1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts
muss auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung
entsprechend den in dieser Anleitung angeführten
Vorgaben geachtet werden. Die in dieser Anleitung
angegebenen technischen Daten und die Spezikation
sind aktuell. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, im
Rahmen der Verbesserung der Qualität Änderungen
vorzunehmen. Unter Berücksichtigung des technischen
Fortschritts und der Geräuschreduzierung wurde das
Gerät so entworfen und produziert, dass das infolge der
Geräuschemission entstehende Risiko auf dem niedrigsten
Niveau gehalten wird.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die vom tatsächlichen
Aussehen das Produkt abweichen können.
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu elektrischen
Schlägen, Feuer und/oder schweren Verletzungen
bis hin zum Tod führen.
Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen
und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf
BODENSÄGE.
2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie vorausschauend,
beobachten Sie, was getan wird, und nutzen Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand bei der Verwendung
des Gerätes.
b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von brennbaren
Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte können unter
Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche Staub oder
Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte das
Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer autorisierten
Person gemeldet werden.

d) Bei Zweifeln, ob das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, oder wenn Schäden festgestellt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des
Herstellers.
e) Das Produkt darf nur vom Hersteller repariert werden.
Reparieren Sie es nicht selbst!
f) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
g) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur
Pulverfeuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)
verwenden.
h) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät führen.
i) Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem gut belüfteten
Bereich.
j) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub
und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen vor
schädlichen Auswirkungen.
k) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der
Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber
unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.
l) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den
weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung
mit ausgehändigt werden.
m) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
n) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
o) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs einschlieβlich
anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach übrigen
Betriebsanweisungen richten.
p) Bedingungen am Arbeitsplatz müssen beachtet
werden. Nicht in feuchter bzw. nasser Umgebung
arbeiten (Regen, feuchter Boden). Der Arbeitsplatz
sollte gut gesichert sein. Die Maschine kann im
Betrieb sowie beim Ein – und Ausschalten Funken
erzeugen. Nicht in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung
(in der Nähe von Lack, Farben, Benzin, Lösungsmitteln,
Gasen, Klebestoen, leicht entammbaren bzw.
explosiven Flüssigkeiten und Gasen) verwenden.

2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend
geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch
gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die
vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die
Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.
c) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des
Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während
der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
d) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die Verwendung
einer geeigneten und zertizierten Schutzausrüstung
verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
e) Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschließen des Geräts
an eine Stromquelle, dass der Schalter ausgeschaltet
ist.
f) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies gibt
Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im Falle
unerwarteter Situationen.
g) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck. Halten
Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von beweglichen
Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare
können durch sich bewegende Teile erfasst werden.
h) Es wird empfohlen, Augen-, Ohren- und Atemschutz
zu verwenden.
i) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle zu
vermeiden.
j) Legen Sie keine Hände oder Gegenstände in das
laufende Gerät!
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-
Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,
die nicht über den Schalter gesteuert werden können,
sind gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.
c) Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz, bevor Sie
Zubehör einstellen, auswechseln oder wenn Sie das
Gerät nicht mehr verwenden. Dies verringert das
Risiko einer versehentlichen Inbetriebnahme.
d) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
e) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
f) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
g) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird
die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.
h) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
i) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird. .
j) Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät
bei laufendem Betrieb unter schwerer Last stoppt.
Dies kann zu Überhitzung und damit zu einer
Beschädigung des Gerätes führen.
k) Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder
Zubehörteile, es sei denn, das Gerät wurde vom Netz
getrennt.
l) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
m) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
n) Der angegebene Vibrationsemissionswert wurde
mit Standardmessmethoden ermittelt. Er kann
sich ändern, wenn das Gerät unter anderen
Umgebungsbedingungen verwendet wird.
o) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,
um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.
p) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.
q) Die Ventilationsönungen dürfen nicht verdeckt
werden!
r) Das Austreten von Serviceölen aus dem Gerät sollte
den entsprechenden Stellen gemeldet werden bzw.
halten Sie sich an die hierfür geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
s) Gefahr! Gesundheitsgefährdung und Explosionsgefahr
des Verbrennungsmotors.
t) In den Motorabgasen bendet sich giftiges
Kohlenmonoxid. Ein Aufenthalt in einer
Kohlenmonoxid-Umgebung kann zu Bewusstlosigkeit
und sogar zum Tod führen. Lassen Sie den Motor
nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum laufen.
u) Schützen Sie den Motor vor Hitze, Funken und
Flammen. Rauchen Sie nicht in der Nähe des Motors!
v) Benzin ist leicht brennbar und explosiv. Vor dem
Auftanken sollte der Motor abgestellt werden und
abkühlen.
w) Achtung! Gefahr von Motorschäden durch falschen
Kraftsto.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Produkt ist für gerade Schnitte im Untergrund wie Beton
(auch verstärkt), Asphalt usw. sowie für Dehnungsfugen in
Gehwegen vorgesehen.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.

Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick auf Sicherheit
entworfen wurde und über Schutzmechanismen
sowie zusätzlicher Sicherheitselemente verfügt,
besteht bei der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall-
oder Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES:
Halten Sie das Gerät von heißen Oberächen fern. Das
Gerät sollte immer auf einer ebenen, stabilen, feuerfesten
Oberäche und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und
Personen mit eingeschränkten mentalen, sensorischen und
mentalen Funktionen verwendet werden. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass das Ventil, das die Zufuhr der Druckluft stoppt, leicht
zugänglich ist. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Luftdruck des
Geräts den empfohlenen Bereich nicht überschreitet.
Stellen Sie zum Anbringen der Trennscheibe sicher, dass
der Motor des Geräts ausgeschaltet ist (Zündschalter OFF).
Stellen Sie das Gerät zum Schneiden auf die höchste Position,
lösen Sie dann die Schraube, mit der der Klingenschutz (16)
befestigt ist, und entfernen Sie die Schutzabdeckung (9).
Lösen Sie die Sägeblatt-Befestigungsschraube (D,
Rechtsgewinde) und befestigen Sie das Sägeblatt, indem
Sie es stationär halten und die Klemmschraube (D) wieder
festziehen. Achten Sie auf den Pfeil auf dem Messerschutz,
der die Drehrichtung des Messers bei laufender Maschine
anzeigt. Überprüfen Sie beim Einbau/Austausch des
Sägeblattes, ob die Montageansche (C und E) unbeschädigt
sind. Setzen Sie den Scheibenschutz (9) wieder ein und
ziehen Sie die Schraube (16) fest. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
die Schneidscheibe mit der Führung der Schnittlinie (7)
ausgerichtet ist. Wenn nicht, richten Sie sie durch Einstellen
der Führung aus.
• MSW-FS-500
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist
(Zündschalter in der Position OFF). Lösen Sie die Mutter des
Schneidmessers und entfernen Sie den äußeren Flansch, der
sie hält. Die Oberäche des Flansches in Kontakt mit der
Klinge sollte sauber sein. Legen Sie die Trennscheibe auf die
Achse und achten Sie dabei auf ihre Richtung entsprechend
der Drehrichtung des Geräteantriebs. Setzen Sie den Kragen
auf, der den Schild und die Unterlegscheibe mit dem nach
innen versenkten Teil hält (in Richtung des Schildes - siehe
Abbildung unten), und ziehen Sie sie mit einer Mutter fest.
ACHTUNG: Verwenden Sie Diamantscheiben, die für
Drehungen ausgelegt sind, die über den maximalen
Maschinen (siehe Tabellen der technischen Parameter) und
zur Wasserkühlung liegen. Beim Transport des Geräts muss
die Trennscheibe zerlegt werden.
• Motoröl
ACHTUNG: Bevor Sie die Maschine zum ersten Mal starten,
sollten Sie das Öl im Motor nachfüllen, da das Gerät
während des Transports leer ist. Überprüfen Sie das Öl
immer bei ausgeschalteter Maschine und kaltem Motor
oder mindestens 5 Minuten nach dem Abstellen des Motors.
Die Maschine sollte in einer horizontalen Position, d.h. nicht
gekippt, auf einer achen, ebenen Fläche aufgestellt werden.
Schrauben Sie den Öleinfülldeckel und sein Ende, das in
das Loch eintritt, ab, wischen Sie ihn sauber und achten Sie
darauf, dass in der Zwischenzeit keine Fremdkörper durch
das Loch gelangen können. Stecken Sie dann den Stopfen
in das Loch (ohne ihn einzuschrauben) und nehmen Sie
ihn nach einigen Sekunden heraus. Überprüfen Sie dabei
den Ölstand an der Stopfenspitze. Das Motoröl sollte sich
im Bereich des geriebenen Teils der Spitze benden, d.h.
zwischen den Niveaus "MAX" und "MIN" (siehe Abbildung
unten). Wenn nicht, geben Sie Öl an die Unterkante des
Einfülllochs und überprüfen Sie den Stand an der Spitze des
Stopfens erneut. Überschreiten Sie niemals das maximale
Niveau und lassen Sie niemals zu, dass das Niveau unter
das minimale Niveau fällt - es kann den Motor während des
Betriebs beschädigen! Empfohlenes Öl: für Diesel 4-Takt SAE
10W30 (Standardbetriebsbedingungen) oder 5W30 (Betrieb
auch unter frostigen Umgebungsbedingungen) API SJ Klasse
oder neu.
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
• MSW-FS-350
Lösen Sie den Einstellhebel (13 und 14), um die Drehgrie
auf die vom Bediener bevorzugte Position einzustellen.
Die Maschine muss ausgeschaltet sein, um das Motoröl zu
wechseln. Heißes Öl ist dünner und läuft schneller ab. Wenn
Sie das Öl jedoch direkt nach laufender Maschine wechseln
möchten, lassen Sie das Gerät etwas abkühlen (einige
Minuten).
ACHTUNG: Heißes Öl und sein Abussbereich können heiß
sein – Verbrennungsgefahr!

