate non

devono essere presenti sul posto di lavoro. (La

disattenzione può causare la perdita di controllo

dell'apparecchiatura).

h) Durante la ricarica, la batteria rilascia gas che possono

essere esplosivi. Evitare il contatto con scintille

e fuoco.

2.4. Uso sicuro del dispositivo

a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare strumenti

appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente e un

attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati migliori.

b) Non utilizzare l'unità se l'interruttore ON/OFF non

funziona correttamente (non accendere o spegnere

l'unità). I dispositivi con interruttore difettoso sono

pericolosi quindi devono essere riparati.

c) Prima della regolazione, della sostituzione degli

accessori o dello stoccaggio, estrarre la spina dalla

presa. Tali misure preventive riducono il rischio di un

avviamento accidentale.

d) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori

dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non

hanno familiarità con l'unità e le istruzioni. Nelle

mani di persone inesperte, questo apparecchio può

rappresentare un pericolo.

e) Mantenere l'apparecchio in perfette condizioni.

Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano

danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura di

parti e componenti o altre condizioni che potrebbero

compromettere il funzionamento sicuro della

macchina). In caso di danni, l'unità deve essere

riparata prima dell'uso.

f) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

g) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura

devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale

specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio

originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.

h) Per garantire l'integrità di funzionamento

dell'apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in

fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.

i) Non caricare batterie usa e getta!

j) Non caricare mai batterie danneggiate o difettose!

k) Non caricare mai batterie congelate!

l) Proteggere l'apparecchio dalle intemperie, in

particolare dalle precipitazioni. Utilizzare l'apparecchio

solo in locali ben ventilati.

m) Spegnere sempre il caricabatterie quando si collega

o scollega il caricabatterie dalla batteria.

n) Non posizionare mai la batteria direttamente sotto

o sopra il caricabatterie. Posizionare il caricabatterie

il più lontano possibile dalla batteria. Il caricabatterie

può generare un arco elettrico o scintille.

o) Non posizionare il caricabatterie sotto il cofano del

veicolo.

3. Condizioni d'uso

Il caricabatterie è un dispositivo per la ricarica di batterie

e accumulatori. Lo scopo principale del modello S-CHARGER-

5S1A è ricaricare le batterie per mantenerle e conservarle in

buono stato.

L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da

un uso improprio.

3.1 Descrizione del dispositivo

• Rimuovere sempre i tappi di chiusura e controllare il

livello dell'elettrolito prima di caricare la batteria. Il

liquido nelle celle deve coprire il letto della batteria.

Se la quantità di liquido è troppo bassa, seguire le

istruzioni e le raccomandazioni del produttore della

batteria. Attenzione: l'elettrolito è molto corrosivo

e può causare gravi lesioni se viene a contatto con

la pelle.

• Tenere puliti i morsetti. Luoghi di serraggio sporchi

possono rendere dicile o impossibile la ricarica

della batteria. Inoltre, controllare sempre lo stato

della batteria in modo che il punto di collegamento

dei morsetti sia pulito.

• Evitare il contatto tra i morsetti quando il

caricabatterie è acceso.

• Non avviare il motore del veicolo mentre la batteria

viene caricata con un caricabatterie. Si raccomanda

di scollegare la batteria durante il processo di carica.

• Un'ulteriore carica della batteria già carica può

portare allo scarico del liquido in essa contenuto,

come dimostra il caratteristico suono "bollente".

Interrompere immediatamente il processo di carica,

altrimenti la batteria potrebbe danneggiarsi.

• Il tempo di ricarica della batteria dipende da quanto

è scarica e dalla sua capacità. Il tempo stimato di

ricarica no all'80% può essere calcolato con la

seguente formula:

4. Pulizia e manutenzione

protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.

2. Seguridad

Dispositivos eléctricos:

¡ATENCIÓN! Lea todas las instrucciones

e indicaciones de seguridad. La inobservancia de

las advertencias e instrucciones al respecto puede

provocar descargas eléctricas, incendios, lesiones

graves e incluso la muerte.