•KRAFTSTOFF
ACHTUNG: Das Tanken darf nur bei ausgeschaltetem Motor
in einem gut belüfteten Bereich und in der Nähe von
Feuerquellen oder Funken erfolgen, die möglicherweise
zur Entzündung des Kraftstos oder seiner Dämpfe führen
können! Achten Sie beim Tanken der Maschine darauf, dass
kein Kraftsto über die heißen Teile gelangt.
Schrauben Sie den Deckel oben am Kraftstotank ab und
gießen Sie Kraftsto ein, der den zulässigen Höchststand
nicht überschreitet, d.h. bis zur Grenze des Siebhalses im
Tankeinlass (siehe Abbildung unten). Verwenden Sie zur
Stromversorgung des Geräts nur bleifreies Benzin (min.
95 ROZ Oktane) mit einem Ethanol/Methanol-Gehalt von
nicht mehr als 5%. Kraftsto mit Methanolzusatz muss
unbedingt Zusatzstoe enthalten: Co-Lösungsmittel und
Korrosionsinhibitoren. Es darf kein Öl/Kraftsto-Gemisch
verwendet werden!
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
A. Starten bzw. Inbetriebnahme des Geräts
Önen Sie den Kraftstozufuhrventilhebel in der
Position "ON". Bei kaltem Motor den Handdrosselhebel
auf "ON" stellen (Ventil geschlossen). Wenn der Motor
warm ist, lassen Sie die Drosselhebel in der Position
"OFF" (Ventil oen). Stellen Sie den Gashebel von den
langsamsten Umdrehungen auf 1/3 der Skalenlänge
ein, d.h. das Schildkrötensymbol (beim Modell
MSW-FS-500 bendet sich der Gashebel auf dem
Steuerpaneel Geräts.) Stellen Sie den Zündschalter
ein in die Position "ON". Ziehen Sie den Starterknopf -
ziehen Sie leicht, bis Sie einen Widerstand spüren, und
ziehen Sie dann fest, bis der Motor startet (manchmal
sind mehrere Wiederholungen erforderlich). Lassen
Sie den Motor nach dem Starten des Motors nicht
los, sondern lassen Sie ihn mit einer Zeitlupe in seine
ursprüngliche Position zurückkehren. Lassen Sie einen
kalten Motor beim Starten zuerst im Leerlauf laufen,
um ihn auf Betriebstemperatur zu bringen. Wenn die
Temperatur steigt, reduzieren Sie das Motorsaugen
allmählich, indem Sie den Hebel in die Position OFF
(Ventil oen) bewegen.
ACHTUNG: Die Wasserversorgung sollte während des
Aufwärmens des Motors unterbrochen werden.
B. Schneiden
Markieren Sie eine gerade Linie auf dem Boden,
entlang der der Schnitt geschnitten wird.
Starten Sie im MSW-FS-350 den Motor mit
angehobenem Schneidmesser. Schalten Sie
die Wasserversorgung ein und erhöhen Sie die
Motordrehzahl auf das Maximum. Stellen Sie den
Höhenverstellhandrad so ein, dass die Trennscheibe
den Boden berührt. Stellen Sie die gewünschte
Schnitttiefe ein - jede Unterteilung auf der Skala
entspricht 9,5 mm (3/8 Zoll). Senken Sie das
Schneidmesser langsam auf die zu schneidende
Oberäche, um den Motor nicht zum Stillstand zu
bringen. Schneiden Sie den Rohschnitt auf eine Tiefe
von 50 mm, bevor Sie eine Schnitttiefe erreichen – das
sogenannte schrittweise Schneiden. Bewegen Sie das
Werkzeug langsam vorwärts und achten Sie darauf,
dass das Führungsblatt gleichmäßig der markierten
Linie folgt.
Stellen Sie beim Modell MSW-FS-500 die maximalen
Umdrehungen ein, um mit dem Schneiden zu
beginnen, und senken Sie dann die Klingen auf die
gewünschte Schnitttiefe ab. Stellen Sie dann mit dem
Höhenverstellhandrad die gewünschte Schnitttiefe
ein und verriegeln Sie sie mit dem Hebel unter dem
Drehknopf. Schalten Sie die Wasserversorgung ein
und senken Sie das Messer langsam ab und schneiden
Sie mit maximaler Motordrehzahl. Bewegen Sie
das Werkzeug langsam vorwärts und achten Sie
darauf, dass das Führungsblatt gleichmäßig der
markierten Linie folgt. Wenn die Schneidscheibe
aus der Schnittnut herauskommt, verringern Sie die
Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Maschine vorgeschoben
wird.
C. Gerät ausschalten
• Notabschaltung - Drücken Sie im Notfall die
Notabschalttaste am linken Lenker (MSW-FS-350)
oder die rote Taste am Steuerpaneel (MSW-FS-500).
Der Motor stoppt sofort. Die Wasserversorgung
schließen.
• Normale Abschaltung - Stoppen Sie das Schneiden
und stellen Sie die Wasserversorgung ab. Stellen Sie
den Gashebel auf die niedrigste Geschwindigkeit
(Schildkrötensymbol) und lassen Sie die Maschine
einige Minuten darauf laufen. Drehen Sie dann den
Zündschalter in die Position "OFF". Schließen Sie das
Kraftstozufuhrventil - Position "OFF".
D. Automatisches Herunterfahren des Geräts
Es kann mehrere Gründe geben, warum die Maschine
unerwartet nicht mehr läuft:
• Schlechte Riemenspannung
• Kein Kraftsto
• Zu plötzlicher Vorschub oder schnelles Absenken der
Klinge
Lösen Sie nach jedem dieser Fälle zuerst die Klinge
aus der Nut, schalten Sie das Gerät aus (Schalter
"OFF"), schalten Sie die Wasserversorgung aus und
überprüfen Sie die Maschine vor der Fortsetzung der
Arbeiten sorgfältig auf Beschädigungen.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Vor jeder Reinigung und Einstellung, dem Austausch
von Zubehör oder wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt
wird, muss der Netzstecker gezogen werden und das
Gerät vollständig abkühlen. Warten Sie ab, bis die
rotierenden Elemente stehen bleiben.
b) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
c) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
d) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
e) Es darf kein Wasser über die Belüftungsönungen am
Gehäuse ins Innere des Geräts gelangen.
f) Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel und
Druckluft zu reinigen.
g) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
h) Benutzen Sie einen weichen Lappen zur Reinigung.
i) Zum Reinigen ist ein weicher, feuchter Lappen zu
verwenden.
j) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
k) Überprüfen Sie den Motorölstand nach jedem
Gebrauch und geben Sie etwas Lageröl in den
Höhenverstellmechanismus.
l) Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, wird
empfohlen, den Kraftsto aus dem Gerät zu entleeren
(weitere Einzelheiten siehe 3.4.1 Punkt F).

Stellen Sie ein ölbeständiges Gefäß mit ausreichender
Kapazität unter die Ablassschraube, schrauben Sie dann
zuerst die Öleinlassschraube und dann die Ablassschraube
ab und warten Sie, bis das Öl herausießt und nicht mehr
austritt. Wischen Sie vor dem Einbau der Ablassschraube alle
öligen Stellen im Motorgehäuse sowie dessen Gewinde ab.
Ziehen Sie den Stopfen vorsichtig an und drücken Sie ihn
nicht bis zum Anschlag, um die Dichtung nicht zu quetschen.
Er kann seine Dichtheit verlieren. Wenn die Dichtung der
Ablassschraube beschädigt/abgenutzt ist, muss sie durch
eine neue ersetzt werden. Gießen Sie frisches Öl bis zum
richtigen Stand durch den Einfüllstopfen (siehe vorherigen
Absatz). Verschließen Sie die Einfüllönung mit dem Stopfen.

A. Austausch des Luftlters
Der Motor des Geräts ist mit einem 2-Element-
Luftlter ausgestattet, der aus einem Schwammlter
und einem Papierlter besteht (siehe Abbildung
unten).
Um zum Luftlter zu gelangen, lösen Sie die Flügelschraube
oben am Filtergehäuse und entfernen Sie das Gehäuse.
Lösen Sie danach eine weitere Flügelschraube, um den
2-Element-Filter zu zerlegen. Entfernen Sie nach dem
Entfernen des Filters das Schwammelement. Überprüfen
Sie den Zustand beider Filter, ob sie ausgetauscht werden
müssen (siehe Tabelle der Wartungsintervalle) oder ob sie
nach der Reinigung wiederverwendet werden können.
Wenn die Filter wiederverwendbar sind:
• Papierlter - Schütteln Sie lose Teile mehrmals ab und
blasen Sie dann mit Druckluft (Druck nicht größer als
2 bar / 207 kPa / 30 psi) von der Auslassseite, d.h.
von der Seite, an der der Motor gelterte Luft in den
Vergaser saugt.
ACHTUNG: Wischen Sie den Filter niemals mit einer
Bürste ab, da dadurch Verunreinigungen in die
Filterstruktur eindringen können!
• Schwammlter - Mit der Zugabe von grauer Seife in
warmem Wasser einweichen, dann unter ießendem
Wasser abspülen und vollständig trocknen lassen
(alternativ können Sie den Schwammlter in
nicht brennbarem Lösungsmittel einweichen und
vollständig trocknen lassen.) Reinigen und Trocknen
Sie den Filter vollständig in frischem Motoröl (wie
der Motor der Maschine) und drücken Sie nach dem
Entfernen überschüssiges Öl gut heraus, da sonst
der Betrieb des Motors gestört wird - es kann Rauch
hervortreten.
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse und den Boden des
Filtergehäuses vor dem Einbau des sauberen Filters
mit einem feuchten, fusselfreien Tuch ab und achten
Sie darauf, dass kein Schmutz oder Wasser in die
Vergaserluftkanäle gelangt. Setzen Sie dann den
Schwammlter auf den Papierlter und installieren
Sie ihn in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie bei der
Demontage. Denken Sie dabei an die Dichtung unter
dem Filter. Ziehen Sie den Filter und sein Gehäuse mit
der Flügelschraube fest an.

ACHTUNG: Die Zündkerze muss bei abgestelltem und
kaltem Motor zerlegt werden! Zu leichtes/ zu festes
Anziehen, ob die falsche Zündkerze oder eine defekte
Elektrode den Motor beschädigen kann!
Den Zündschalter auf OFF stellen. Entfernen Sie
die Zündkabelkappe von der Zündkerze. Entfernen
Sie die Zündkerze vom Motor. Überprüfen Sie den
Zustand der Kerze - bei einer durchgebrannten
Elektrode, einer gerissenen oder abgebrochenen
Isolierung (Keramik) muss diese ersetzt werden. Wenn
die Zündkerze für die weitere Verwendung geeignet
ist, überprüfen Sie den Elektrodenspalt vor dem
Zusammenbau und stellen Sie ihn gegebenenfalls
ein. Gleiches gilt für die neue Kerze. Schrauben Sie
die zuvor entfernte Zündkerze ein, indem Sie den
Schlüssel 1/8-1/ 4 Umdrehungen festziehen, und
ziehen Sie die neue Zündkerze mit 1/2 fest.
B. Leerlaufdrehzahlregelung
ACHTUNG: Das Gerät hat die werkseitig eingestellte
Leerlaufdrehzahl und sollte nicht geändert werden!
Die Einstellung der Leerlaufdrehzahl erfolgt nur, wenn
der Motor oder einige seiner Komponenten repariert
sind - hierfür sind Spezialwerkzeuge erforderlich.
Starten Sie den Motor und lassen Sie ihn auf seine
Betriebstemperatur erwärmen. Stellen Sie dann
den Gashebel auf die langsamste Geschwindigkeit
und stellen Sie die Leerlaufdrehzahl mit der
Drosselklappenverriegelungsschraube ein (siehe
Abbildung unten). Ihr Wert sollte 1800 ± 50
Umdrehungen pro Minute betragen.

ACHTUNG: Führen Sie diesen Vorgang an einem kalten
Motor durch! Schließen Sie das Kraftstozufuhrventil
und zerlegen Sie den Sedimentationslter

beide Teile in einem nicht brennbaren Lösungsmittel
und trocknen Sie sie anschließend ab. Setzen Sie die

Sie das Kraftstozufuhrventil und prüfen Sie den
Sedimentationslter auf Kraftstoecks. Falls
vorhanden, entfernen Sie den Filter und ersetzen Sie

C. Einstellung der Antriebsriemenspannung
MSW-FS-350: Nach mehreren Einsätzen der
Maschine kann es erforderlich sein, die Spannung des
Antriebsriemens zu verbessern. Lösen Sie dazu die
2 Schrauben, mit denen der Motor am Rahmen des
Geräts befestigt ist (Abbildung unten - A), und ziehen
Sie die Einstellmuttern (B) fest. Die gelösten Schrauben
heben den Motor an. Wenn die Riemenspannung
korrekt ist, ziehen Sie die Schrauben A wieder an.
MSW-FS-500: Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen der
Klingenschutz befestigt ist. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Riemen
und die Spannrollen gleichmäßig parallel zueinander
sind. Legen Sie beispielsweise eine gerade Kante oder ein
technisches Quadrat auf beide Spannrollen und stellen Sie
sie gegebenenfalls in einer gleichmäßigen Linie ein.
ACHTUNG: Sowohl ein lockerer als auch ein zu enger
Riemen wirken sich negativ auf den Betrieb und die Leistung
des Geräts aus und können es sogar beschädigen.
D. Lagerung und Kraftsto
Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird,
wird empfohlen, den Kraftsto abzulassen. Nicht
mehr verwendeter Kraftsto oxidiert und beginnt,
seine Eigenschaften zu verlieren, was sich negativ
auf das Gerät selbst auswirkt. Typische Symptome
von verderblichem Kraftsto in der Maschine sind
das schwierige Starten und/oder Ablagerungen, die
das Kraftstosystem blockieren und die Leistung
der Maschine beeinträchtigen. Die Dauer der
Aufbewahrung von verwendbarem Kraftsto im Tank
hängt nicht nur von der Umgebungstemperatur oder
der Kraftstomenge im Tank ab, sondern auch von
der Qualität des Kraftstos selbst.
• Lassen Sie den Kraftsto aus dem Gerät ab. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass das Kraftstozufuhrventil geschlossen
ist, und stellen Sie ein benzinbeständiges Gefäß
(z.B. einen Kanister) mit einem Trichter unter den
Vergaser. Lösen Sie die Vergaser-Ablassschraube
sowie den Sedimentationslter. Önen Sie dann
das Kraftstozufuhrventil und warten Sie, bis der
gesamte Kraftsto zum vorgesehenen Tank ießt.
Schrauben Sie die Vergaser-Ablassschraube wieder
ein und erinnern Sie sich mit einer Dichtung an die
Waschmaschine und den Sedimentationslter.

• Kraftstoadditiv - Eine alternative Methode zur
Verbesserung der Kraftstoebensfähigkeit des Geräts
ist das Hinzufügen des sogenannten Kraftstoadditivs
bzw. Kraftstostabilisators. Kraftstostabilisatoren
sind allgemein verfügbare Petrochemikalien, die
dem Kraftsto zugesetzt werden. Befolgen Sie beim
Hinzufügen eines Stabilisators zum Kraftsto die
Empfehlungen des Herstellers. Füllen Sie den Tank
mit frischem Kraftsto und geben Sie Stabilisator
hinzu. Starten Sie danach das Gerät und lassen Sie es
10 Minuten lang im Leerlauf laufen. Dann den Motor
abstellen und das Kraftstoventil schließen.
E. Lagerung eines nicht verwendeten Geräts über einen
längeren Zeitraum.
Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit unbenutzt gelagert
werden muss, wechseln Sie das Motoröl, schrauben
Sie die Zündkerze ab und gießen Sie 5-10 ml frisches
Motoröl durch das Loch im Motor. Ziehen Sie mehrmals
am Starterhebel, um das Öl im Zylinder zu verteilen.
Schrauben Sie die Zündkerze wieder ein, fassen Sie
den Starterhebel und ziehen Sie ihn langsam, bis ein
Widerstand zu spüren ist. Lassen Sie den Hebel dann
langsam in seine ursprüngliche Position zurückkehren.
Dadurch werden die Ventile im Zylinder geschlossen
und es wird verhindert, dass Feuchtigkeit in ihn
eindringt. Lassen Sie das Gerät ab oder fügen Sie einen
Stabilisator hinzu (siehe vorherigen Punkt) - schließen
Sie das Kraftstozufuhrventil. Decken Sie das (kalte)
Gerät mit einem luftdurchlässigen Tuch oder einem
anderen Material vor Staub ab. Das Verfahren zum
Starten der Maschine nach einem langen Stillstand
ähnelt dem ersten Starten der Maschine.
ACHTUNG: Dichtes, luftundurchlässiges Material
wie Folie usw. führt zu einer Ansammlung von
Feuchtigkeit, die zur Korrosion des Geräts führen
kann!
ENTSORGUNG GEBRAUCHTER GERÄTE
Dieses Produkt darf nicht über den normalen Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Geben Sie das Gerät bei entsprechenden
Sammel- und Recyclinghöfen für Elektro- und
Elektronikgeräte ab. Überprüfen Sie das Symbol auf dem

2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools

function properly (does not switch the device on and
o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not

2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. The machine
should always be used on an even, stable, reproof surface
and out of reach of children and people with reduced
psychological, sensory and mental functions. The valve that
disables the compressed air supply should be immediately
accessible from the area where the device is being used.
Make sure that the pressure of the air supplying the device
does not exceed the recommended range.

additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using

3. USE GUIDELINES
The product is intended for making straight cuts in hard
surfaces, such as concrete (also reinforced), asphalt, etc., as
well as for making expansion joints in pavements.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

To adjust the handles to the operator's preferred position,
loosen the adjustment levers (13 and 14).

To t the cutting disc, make sure the machine's engine is
turned o (ignition switch is OFF). Set the machine to the
highest cutting position, then unscrew the screw securing
the blade guard (16) and remove the guard (9). Unscrew
the saw blade clamping bolt (D, right-hand thread) and x
the saw blade by keeping it stationary and tightening the
clamping bolt (D) again. Pay attention to the arrow on the
blade guard showing the direction of rotation of the blade
while the machine is running. When tting/replacing the
saw blade, check that the mounting anges (C and E) are
undamaged. Replace the saw blade guard (9) and tighten its
screw (16). Make sure that the cutting disc is aligned with the
cutting line guide (7) - if not, align it by adjusting the guide.

Make sure the unit is turned o (ignition switch is OFF).
Unscrew the cutter blade nut and remove the outer ange
holding it. The surface of the ange in contact with the blade
should be clean. Place the cutting disc on the axle, paying
attention to its direction in accordance with the direction of
rotation of the machine drive. Place the collar holding the
shield and the washer with the part sunk inwards (towards
the shield - see the picture below) and tighten them with
a nut.
PLEASE NOTE: use diamond blades adapted to working with
rotations higher than the maximum rotation of the machine
(see technical parameters tables) and adapted to water
cooling. When transporting the machine, the cutting disc
must be removed.
• Engine oil
PLEASE NOTE: before starting the machine for the rst time,
the engine oil should be topped up, as the machine is empty
during transport.
Always check the oil with the machine turned o and the
engine cold, or at least 5 minutes after the engine is turned
o. The machine should be placed in a horizontal position,
i.e. not tilted, on a at, even surface. Unscrew the oil ller cap
and wipe clean its end which enters the hole, making sure
that no foreign objects get into the hole in the meantime.
Then, put the plug in the hole (without screwing it in) and
take it out after a few seconds, checking the oil level at the
plug tip. The engine oil should be in the range of the marked
part of the tip, i.e. between the "MAX" and "MIN" levels (see
image below). If it is not, top the oil up to the bottom edge of
the ller hole, and then check the level at the tip of the plug
again. Never exceed the maximum level and never allow
its level to drop below the minimum – there is a danger of
damaging the engine when it is running! Recommended oil:
SAE 10W30 for diesel 4-stroke engines (standard operating
conditions) or 5W30 (operation also in very cold weather),
API SJ class or newer.
The machine must be turned o while the engine oil is
replaced. Hot oil is thinner and drains faster, however, if
you want to change the oil right after the machine stopped
running, let it cool down (for several minutes).
PLEASE NOTE: the hot oil and its drainage area may be hot
–beware of burns!

• Fuel
PLEASE NOTE: you can refuel only with the engine o, in a
well-ventilated area, and away from sources of re or sparks
which might potentially cause the fuel or its vapours to
ignite! When refuelling the machine, make sure not to spill
fuel on the hot parts.
Unscrew the cap on the top of the fuel tank and pour the fuel,
not exceeding the maximum level, i.e. to the limit of the neck
of the strainer in the tank inlet (see the picture below). To
power the machine, use only unleaded petrol (min. 95 RON
octanes) with ethanol/methanol content not exceeding 5%.
Fuel with the addition of methanol must contain additives:
co-solvents and corrosion inhibitors. It is not allowed to use
an oil/fuel mixture!
3.3. DEVICE USE
A. Starting the machine
Open the fuel supply valve – switch the lever ON.
With a cold engine, move the hand choke lever to ON
(the valve is closed). If the engine is warm, leave the
choke lever in the OFF position (the valve is open).
Set the throttle lever to 1/3 of the scale length from
the slowest revolutions, i.e. at the turtle icon (in the
case of the MSW-FS-500 model, the throttle lever
is located on the machine control panel.) Set the
ignition switch to ON. Pull the starter cord - pull it
gently until you feel resistance, then pull rmly until
the engine starts (it may require several repetitions).
After the engine has started, do not let go of the cord,
but let it return slowly to its original position. When
starting cold, let the engine idle rst in order to bring
it up to operating temperature - as the temperature
rises, gradually reduce choke by moving the choke
lever to the OFF position (the valve is open).
PLEASE NOTE: the water supply should be shut o
while the engine is warming up.
B. Cutting
Mark a straight line on the oor/pavement along
which you are going to cut.
In the MSW-FS-350, start the engine with the cutting
blade raised. Turn on the water supply, increase the
engine speed to maximum.
Use the height adjustment knob to position the saw
blade so that it is in contact with the ground. Set the
desired cutting depth - each graduation of the scale
corresponds to 9.5 mm (3/8 inch). Lower the cutting
disc slowly towards the surface to be cut so as not to
stall the engine. Make a rough cut to a depth of 50
mm before reaching the desired cutting depth – it is
the so-called gradual cut. Slowly move the machine
forward, making sure that the guide blade is following
the marked line.
In the MSW-FS-500 model, in order to start cutting set
the maximum revolutions, and then lower the blade
to the desired cutting depth. Then, x the desired
cutting depth using the height adjustment knob, and
lock it with the lever under the knob. Turn on the
water supply, lower the blade slowly, and proceed
to make the cut with maximum engine speed. Slowly
move the machine forward, making sure that the
guide blade is following the marked line. If the cutting
disc will not keep in the groove, reduce the speed with
which the machine is moved forward.
Place an oil-resistant vessel of appropriate capacity under
the drain plug, then unscrew the oil inlet plug rst, and then
the drain plug and wait until the oil ows out completely.
Before replacing the drain plug, wipe o the oily area around
the engine housing as well as its thread. Tighten the plug
gently, do not tighten it as far as it will go, so as not to
crush its gasket - it may lose its tightness. If the drain plug
gasket is damaged/worn, it must be replaced. Pour fresh oil
through the ller plug to the correct level (see the previous
paragraph). Close the ller opening with the plug.
C. Turning the machine o
• Emergency shutdown - in an emergency, press the
emergency shutdown button on the left handlebar
(MSW-FS-350) or the red poppet on the control panel
(MSW-FS-500), the engine will stop immediately.
Close the water supply.
• Normal shutdown - stop cutting and turn o water
supply. Move the throttle lever to the lowest speed
(the turtle icon) and let the machine run for a few
minutes. Then turn the ignition switch to the OFF
position. Close the fuel supply valve - the OFF position.
D. Automatic shutdown of the machine
There may be several reasons why the machine will
stop running unexpectedly:
• Wrong belt tension
• No fuel
• The machine is pushed forward too fast or the blade is
lowered too rapidly
In each of these cases, rst release the blade from the
groove, turn o the machine (the switch in the OFF
position), turn o the water supply and check the
machine carefully for damage before continuing work.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used. Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
d) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
e) Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
f) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
g) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
h) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
i) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k) Check the engine oil level after each use, and top up
the bearing oil to the height adjustment mechanism.
l) When the machine is not used for a long time, it is
recommended to drain the fuel (for more details, see
3.4.1 point F)