Conceptos como "aparato" o "producto" en las advertencias

y descripciones de este manual se reeren al cargador de

batería. No utilizar el aparato en locales con humedad muy

elevada/en las inmediaciones de depósitos de agua. No

permita que el aparato se moje. ¡Peligro de electrocución!

No cubra las entradas ni las salidas de aire. ¡No coloque las

manos ni otros objetos sobre el aparato en funcionamiento!

2.1. Seguridad eléctrica

a) La clavija del aparato debe ser compatible con el

enchufe. No cambie la clavija bajo ningún concepto.

Las clavijas originales y los enchufes apropiados

disminuyen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

b) Evite tocar componentes conectados a tierra, como

tuberías, radiadores, hornos y refrigeradores. Existe

un mayor riesgo de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo

3.2 Preparación antes del funcionamiento / empleo del

producto

• Enganche el cable con la conexión roja al polo

positivo de la batería (+).

• Conecte el cable negro largo al terminal negativo (-)

de la batería.

• Conecte el cargador a la fuente de alimentación.

• El cargador detecta automáticamente el tipo, la

tensión y la capacidad de la batería conectada,

ajustando el modo de funcionamiento.

• Cuando todo funciona correctamente, el indicador

de carga (1) se enciende. Una vez la batería está

cargada, LED (3) se enciende.

• El LED continuo (2) indica que se ha producido un

error.

• Con baterías de 12V, el usuario puede seleccionar

entre tres modos de carga: Modo rápido, lento o de

invierno. El modo se selecciona presionando la tecla

selección (5).

• La pantalla muestra los parámetros actuales de

la batería, es decir, el estado de tensión y carga,

así como el modo de funcionamiento actual. Si se

hubiera algún error, aparecerá el símbolo E o G

(dependiendo de la causa) pantalla.

• Después de reconocer el voltaje de la batería se

enciende uno de los LEDs (7) o (9).

• En el caso de las baterías de 12V, el usuario puede

seleccionar el modo de invierno, que se recomienda

para cargar las baterías a una temperatura ambiente

entre -5°C y 20°C. El modo se selecciona presionando

la tecla selección (5).

• Durante la carga, el diodo (6) parpadea; cuando la

batería está completamente cargada, permanece

iluminado continuamente.

• El LED (10) encendido continuamente indica que se

ha producido un error.

APLICACIÓN:

• ¡Conecte los cables y desconéctelos solamente

cuando el cargador esté apagado!

• Cuando la batería esté completamente cargada,

apague el cargador y, a continuación, desconecte los

cables de la batería en el siguiente orden: Primero

retire la conexión del borne con la misma polaridad

que la carrocería del vehículo (normalmente el polo

negativo, si bien existen modelos con una polaridad

positiva).

2.3 Seguridad personal

a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de

fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,

drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la

capacidad de manejo del aparato.

b) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común

cuando maneje este producto. La más breve falta de

atención durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones

graves.

c) Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas

(incluyendo niños) con capacidades físicas,

sensoriales o mentales reducidas o con falta de

experiencia y/o conocimiento, a menos que sean

supervisadas por un responsable de su seguridad.

d) No sobreestime sus habilidades. Mantenga el

equilibrio durante el trabajo. Esto le da un mejor

control sobre el dispositivo en caso de situaciones

inesperadas.

c) No utilice el cable de manera inadecuada. Nunca tire

movimiento. Los cables dañados o soldados

aumentan el riesgo de descargas eléctricas.

d) En caso de no poder evitar que el aparato se utilice

en un entorno húmedo, utilice un interruptor de

corriente residual (RCD). Con este RCD reduce el

peligro de descargas eléctricas.

2.2. Seguridad en el puesto de trabajo

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.

El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar

accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo

que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando

utilice el dispositivo.

b) No utilice el aparato en atmósferas potencialmente

explosivas, p. ej. en la cercanía de líquidos,

gases o polvo inamables. Bajo determinadas

circunstancias, los aparatos generan chispas que

pueden inamar polvo o vapores circundantes.

c) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el

aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.

d) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione

correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio

técnico del fabricante.

e) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por

el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice

reparaciones por su cuenta!

f) En caso de incendio, utilizar únicamente extintores

de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el

aparato.

g) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no

autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de

atención puede llevar a la pérdida de control del

equipo).

h) Durante la carga, la batería libera gases que pueden

ser explosivos. Evite el contacto con chispas y fuego.