3.4.1 MAINTENANCE INTERVALS A. Air lter replacement
The engine of the machine is equipped with a
2-element air lter consisting of a sponge lter and a
paper lter (see the picture below).
To get to the air lter, unscrew the wing screw on the top of
the lter case and remove the case. Then, unscrew another
wing screw to disassemble the 2-element lter. After
removing the lter, remove the sponge element. Check the
condition of both lters, decide whether they need to be
replaced (see maintenance interval table), or whether they
can be reused after cleaning. If the lters are reusable:
• Paper lter - shake o loose debris, then blow using
compressed air (pressure not greater than 2 Bar/207
kPa/30 psi) from the outlet side, i.e. the side where the
engine sucks the ltered air into the carburettor.
PLEASE NOTE: never wipe the lter with a brush
because it causes debris to penetrate the lter
structure!
• Sponge lter - soak in warm water with the addition
of grey soap, then rinse under running water and
allow to dry completely (alternatively, you can soak
the sponge lter in non-ammable solvent and allow
it to dry completely.) Dip the clean and completely
dry lter in fresh engine oil ( the same type as the
machine engine) and, after removing it, squeeze out
excess oil well, otherwise it will disturb the operation
of the engine - it will exude smoke.
Before installing a clean lter, use a damp, lint-free
cloth to wipe the case and the base of the lter case,
making that no dirt or water gets into the carburettor
air ducts. Then, place the sponge lter onto the paper
lter and install it in the reverse order of disassembly,
remembering about the gasket under the lter.
Tighten both the lter and its case securely with a
wing screw.

PLEASE NOTE: when you remove the spark plug, the
engine must be turned o and cold! Tightening it too
lightly/too much, or the wrong type of spark plug, or
a break in the electrode can damage the engine!
Turn the ignition switch to OFF. Remove the ignition
cable cap from the spark plug. Remove the spark plug
from the engine. Check the condition of the spark
plug - in the case of a burnt-out electrode, cracked
or chipped insulation (ceramics), it must be replaced.
When the spark plug is t for further use, check the
electrode gap before putting it back and adjust if
necessary, the same with a new plug. The re-used
spark plug should be screwed in by tightening 1/8-
1/4 turn of the key, and a new plug by ½ turn.
B. Idle speed control
PLEASE NOTE: the machine has a factory set idle
speed, and the speed should not be changed!
Idle speed adjustment is performed only in case of
engine or engine components repair, which requires
specialized tools.
Start the engine and allow it to warm up to the
operating temperature. Then, set the throttle lever to
the slowest speed and adjust the idle speed with the
throttle lock screw (see the picture below). Their value
should be 1800 ± 50 revolutions per minute.

CAUTION: Perform this procedure on a cold engine!
Close the fuel supply valve and dismantle the
sedimentation lter and its gasket. Wash both parts
in non-ammable solvent, then dry them. When dry,
place the gasket on the fuel valve and tighten the
sedimentation lter again. Open the fuel supply valve
and check for fuel leaks around the lter - if there are
any, remove the lter and replace the gasket.

Check that the belt and tensioning rollers are uniformly
parallel - e.g. apply a straight edge or engineering square
to the tensioning rollers and, if necessary, adjust them so
that the line is even.
PLEASE NOTE: the belt, both loose and too tight, has a
negative impact on the operation and performance of the
machine, and may even damage the cutter.
D. Storage and fuel
If the machine is not used for a long time, it is
recommended to drain the fuel. The fuel that is no
longer used tends to oxidize and begins to lose
its properties which has a negative inuence on
the machine itself. Typical symptoms of lowered
properties of the fuel in the machine are: problems
with starting and/or deposits blocking the fuel
system, aecting the machine performance. The
period of keeping usable fuel in the tank depends not
only on the ambient temperature or the amount of
fuel in the tank, but also on the quality of the fuel
itself.
• Draining the fuel. Having made sure that the fuel
supply valve is closed, place a petrol-resistant vessel
with a funnel (e.g. a canister) under the carburettor.
Unscrew the carburettor drain screw and the
sedimentation lter. Then, open the fuel supply valve
and wait until all the fuel has been drained. Screw in
the carburettor drain plug on again, remembering
about the washer and sedimentation lter and the
gasket.

• Fuel additive - an alternative method of extending
the fuel viability for the machine is adding the so-
called fuel stabilizer. Fuel stabilizers are commonly
available petrochemicals added to fuel. When adding
a stabilizer to the fuel, follow the manufacturer’s
recommendations. Fill the tank with fresh fuel and add
the stabilizer. Then, start the machine and let it run idle
for 10 minutes. Turn o the engine and close the fuel
valve.
E. Storage of the unused machine for a longer period of
time.
If it is necessary to store the machine unused for a
longer period of time, replace the engine oil, then
unscrew the spark plug and pour 5-10 ml of fresh
engine oil through the hole in the engine. Pull the
starter cord several times to distribute the oil in the
cylinder. Screw the spark plug back in, then grasp the
starter cord and pull it slowly until you feel resistance.
Then, slowly let the starter cord return to its original
position - this will close the valves in the cylinder and
prevent spreading moisture. Drain the fuel or top up
the stabilizer (see the previous point) - close the fuel
supply valve. Cover the (cold) machine with a cloth or
other breathable material to protect it from dust. The
procedure for starting the machine after storing it for
a very long time is similar to starting the machine for
the rst time.
PLEASE NOTE: sealing materials, impermeable to air,
such as foil, etc. cause moisture accumulation which
may lead to corrosion of the machine!
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling and
collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction
manual and packaging. The plastics used to construct the
device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By
choosing to recycle you are making a signicant contribution
to the protection of our environment.

C. Drive belt tension adjustment
MSW-FS-350: After several uses of the machine, it
may be necessary to adjust the tension of the drive
belt. To do this, loosen (but do not unscrew) the 2
screws securing the engine to the frame of the
machine (picture below - A) and tighten the adjusting
nuts (B), and the loosened bolts will raise the engine.
If the belt tension is correct, retighten the A bolts.

ani osoby nieupoważnione. (Nieuwaga może
spowodować utratę kontroli nad urządzeniem.)
i) Urządzenie używać w dobrze wentylowanej
przestrzeni.
j) Podczas pracy urządzeniem wytwarza się pył oraz
odłamki, zabezpieczyć osoby postronne przed ich
szkodliwym działaniem.
k) Należy regularnie sprawdzać stan naklejek z
informacjami dotyczącymi bezpieczeństwa. W
przypadku gdy, naklejki są nieczytelne należy je
wymienić.
l) Zachować instrukcję użytkowania w celu jej
późniejszego użycia. W razie, gdyby urządzenie miało
zostać przekazane osobom trzecim, to wraz z nim
należy przekazać również instrukcję użytkowania.
m) Elementy opakowania oraz drobne elementy
montażowe należy przechowywać w miejscu
niedostępnym dla dzieci.
n) Urządzenie trzymać z dala od dzieci i zwierząt.
o) W trakcie użytkowania tego urządzenia wraz z innymi
urządzeniami należy zastosować się również do
pozostałych instrukcji użytkowania.
p) Należy mieć na uwadze warunki miejsca pracy. Nie
należy wystawiać urządzenia na działanie deszczu.
Nie należy używać urządzenia w miejscach wilgotnych
lub mokrych. Miejsce pracy powinno być dobrze
zabezpieczone. Nie należy używać urządzenia w
pobliżu łatwopalnych cieczy lub gazów. Narzędzie
w trakcie pracy jak również w trakcie włączania /
wyłączania tworzy iskry. Nie wolno używać narzędzia
w miejscach niebezpiecznych, w pobliżu lakierów,
farb, benzyny, rozpuszczalników, gazów, środków
klejących i innych materiałów, które są łatwopalne lub
wybuchowe.
2.3. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO OSOBISTE
a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia w
stanie zmęczenia, choroby, pod wpływem alkoholu,
narkotyków lub leków, które ograniczają w istotnym
stopniu zdolności obsługi urządzenia.
b) Maszynę mogą obsługiwać osoby sprawne zycznie,
zdolne do jej obsługi i odpowiednio wyszkolone,
które zapoznały się z niniejszą instrukcją oraz zostały
przeszkolone w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i higieny
pracy.
PAMIĘTAĆ! Należy chronić dzieci i inne osoby
postronne podczas pracy urządzeniem.
c) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym
rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila
nieuwagi podczas pracy, może doprowadzić do
poważnych obrażeń ciała.
d) Należy używać środków ochrony osobistej
wymaganych przy pracy urządzeniem
wyszczególnionych w punkcie 1 objaśnienia symboli.
Stosowanie odpowiednich, atestowanych środków
ochrony osobistej zmniejsza ryzyko doznania urazu.
e) Aby zapobiegać przypadkowemu uruchomieniu
upewnij się, że przełącznik jest w pozycji wyłączonej
przed podłączeniem do źródła zasilania.
f) Nie należy przeceniać swoich możliwości. Utrzymywać
balans i równowagę ciała przez cały czas pracy.
Umożliwia to lepszą kontrolę nad urządzeniem w
nieoczekiwanych sytuacjach.
g) Nie należy nosić luźnej odzieży ani biżuterii. Włosy,
odzież i rękawice utrzymywać z dala od części
ruchomych. Luźna odzież, biżuteria lub długie włosy
mogą zostać chwycone przez ruchome części.
h) Zaleca się stosować ochronę oczu, uszu i dróg
oddechowych.
i) Urządzenie nie jest zabawką. Dzieci powinny być
pilnowane, aby nie bawiły się urządzeniem.
j) Nie wkładać rąk, przedmiotów do wnętrza pracującego
urządzenia!
2.3. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi
odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo
dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej pracę
dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.
b) Nie należy używać urządzenia, jeśli przełącznik ON/
OFF nie działa sprawnie (nie załącza i nie wyłącza
się). Urządzenia, które nie mogą być kontrolowane
za pomocą przełącznika są niebezpieczne, nie mogą
pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.
c) Przed przystąpieniem do regulacji, wymiany osprzętu
lub odłożeniem narzędzia należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę z
gniazda. Taki środek zapobiegawczy zmniejsza ryzyko
przypadkowego uruchomienia.
d) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
e) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.
Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada
uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami
ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub wszelkie
inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na bezpieczne
działanie urządzenia). W przypadku uszkodzenia,
oddać urządzenie do naprawy przed użyciem.
f) Urządzenie należy chronić przed dziećmi.
g) Naprawa oraz konserwacja urządzeń powinna być
wykonywana przez wykwalikowane osoby przy
użyciu wyłącznie oryginalnych części zamiennych.
Zapewni to bezpieczeństwo użytkowania.
h) Aby zapewnić zaprojektowaną integralność operacyjną
urządzenia, nie należy usuwać zainstalowanych
fabrycznie osłon lub odkręcać śrub.
i) Przy transportowaniu i przenoszeniu urządzenia z
miejsca magazynowania do miejsca użytkowania
należy uwzględnić zasady bezpieczeństwa i higieny
pracy przy ręcznych pracach transportowych
obowiązujących w kraju, w którym urządzenia są
użytkowane.
j) Należy unikać sytuacji, gdy urządzenie podczas pracy,
zatrzymuje się pod wpływem dużego obciążenia.
Może spowodować to przegrzanie się elementów
napędowych i w konsekwencji uszkodzenie

m) Należy regularnie czyścić urządzenie, aby nie dopuścić
do trwałego osadzenia się zanieczyszczeń.
n) Podana wartość emisji drgań jest zmierzona przy
użyciu standardowych metod pomiarowych. Wartość
emisji drgań może ulec zmianie przy używaniu
urządzenia w innych warunkach otoczenia.
o) Zabrania się ingerowania w konstrukcję urządzenia
celem zmiany jego parametrów lub budowy.
p) Trzymać urządzenia z dala od źródeł ognia i ciepła.
q) Nie wolno zasłaniać otworów wentylacyjnych
urządzenia!
r) Wycieku olejów eksploatacyjnych z urządzenia należy
zgłosić odpowiednim służbom lub stosować się do
wymogów prawnych obowiązujących w obszarze

u) Chronić silnik od ciepła, iskier i płomienia. Nie palić w

tankowaniem silnik powinien zostać wyłączony i

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
Produkt przeznaczony jest do wykonywania nacięć prostych
w podłożu jak np. beton (również zbrojony), asfalt itp., a
także wykonywania szczelin dylatacyjnych w nawierzchniach.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe w

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
UMIEJSCOWIENIE URZĄDZENIA
Urządzenie należy trzymać z dala od wszelkich gorących
powierzchni. Urządzenie należy zawsze użytkować na
równej, stabilnej, ognioodpornej powierzchni i poza
zasięgiem dzieci oraz osób ograniczonych funkcjach
psychicznych, sensorycznych i umysłowych. Miejsce pracy
urządzenia powinno zapewniać natychmiastowy dostęp
do zaworu wyłączającego dopływ sprężonego powietrza.
Należy pamiętać o tym, by ciśnienie powietrza zasilającego
urządzenie nie przekraczało zalecanego zakresu.

Aby zamocować tarcze tnącą należy upewnić się, że silnik
urządzenia jest wyłączony (przełącznik zapłonu na pozycji
OFF). Ustawić urządzenie do najwyższej pozycji jak do cięcia,
a następnie odkręcić śrubę mocująca osłonę tarczy (16) i
zdemontować osłonę (9). Odkręcić śrubę mocująca tarczę
tnąca (D, gwint prawy) i zamocować tarczę trzymając ją
unieruchomioną i dokręcając ponownie śrubę mocująca
(D). Zwrócić uwagę na osłonie tarczy na strzałkę wskazującą
kierunek obrotu tarczy w trakcie pracy maszyny. Podczas
montażu/wymiany tarczy tnącej zwrócić uwagę, czy
kołnierze mocujące ją (C i E) nie są uszkodzone. Założyć
ponownie osłonę tarczy (9) i dokręcić jej śrubę (16). Zwrócić
uwagę aby tarcza tnąca była wyrównana wraz z prowadnicą
linii cięcia (7) – jeśli nie, ustawić ją w jednej linii regulując
prowadnicę.
• MSW-FS-500
Upewnić się, że urządzenie jest wyłączone (przełącznik
zapłonu w pozycji OFF). Odkręcić nakrętkę ostrza tnącego
i zdjąć trzymający je kołnierz zewnętrzny. Powierzchni
kołnierza stykająca się z ostrzem powinna być czysta.
Założyć tarczę tnącą na oś, zwracając uwagę na jej
kierunek zgodnie z kierunkiem obrotu napędu urządzenia.
Założyć kołnierz trzymający tarczę oraz podkładkę częścią
zapadniętą do wewnątrz (w stronę tarczy – patrz poniższy
obrazek) i dokręcić je nakrętką.
UWAGA: należy używać tarcz diamentowych
przystosowanych do pracy z obrotami większymi niż
maksymalne maszyny (patrz tabele parametrów tech.) oraz
chłodzeniem wodnym. Na czas transportu urządzenia należy
zdemontować tarczę tnącą.
• Olej silnikowy
UWAGA: przed pierwszym uruchomieniem maszyny należy
uzupełnić olej w silniku, gdyż urządzenie na czas transportu
jest jego pozbawione.
Olej należy sprawdzać zawsze na wyłączonym urządzeniu
i zimnym silniku lub co najmniej 5 minut po wyłączeniu
silnika. Maszyna powinna być ustawiona w pozycji poziomej
tj. nie pochylonej na płaskiej, równej powierzchni. Należy
odkręcić korek wlewu oleju i jego końcówkę, która wchodzi
w otwór wytrzeć do czysta, zważając by w międzyczasie
nie dostały się przez otwór żadne ciała obce. Następnie
włożyć korek otwór (bez wkręcania go) i po kilku sekundach
wyjąc sprawdzając poziom oleju na końcówce korka. Olej
silnikowy powinien znajdować się w zakresie kratkowanej
części końcówki tj. pomiędzy poziomem „MAX” a „MIN”
(patrz poniższy obrazek). Jeśli nie, należy uzupełnić olej do
poziomu dolnego rantu otworu wlewowego i następnie
znów sprawdzić poziom na końcówce korka. Nigdy nie
przekraczać maksymalnego poziomu, ani nie doprowadzać
aby jego poziom spadł poniżej minimum – grozi to
uszkodzeniem silnika w trakcie pracy! Rekomendowany olej:
do spalinowych 4-taktów SAE 10W30 (standardowe warunki
pracy) lub 5W30 (praca także w mroźnych warunkach
otoczenia) klasy API SJ lub nowszej.
MONTAŻ URZĄDZENIA
• MSW-FS-350
Aby dopasować manetki do preferowanej pozycji operatora
należy poluzować dźwignie regulacji (13 i 14).
Aby zmienić olej silnikowy urządzenie musi być wyłączone.
Olej rozgrzany jest rzadszy i szybciej spływa, jednakże jeśli
chcemy zmienić olej zaraz po pracy maszyny, to należy dać
urządzeniu nieco przestygnąć (kilkanaście minut).
UWAGA: rozgrzany olej jak i okolice jego spustu mogą być
gorące – ryzyko poparzenia!