2.4. Manejo seguro del aparato

a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice

las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo. Debe

seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada aplicación

y utilizarse conforme al n para el que ha sido diseñado,

para conseguir así los mejores resultados.

b) No utilice la unidad si el interruptor ON/OFF no

funciona correctamente (no enciende o apaga).

Los aparatos que no pueden ser controlados por

interruptores son peligrosos, pueden y deben ser

reparados.

c) Antes de ajustar o cambiar accesorios, o desmontar

herramientas, desconecte el enchufe de la toma de

corriente. Estas medidas preventivas reducen el riesgo

de una puesta en marcha accidental.

d) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los

niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas

con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido instrucciones

pertinentes para su uso. En manos de personas

inexpertas este equipo puede representar un peligro.

e) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado de

funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo, compruébelo

en busca de daños generales o en piezas móviles

(fractura de piezas y componentes u otras condiciones

que puedan perjudicar el funcionamiento seguro de

la máquina). En caso de daños, el aparato debe ser

reparado antes de volver a ponerse en funcionamiento.

f) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.

g) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos

solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado

y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.

Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.

h) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del

dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los

tornillos instalados de fábrica.

i) ¡No cargue las baterías no recargables!

j) ¡Nunca cargue baterías dañadas o defectuosas!

k) ¡Nunca cargue baterías congeladas!

l) Proteja el aparato de condiciones climáticas

adversas, especialmente de precipitaciones. Utilice el

equipo solamente en áreas bien ventiladas.

m) Apague siempre el cargador cuando conecte

o desconecte el cable entre cargador y batería.

n) Nunca coloque la batería directamente debajo

o encima del cargador. Coloque el cargador lo más

lejos posible de la batería. El cargador de batería puede

ser una fuente de chispas o generar un arco eléctrico.

o) No coloque el cargador de baterías debajo del capó

del vehículo.

3. Instrucciones de uso

Este cargador ha sido concebido para cargar baterías

y acumuladores. La función principal del modelo

S-CHARGER-5S1A es la recarga de baterías para su

mantenimiento y conservación en buenas condiciones.

El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un

uso inadecuado del aparato.

3.1 Descripción del producto

• Antes de comenzar con la carga, asegúrese siempre

de que la capacidad de la batería coincide con la

tabla de cada modelo de cargador.

• Antes de comenzar con la carga, retire siempre

las tapas de la célula de carga y compruebe el

nivel de electrolitos. El líquido en las celdas debe

cubrir las placas de la batería. Si la cantidad de

líquido fuera demasiado baja, siga las instrucciones

y recomendaciones del fabricante de la batería.

Precaución, el electrolito es altamente corrosivo

y puede causar lesiones graves en contacto con la

piel.

• Mantenga las pinzas limpias. Las pinzas sucias

dicultan o imposibilitan la carga de la batería.

Además, compruebe siempre en la batería que el

punto de conexión de los terminales esté limpio.

• Evite el contacto entre las pinzas cuando el cargador

esté encendido.

• No arranque el motor del vehículo mientras carga

la batería. Se recomienda desconectar la batería

durante la carga.

• Una intento de carga en una batería ya cargada

puede conducir a la emisión de gases procedentes

del líquido contenido en la misma, que iria

acompañado por el característico sonido de

"ebullición". Interrumpa el proceso de carga

inmediatamente, de lo contrario la batería podría

resultar dañada.

• El tiempo de carga de la batería depende de su

grado de descarga y capacidad. El tiempo estimado

de carga de la batería hasta aproximadamente el

80% se puede calcular con la siguiente fórmula:

4. Limpieza y mantenimiento

•Antes de proceder a la limpieza, desconecte el

dispositivo del suministro eléctrico.

•Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que

no contengan sustancias corrosivas.

•Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco

y protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar

directa.

•Se prohibe rociar la máquina con agua u otros

líquidos.