• Paliwo
UWAGA: uzupełniania paliwa można dokonywać tylko na
wyłączonym silniku w dobrze wentylowanej przestrzeni i z
dala od źródeł ognia lub iskier, które mogłyby potencjalnie
doprowadzić do samozapłonu paliwa lub jego oparów!
Zwracać uwagę, by tankując maszynę nie rozlać paliwa po jej
rozgrzanych elementach.
Odkręcić korek na górze zbiornika paliwa i wlać paliwo nie
przekraczając dopuszczalnego, maksymalnego poziomu
tj. do granicy szyjki sitka we wlewie zbiornika (patrz
obrazek poniżej). Do zasilania urządzenia używać tylko i
wyłącznie benzyny bezołowiowej (min. 95 oktanów RON) o
zawartości etanolu/metanolu nie przekraczającej 5%. Paliwo
z dodatkiem metanolu musi koniecznie zawierać dodatki:
współrozpuszczalniki oraz inhibitory korozji. Nie wolno
używać mieszanki olejowo-paliwowej!
3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
A. Uruchamianie urządzenia
Odkręcić zawór dopływu paliwa – dźwignia w
pozycji „ON”. W przypadku zimnego silnika dźwignię
ssania ręcznego przestawić w pozycję „ON” (zawór
zamknięty). W przypadku ciepłego silnika dźwignie
ssania pozostawić w pozycji „OFF” (zawór otwarty).
Dźwignię przepustnicy ustawić w położeniu 1/3
długości skali od najwolniejszych obrotów tj. ikonki
żółwia (w przypadku modelu MSW-FS-500 dźwignia
przepustnicy znajduje się na panelu sterowania
urządzeniem.) Przełącznik zapłonu ustawić w pozycji
„ON”. Pociągnąć za szarpak rozrusznika – ciągnąć lekko
aż do momentu wyczucia oporu, wtedy pociągnąć
zdecydowanym ruchem aż silnik się uruchomi
(czasami może to wymagać kilku powtórzeń). Po
uruchomieniu się silnika nie wypuszczać z dłoni
szarpaka, tylko wolnym ruchem dać szarpakowi
powrócić do wyjściowej pozycji. W przypadku
uruchomienia zimnego silnika dać mu wpierw trochę
popracować bezczynnie, aby nabrał temperatury
roboczej – wraz ze wzrostem temperatury stopniowo
redukować ssanie przesuwając jego dźwignię do
pozycji OFF (zawór otwarty).
UWAGA: w czasie rozgrzewania silnika dopływ wody
powinien być zamknięty.
B. Cięcie
Zaznaczyć na podłożu prostą linię wzdłuż której
będzie cięte.
W MSW-FS-350 uruchomić silnik z ostrzem tnącym
uniesionym Odkręcić dopływ wody, zwiększyć obroty
silnika do maksimum.
Pokrętłem regulacji wysokości ustawić tarczę tnącą
aby stykała się z podłożem. Ustawić żądaną głębokość
cięcia – każda jedna podziałka na skali odpowiada
wielkości 9,5 mm (3/8 cala). Powoli opuszczać tarcze
tnącą na powierzchnię przeznaczoną do cięcia aby nie
zgasić silnika. Wyciąć odcinek wstępny na głębokość
50 mm przed osiągnięciem żadenej głębokości cięcia
- tzw. cięcie stopniowe. Powoli przesuwać urządzenie
do przodu zwracając uwagę by ostrze prowadnicy szło
równo po wyznaczonej linii.
W modelu MSW-FS-500 celem rozpoczęcia cięcia
ustawić maksymalne obroty i następnie obniżyć tarcze
do żądanej głębokości cięcia. Następnie pokrętłem
regulacji wysokości ustawić żądaną głębokość
cięcia i ją zablokować przy pomocy dźwigni pod
pokrętłem. Otworzyć dopływ wody i ostrze opuszczać
powoli, zaś samo cięcie wykonywać z maksymalnymi
obrotami silnika. Powoli przesuwać urządzenie do
przodu zwracając uwagę by ostrze prowadnicy szło
równo po wyznaczonej linii. W przypadku gdy tarcza
tnąca wychodzi z ciętego rowka należy zredukować
prędkość z jaką posuwamy urządzenie do przodu.
(patrz poniższy obrazek)
Pod korek spustowy podłożyć naczynie olejoodporne o
odpowiedniej pojemności, następnie odkręcić wpierw
korek wlewowy oleju, a potem spustowy i odczekać aż olej
spłynie i przestanie już wypływać. Przed założeniem korka
spustowego wytrzeć jego zaolejone okolice w obudowie
silnika, jak i również jego gwint. Korek dokręcić z wyczuciem,
nie dokręcać go na siłę do oporu, by nie zmiażdżyć jego
uszczelki - może stracić ona swoją szczelność. W przypadku
uszkodzenia/zużycia uszczelki korka spustowego należy ją
wymienić na nową. Świeży olej wlać poprzez korek wlewowy
do odpowiedniego poziomu (patrz poprzedni akapit).
Zatkać otwór wlewowy korkiem.
C. Wyłączanie urządzenia
• Wyłączanie awaryjne – w nagłych przypadkach
nacisnąć przycisk wyłączania awaryjnego znajdujący
się na lewej manetce (MSW-FS-350) lub czerwony
grzybek na panelu sterowania (MSW-FS-500), co
spowoduje natychmiastowe zatrzymanie silnika.
Zamknąć dopływu wody.
• Normalne wyłączanie – zaprzestać cięcia i zakręcić
dopływ wody. Przesunąć dźwignię przepustnicy na
najniższe obroty (ikonka żółwia) oraz dać urządzeniu
popracować na nich przez kilka minut. Następnie
przełącznik zapłonu ustawić w pozycji „OFF”. Zamknąć
zawór dopływu paliwa - pozycja „OFF”.
D. Samoczynne zatrzymanie urządzenia
Może być kilka powodów, które mogą przerwać
niespodziewanie działanie maszyny:
• Złe napięcie paska
• Brak paliwa
• Zbyt nagły posuw lub szybkie opuszczanie ostrza
Po każdym z tych przypadków należy wpierw
uwolnić ostrze z rowka, wyłączyć urządzenie
(przełącznik w pozycji „OFF”), zakręcić dopływ wody
i przed kontynuacją pracy wpierw dokładnie maszynę
przeglądnąć, czy nic nie uległo uszkodzeniu.
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Przed każdym czyszczeniem, regulacją, wymianą
osprzętu, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane,
należy całkowicie ochłodzić urządzenie. Odczekać, aż
wirujące elementy zatrzymają się.
b) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
c) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym i
chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią i
bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
d) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem
wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.
e) Należy pamiętać, aby przez otwory wentylacyjne
znajdujące się w obudowie nie dostała się woda.
f) Otwory wentylacyjne należy czyścić pędzelkiem i
sprężonym powietrzem.
g) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia
pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz
wszelkich uszkodzeń.
h) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej ściereczki.
i) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej, wilgotnej
ściereczki.
j) Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać ostrych i/lub
metalowych przedmiotów (np. drucianej szczotki lub
metalowej łopatki) ponieważ mogą one uszkodzić
powierzchnię materiału, z którego wykonane jest
urządzenie.
k) Po każdym użyciu sprawdzić poziom oleju silnikowego
oraz dodać nieco oleju łożyskowego do mechanizmu
regulacji wysokości.
l) W przypadku nieużywania urządzenia przez dłuższy
czas zaleca się opróżnić paliwo z urządzenia (więcej
szczegółów w 3.4.1 punkt F)

3.4.1 TABELA INTERWAŁÓW OBSŁUGI A. Wymiana ltra powietrza
Silnik urządzenia wyposażony jest w 2-elementowy
ltr powietrza składający się z ltra gąbkowego oraz
papierowego (patrz poniższy obrazek).
Aby dostać się do ltra powietrza należy na górze obudowy
ltra odkręcić śrubę motylkową i zdjąć obudowę. Po tym
odkręcić kolejną śrubę motylkową celem demontażu
2-elemntowego ltra. Po wyjęciu ltra zdjąć z niego element
gąbkowy. Ocenić stan obydwóch ltrów, czy należy je
wymienić (patrz tabelę interwałów obsługi), czy może da
się je wykorzystać ponownie po wyczyszczeniu. Jeśli ltry
nadają się do ponownego użycia:
• Filtr papierowy - kilkukrotnie otrzepać z luźnych
zanieczyszczeń, następnie przedmuchać sprężonym
powietrzem (ciśnieniem nie większym niż 2 Bary/207
kPa/30 psi) od strony wylotowej tj. tej, którą silnik
zasysa przeltrowane powietrze do gaźnika.
UWAGA: nigdy nie przecierać ltra pędzelkiem, bo
powoduje to wnikanie zanieczyszczeń w strukturę
ltra!
• Filtr gąbkowy – zamoczyć w ciepłej wodzie z
dodatkiem szarego mydła, następnie wypłukać
pod bieżącą wodą i pozostawić do całkowitego
wyschnięcia (alternatywnie można wymoczyć ltr
gąbkowy w niepalnym rozpuszczalniku i pozostawić
do całkowitego wyschnięcia.) Czysty i całkowicie
suchy ltr zanurzyć w świeżym oleju silnikowym (tym
samym co do silnika maszyny) i po wyjęciu dobrze
wycisnąć z niego nadmiar oleju, gdyż w przeciwnym
razie zaburzy to pracę sinika - będzie dymić.
Przed montażem czystego ltra przy pomocy
wilgotnej, nie pylącej ściereczki przetrzeć obudowę
oraz podstawę obudowy ltra zwracając baczną
uwagę aby żadne zanieczyszczenia, czy woda nie
dostały się do kanałów powietrznych gaźnika. Potem
założyć ltr gąbkowy na papierowy i zamocować w
odwrotnej kolejności do demontażu, pamiętając
o uszczelce pod ltrem. Zarówno ltr jak i jego
obudowę pewne dokręcić śrubą motylkową.

UWAGA: demontażu świecy zapłonowej należy dokonywać
na wyłączonym i zimnym silniku! Za lekko/zbyt mocno
dokręcona, czy nieprawidłowa świeca albo przerwa na
elektrodzie mogą doprowadzić do uszkodzenia silnika!
Ustawić przełącznik zapłonu w pozycji OFF. Zdjąć kapturek
przewodu zapłonowego ze świecy. Wykręcić świecę
zapłonową z silnika. Ocenić stan świecy – w przypadku
wypalonej elektrody, pękniętej lub ukruszonej izolacji
(ceramiki) należy ją koniecznie wymienić. Gdy świeca jest
zdatna do dalszego użytku sprawdzić przerwę na elektrodzie
przed ponownym montażem i w razie potrzeby ustawić
właściwą. Tak samo w przypadku nowej świecy. Uprzednio
wymontowaną świecę wkręcać dociągając 1/8-1/4 obrotu
klucza, zaś nową 1/2.
D. Regulacja wolnych obrotów
UWAGA: urządzenie posiada fabrycznie ustawione
wolne obroty i nie należy ich zmieniać! Regulacji
wolnych obrotów dokonuje się tylko w przypadku
naprawy silnika lub niektórych jego podzespołów –
wymagane są do tego specjalistyczne narzędzia.
Należy uruchomić silnik i dać mu się rozgrzać aby
osiągnął temperaturę roboczą. Następnie ustawić
dźwignię przepustnicy na najwolniejsze obroty i
śrubą blokady przepustnicy (patrz poniższy obrazek)
wyregulować wolne obroty. Ich wartość powinna
wynosić 1800 ±50 obrotów na minutę.

UWAGA: niniejszą procedurę przeprowadzać na

Zakręcic zawór dopływu paliwa i zdemontować ltr
sedymentacyjny (opadowy) wraz z jego uszczelką.
Umyć obydwa elementy w niepalnym rozpuszczalniku,
następnie je wysuszyć. Po wyschnięciu założyć
uszczelkę na zawór paliwowy i dokręcić z powrotem
ltr opadowy. Otworzyć zawór dopływu paliwa i
sprawdzić pod kątem wycieków paliwa w okolicach
ltra sedymentacyjnego – jeśli pojawią się jakiekolwiek
należy zdemontować ltr i wymienić uszczelkę

E. Regulacja napięcia paska napędowego
MSW-FS-350: po kilku użyciach urządzenia może
okazać się konieczna poprawa napięcia paska
napędowego. W tym celu poluzować (lecz nie
odkręcać) 2 śruby mocujące silnik do ramy urządzenia
(obrazek poniżej – A) i dociągnąć nakrętki regulujące
(B), a poluzowane śruby uniosą silnik do góry. Jak
napięcie paska właściwe, to z powrotem dokręcić
śruby A.
MSW-FS-500: odkręcić śruby mocujące osłonę tarczy tnącej.
Sprawdzić, czy pasek oraz rolki napinające są jednolicie
równoległe względem siebie – np. liniał krawędziowy
lub kątownik inżynierski przyłożyć do obydwu rolek
napinających i w razie potrzeby je wyregulować w równej
linii.
UWAGA: zarówno za luźny jak i za mocno napięty pasek
mają negatywny wpływ na prace i wydajność urządzenia, a
nawet mogą doprowadzić do jego uszkodzenia.
F. Przechowywanie, a paliwo
W przypadku nieużywania urządzenia przez dłuższy
czas zaleca się opróżnić z niego paliwo. Nieużywane
dłużej paliwo oksyduje i zaczyna tracić swoje
właściwości, mając tym samym negatywny wpływ
na samo urządzenie. Typowymi objawami psującego
się paliwa w maszynie jest jej utrudniony rozruch i/
lub nagary blokujące układ paliwowy wpływające na
wydajność pracy maszyny. Okres przetrzymywania
w baku paliwa zdatnego do użycia zależny jest nie
tylko od temperatury otoczenia, czy ilości paliwa w
zbiorniku, ale i samej jakości paliwa.
• Opróżnianie paliwa z urządzenia – upewniwszy się, że
zawór dopływu paliwa jest zamknięty, podłożyć pod
gaźnik naczynie odporne na benzynę (np. kanister)
wraz z lejkiem. Odkręcić śrubę spustową gaźnika, a
także ltr sedymentacyjny. Następnie otworzyć zawór
dopływu paliwa i odczekać aż całe paliwo spłynie do
podstawionego zbiornika. Z powrotem wkręcić korek
spustowy gaźnika pamiętając o jego podkładce oraz
ltr sedymentacyjny z uszczelką.

• Dodatek do paliwa – alternatywną metodą
przedłużenia zdatności paliwa w urządzeniu
jest dodanie do niego tzw. stabilizatora paliwa.
Stabilizatory paliwa to powszechnie dostępne środki
petrochemiczne dolewane do paliwa. Dodając
stabilizator do paliwa należy postępować zgodnie
z zaleceniami jego producenta. Zalać bak do pełna
świeżym paliwem i dolać do niego stabilizator. Po
tym uruchomić urządzenie i dać mu popracować
bezczynnie przez 10 minut. Następnie wyłączyć silnik i
zakręcić zwór dopływu paliwa.
G. Przechowywanie nieużywanego urządzenia dłuższy
okres czasu.
W przypadku konieczności przechowywania
urządzenia nieużywanego dłuższy okres czasu
należy wymienić w nim olej silnikowy, następnie
wykręcić świecę zapłonową i przez otwór na nią w
silniku wlać 5-10 ml świeżego oleju silnikowego.
Pociągnąć kilkukrotnie szarpak rozrusznika celem
rozprowadzenia oleju w cylindrze. Wkręcić z powrotem
świecę, następnie złapać i powoli ciągnąc szarpak
rozrusznika do momentu wyczucia oporu i wtedy z
powrotem powoli dać szarpakowi powrócić do pozycji
wyjściowej – spowoduje to zamknięcie zaworów w
cylindrze, dzięki czemu wilgoć nie dostanie się do jego
środka. Opróżnić urządzenie z paliwa lub dodać do
niego stabilizator (patrz poprzedni punkt) – zakręcić
zawór dopływu paliwa. Przykryć (zimne) urządzenie
przed kurzem pokrowcem lub innym materiałem
przepuszczającym powietrze. Procedura uruchamiania
urządzenia po bardzo długim postoju jest podobna
do uruchamiania urządzenia po raz pierwszy.
UWAGA: materiał szczelny, nie przepuszczający
powietrza jak np. folia itp. powoduje zbieranie się
pod nim wilgoci, co może doprowadzić do korozji
urządzenia!

USUWANIE ZUŻYTYCH URZĄDZEŃ.
Po zakończeniu okresu użytkowania nie wolno usuwać
niniejszego produktu poprzez normalne odpady komunalne,
lecz należy go oddać do punktu zbiórki i recyklingu
urządzeń elektrycznych i elektronicznych. Informuje o tym
symbol, umieszczony na produkcie, instrukcji obsługi lub
opakowaniu. Zastosowane w urządzeniu tworzywa nadają
się do powtórnego użycia zgodnie z ich oznaczeniem. Dzięki
powtórnemu użyciu, wykorzystaniu materiałów lub innym
formom wykorzystania zużytych urządzeń wnoszą Państwo

1. VŠEOBECNÝ POPIS
Návod slouží jako nápověda pro bezpečné a spolehlivé
používání výrobku. Výrobek je navržen a vyroben přesně
podle technických údajů za použití nejnovějších technologií a
komponentů a za dodržení nejvyšších jakostních norem.
PŘED ZAHÁJENÍM PRÁCE SI DŮKLADNĚ PŘEČTĚTE
TENTO NÁVOD A UJISTĚTE SE, ŽE JSTE POCHOPILI
VŠECHNY POKYNY.
Pro zajištění dlouhého a spolehlivého fungování zařízení
pravidelně provádějte revize a údržbu v souladu s pokyny
uvedenými v tomto návodu. Technické údaje a specikace
uvedené v návodu jsou aktuální. Výrobce si vyhrazuje
právo provádět změny za účelem zvýšení kvality. Vzhledem
k technickému pokroku a možnosti omezení hluku bylo
zařízení navrženo a vyrobeno tak, aby nebezpečí vyplývající
z emise hluku bylo omezeno na nejnižší úroveň.
Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních pokynech
a návodu se vztahuje na PODLAHOVÁ PILA.
2.1. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a mějte dobré
osvětlení. Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou
vést k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se
během práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením
vždy zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,
například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů nebo
prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které může dojít
ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.
c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
POZOR! Obrázky v tomto návodu jsou pouze
ilustrační a v některých detailech se od skutečného
vzhledu výrobku mohou lišit.

2. BEZPEČNOST POUŽÍVÁNÍ
POZNÁMKA! Přečtěte si tento návod včetně všech
bezpečnostních pokynů. Nedodržování návodu a
pokynů může vést k úrazu elektrickým proudem,
požáru anebo těžkému úrazu či smrti.
d) Budete-li mít pochybnosti, zda výrobek funguje
správně, nebo zjistíte poškození, kontaktujte servis
výrobce.
e) Výrobek může opravovat pouze servis výrobce.

g) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod
napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové

osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly
nad zařízením.)
i) Zařízení používejte v dobře větraných prostorách.
j) Při práci se zařízením vzniká velké množství prachů
a úlomků, chraňte přihlížející osoby proti jejich
škodlivému vlivu.
k) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket s
bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou
nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.
l) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho
pozdějšího použití. V případě předánání zařízení
třetím osobám musí být spolu se zařízením předán
rovněž návod k obsluze.
m) Obalový materiál a drobné montážní prvky
uchovávejte na místě nedostupném pro děti.
n) Zařízení mějte v dostatečné vzdálenosti od dětí a
zvířat.
o) Pokud společně s tímto nástrojem používáte nějaké
další nářadí, pak musíte dodržovat také jeho návod k
použití.
p) Zohledněte podmínky na pracovišti. Nepoužívejte
zařízení na vlhkých nebo mokrých místech (vyvarujte
se déště či mokré podlahy). Pracoviště musí být dobře
zabezpečeno. Nepoužívejte zařízení poblíž hořlavých
kapalin nebo plynů. Zařízení během práce a také při
zapínání / vypínání vytváří jiskry. Zařízení nesmí být
používáno na nebezpečných místech, v blízkosti laků,
barev, benzínu, ředidel, plynů, lepících prostředků a
jiného hořlavého nebo výbušného materiálu.
2.2. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, jste-li unaveni nebo pod vlivem
drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně snižují
schopnost zařízení ovládat.
b) Zařízení smí obsluhovat fyzicky zdatné osoby, které
s ním umí zacházet, byly příslušně vyškoleny k jeho
obsluze, seznámily se s tímto návodem a byly také
proškoleny v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při
práci.
c) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se zdravým
rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci může vést k
vážnému úrazu.
d) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované pro
práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě 1 vysvětlením
symbolů.
Používání vhodných, atestovaných osobních
ochranných prostředků snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.
e) Zabraňte náhodnému spuštění. Ujistěte se, že je
spínač ve vypnuté poloze před připojením zařízení k
napájecímu zdroji.
f) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj
a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní
lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.
g) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv a
rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od rotujících
dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy mohou
zachytit rotující díly.
h) Používejte ochranu očí, uší a dýchacích cest.
i) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si nehrály
se zařízením.
j) Pokud je zařízení v provozu, nevkládejte do něj ruce
ani žádné předměty!
2.3. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy
správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe a
bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.
b) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí a
vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení, které
nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí být
opraveno.
c) Vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky před jakýmkoliv
seřízením, výměnou příslušenství nebo odložením
zařízení. Toto opatření snižuje riziko náhodného
zapnutí.
d) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí
a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo
návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v rukou
nezkušených uživatelů.
e) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav i
jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém stavu,
a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí žádné
nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození, nechte
zařízení opravit.
f) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
g) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět pouze
kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití originálních
náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání zařízení.
h) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity zařízení
neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty nebo
neuvolňujte šrouby.
i) Při přemisťování zařízení z místa skladování na místo
používání berte v úvahu pracovní zásady bezpečnosti
a ochrany zdraví v rámci přenášení břemena platné v
zemi, ve které se zařízení používá.
j) Zabraňte situaci, kdy se zapnuté zařízení zastaví
vlivem velkého zatížení. Může to způsobit přehřátí
hnacích součástí a v následku poškození zařízení.
k) Pokud zařízení nebylo odpojeno od napájení,
nedotýkejte se rotujících dílů ani součástí.
l) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.
m) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
n) Uvedená emise vibrací byla změřena pomocí
standardních měřicích metod. Hodnota emise vibrací
se může změnit při používání zařízení v jiných okolních
podmínkách.
o) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho parametry
nebo konstrukci.
p) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.
q) Nezakrývejte větrací otvory!
r) Únik provozních olejů ze zařízení musí být nahlášen na
příslušných místech nebo se musí postupovat podle
zákonných předpisů platných v oblasti použití.
s) Nebezpečí! Hrozí poškození zdraví a riziko výbuchu
spalovacího motoru.
PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti a
jiné nepovolané osoby.

t) Výfukové plyny motoru obsahují jedovatý oxid
uhelnatý. Pobyt v prostředí s obsahem oxidu
uhelnatého může vést k bezvědomí nebo ke smrti.
Nezapínejte motor zařízení v uzavřeném prostoru.
u) Chraňte motor před teplem, jiskrami a plamenem. V
blízkosti zařízení nekuřte!
v) Benzín je velmi hořlavý a výbušný. Před doplňováním
paliva je třeba motor vypnout a ochladit.
w) Upozornění! Při použití nesprávného paliva hrozí
riziko poškození motoru.

POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost a
zdravý rozum při jeho používání.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Výrobek je určen k provádění přímých řezů v podlaze, jako
je beton (také železobeton), asfalt atd. a také pro vytváření
dilatačních spár v povrchu.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.

Pokud chcete namontovat řezací kotouč, ujistěte se, že
motor zařízení je vypnutý (přepínač zapalování je v poloze
OFF). Nastavte zařízení v nejvyšší poloze jako při řezání a
poté odšroubujte upevňovací šroub krytu kotouče (16) a
odstraňte kryt (9). Odšroubujte upevňovací šroub řezného
kotouče (D, pravý závit), nasaďte kotouč a pevně ji přidržte
na místě, dotáhněte upevňovací šroub (D). Sledujte na krytu
kotouče šipku, která ukazuje směr otáčení kotouče během
chodu zařízení. Při montáži/výměně řezného kotouče
zkontrolujte, zda nejsou poškozeny montážní příruby (C a E).
Nasaďte zpět kryt kotouče (9) a dotáhněte jeho šroub (16).
Dbejte na to, aby řezný kotouč byl vyrovnán s vodící lištou
linie řezu (7) – pokud není, vyrovnejte jej tak, že jej nastavíte
v jedné linii a upravíte vodicí lištu.

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Zařízení udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od veškerých
horkých povrchů. Zařízení vždy používejte na rovnoměrném,
stabilním, čistém a ohnivzdorném povrchu, mimo dosah dětí
a osob s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými a duševními
funkcemi. Místo provozu zařízení musí zajišťovat okamžitý
přístup k ventilu uzavírajícímu přívod stlačeného vzduchu.
Pamatujte na to, aby tlak přívodního vzduchu do zařízení
nepřekračoval doporučený rozsah.

Chcete-li nastavit řadicí páky do požadované polohy
obsluhy, uvolněte regulační páky (13 a 14).

• MSW-FS-500
Ujistěte se, že zařízení je vypnuté (přepínač zapalování
je v poloze OFF). Odšroubujte matici řezného kotouče a
odstraňte vnější přírubu, která jej drží. Povrch příruby, který
je v kontaktu s kotoučem by měl být čistý. Nasaďte řezný
kotouč na osu a dbejte, aby směr otáčení byl stejný jako
směr otáčení pohonu zařízení. Nasaďte přírubu, která drží
kotouč a podložku částí zapuštěnou dovnitř (směrem ke
kotouči – viz obrázek níže) a utáhněte je maticí.
UPOZORNĚNÍ: Používejte diamantové kotouče přizpůsobené
pro práci s otáčkami většími, než jsou maximální otáčky
stroje (viz tabulky s technickými parametry) a vodním
chlazením. Během přepravy zařízení musí být řezací kotouč
demontován.
• Motorový olej
UPOZORNĚNÍ: Před prvním spuštěním stroje je třeba doplnit
olej v motoru, jelikož během přepravy olej v motoru není.
Olej kontrolujte vždy při vypnutém zařízení a studeném
motoru nebo alespoň 5 minut po vypnutí motoru. Stroj
by měl být umístěn ve vodorovné poloze tak, aby nebyl
nakloněn, na plochém, rovném povrchu. Odšroubujte
uzávěr plnícího otvoru oleje a jeho konec, který vstupuje
do otvoru, osušte a zbavte nečistot a dávejte pozor, aby
mezitím do otvoru nevnikly žádné cizí předměty. Poté vložte
uzávěr do otvoru (bez šroubování) a po několika sekundách
ho vytáhněte, zkontrolujte hladinu oleje na koncovce
uzávěru. Motorový olej by měl dosahovat mřížkované části
koncovky, tedy mezi úrovní „MAX“ a „MIN“ (viz níže uvedený
obrázek). Pokud tomu tak není, doplňte olej do úrovně
spodního okraje plnícího otvoru a poté opět zkontrolujte
hladinu oleje na koncovce uzávěru. Nikdy nepřekračujte
maximální hladinu, ani nedopusťte, aby hladina nespadla
pod minimum – mohlo by dojít k poškození motoru během
práce! Doporučovaný olej: pro vznětový čtyřtaktní motor
SAE 10W30 (standardní provozní podmínky) nebo 5W30
(provoz také v mrazivém prostředí) třídy API SJ nebo novější.
Pokud chcete motorový olej vyměnit, musí být zařízení
vypnuto. Horký olej je řidší a rychleji se vypouští, pokud však
chcete olej vyměnit ihned po práci stroje, nechte zařízení
trochu vychladnout (déle než 10 minut).
UPOZORNĚNÍ: horký olej a místo, kde se vypouští, mohou
být horké – nebezpečí popálení!
(viz obrázek níže)
Pod vypouštěcí uzávěr postavte nádobu odolnou proti oleji
o odpovídajícím objemu, poté odšroubujte nejprve uzávěr
plnícího otvoru, pak vypouštěcí zátku a počkejte, dokud olej
úplně nepřestane vytékat. Před namontováním vypouštěcího
uzávěru vytřete všechna mastná místa v krytu motoru a také
jeho závit od oleje.
Uzávěr dotáhněte jemně, neutahujte jej až na doraz, aby
nedošlo k rozdrcení jeho těsnění – mohlo by dojít ke ztrátě
jeho těsnosti. V případě poškození/opotřebení těsnění
vypouštěcího uzávěru vyměňte těsnění za nové. Čerstvý olej
nalijte plnícím otvorem na správnou hladinu (viz předchozí
odstavec). Uzavřete plnicí otvor zátkou.

• Palivo
UPOZORNĚNÍ: palivo doplňujte pouze při vypnutém motoru,
na dobře větraném místě a mimo zdroje ohně nebo jisker,
které by mohly způsobit samovznícení paliva nebo jeho par!
Při doplňování paliva do stroje dávejte pozor, aby nedošlo k
rozlití paliva na jeho horké části.
Odšroubujte uzávěr nahoře palivové nádrže, nalijte palivo
a nepřekračujte povolenou maximální hladinu, to je k okraji
hrdla sítka v plnícím otvoru nádrže (viz obrázek níže). K
pohonu zařízení používejte pouze bezolovnatý benzín
(min. 95 oktanů RON) s obsahem etanolu / metanolu
nepřesahujícím 5 %. Palivo s přídavkem metanolu musí
bezpodmínečně obsahovat přísady: spolurozpouštědla
a inhibitory koroze. Je zakázáno používat směsi oleje s
palivem!!
C. Vypínání zařízení
• Nouzové vypnutí – v nouzovém případě stiskněte
tlačítko nouzového zastavení, které se nachází na
levé řadící páce (MSW-FS-350) nebo červené tlačítko
na ovládacím panelu (MSW-FS-500), co způsobí
okamžité zastavení motoru. Zavřete přívod vody
• Normální vypínání – přestaňte řezat a uzavřete
přívod vody. Přesuňte páku škrticí klapky na nejnižší
otáčky (ikona želvy) a nechte zařízení na těchto
otáčkách běžet několik minut. Poté nastavte přepínač
zapalování do polohy „OFF“. Zavřete ventil přívodu
paliva – poloha „OFF“.
D. Automatické zastavení zařízení
Existuje několik důvodů, proč může stroj neočekávaně
přestat běžet:
• Špatné napnutí řemene
• Nedostatek paliva
• Příliš rychlý pohyb nebo rychlé spouštění řezného
kotouče
V každém z těchto případů nejprve uvolněte kotouč
z drážky, vypněte zařízení (přepínač v poloze „OFF),
uzavřete přívod vody a před pokračováním v práci
nejdříve pečlivě zkontrolujte, zda nedošlo k poškození
stroje.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) Před každým čištěním, seřizováním, výměnou
příslušenství a také vždy, když zařízení nepoužíváte,
vytáhněte síťovou zástrčku a nechte zařízení úplně
vychladnout. Počkejte, až se rotující prvky zastaví.
b) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně
prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.
c) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu
svitu.
d) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody
ponořovat.
e) Dávejte pozor, aby se ventilačními otvory
nacházejícími se na krytu zařízení nedostala dovnitř
voda.
f) Ventilační otvory čistěte pomocí štětečku a stlačeného
vzduchu.
g) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
h) K čištění používejte měkký hadřík.
i) K čištění používejte měkký, vlhký hadřík.
j) K čištění nepoužívejte ostré ani kovové předměty
(například drátěný kartáč nebo kovovou obracečku),
protože mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je
zařízení vyrobeno.
k) Zařízení nečistěte přípravky s kyselým pH,
dezinfekčními prostředky, ředidly, palivem, oleji nebo
jinými chemickými látkami, může to poškodit zařízení.
l) Po každém použití zkontrolujte hladinu motorového
oleje a doplňte trochu ložiskového oleje do
mechanismu regulace výšky.
m) V případě, že zařízení budete delší dobu používat,
doporučujeme vyprázdnit palivo ze zařízení
(podrobnosti v odst. 3.4.1 bod F)
3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
A. Spouštění zařízení
Otočte ventil přívodu paliva – páčka v poloze „ON“.
V případě studeného motoru nastavte páčku ručního
sytiče do polohy „ON“ (uzavřený ventil). V případě,
že je motor horký, páčku sytiče ponechejte v poloze
„OFF“ (otevřený ventil).
Páku škrtící klapky nastavte do polohy 1/3 délky
stupnice od nejpomalejších otáček, tj. ikonky želvy (u
modelu MSW-FS-500 se páčka škrticí klapky nachází
na ovládacím panelu zařízení).
Přepínač zapalování nastavte do polohy „ON“.
Potáhněte za páčku startéru – zatáhněte lehce, dokud
neucítíte odpor a potom zatáhněte silně, dokud
motor nenaskočí (někdy to může vyžadovat několik
opakování). Po nastartování motoru nepouštějte
páčku startéru z ruky, ale pomalu nechte startér vrátit
do původní polohy. V případě nastartování studeného
motoru nejprve jej nechte na volném běhu, aby se
zahřál na provozní teplotu – společně se zvyšováním
teploty postupně snižujte sytič posouváním jeho páky
do polohy OFF (otevřený ventil).
UPOZORNĚNÍ: během zahřívání motoru by měl být
přívod vody uzavřen.
B. Řezání
Na podlaze vyznačte přímku, podél které bude řez
proveden.
V případě MSV-FS-350 nastartujte motor se
zvednutým řezným kotoučem. Otevřete přívod vody,
zvyšte otáčky motoru na maximální.
Otočným knoíkem nastavte výšku řezného kotouče
tak, aby se dotýkal podlahy. Nastavte požadovanou
hloubku řezu – každý jeden dílek na stupnici odpovídá
délce 9,5 mm (3/8 palce). Pomalu spouštějte řezný
kotouč na plochu určenou k řezání, aby nedošlo k
vypnutí motoru.
Proveďte hrubý řez do hloubky 50 mm před
dosažením požadované hloubky řezu – tzv. postupný
řez. Pomalu posouvejte zařízení dopředu a dbejte
na to, aby čepel vodící lišty šla rovně po vyznačené
přímce.
U modelu MSW-FS-500 před zahájením řezání
nastavte maximální otáčky a poté spusťte kotouč na
požadovanou hloubku řezu. Poté otočným knoíkem
regulace výšky nastavte požadovanou hloubku řezu
a zajistěte ji pomocí páčky pod otočným knoíkem.
Otevřete přívod vody a pomalu spouštějte kotouč,
řez provádějte při maximálních otáčkách motoru.
Zařízení pomalu posouvejte dopředu a dávejte pozor,
aby čepel vodící lišty šla rovně po vyznačené přímce.
V případě, že řezací kotouč vychází z řezané drážky,
snižte rychlost pohybu zařízení vpřed.
