3D Printing Pen
• This pen is suitable for use by children over 8 years and adults. Children must only use
the pen under supervision from an adult.
• Do not touch the nozzle as it can reach a very high temperature.
• Do not input any other material into the lament loading hole.
• Do not use any power adaptors provided by another manufacturer.
• Do not use any lament provided by another manufacturer due to different parameters
of lament.
• Keep the pen away from water at all times.
• Store the pen in a safe place out of the reach of children.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Connect the AC/DC adaptor to the AC power socket and the 3D pen to the DC power
socket. When the red LED comes on, the pen is in standby status.
• Press the lament loading button in order to start heating. The green light will ash and
after around 40 seconds, the green light will stop ashing, indicating that it is ready for

SPECIFICATION

• Insert the 1.75mm lament into the lament loading hole. Keep pressing the lament
loading button and the material will be loaded.
• Hold until the plastic material comes out from the nozzle. Double click the lament
loading button to load the lament automatically and then press the button again to exit
automatic mode.
Temperature Adjustment
• To adjust the temperature, open the back cover and use the plastic screwdriver to turn
the temperature switch either clockwise to increase the temperature, or anticlockwise to
reduce the temperature.
• Note: each level is 15°C and the temperature range is from 130°C to 240°C.
Speed Adjustment
• Slip the speed controller to adjust the speed.
Unloading Filament
• To unload the lament keep pressing the unload lament button. Double click the button
to unload the lament automatically and press the button again to exit the automatic
mode.
Replacing the Nozzle
• Open the back cover using the plastic screwdriver and remove the screw, before
removing the nozzle.
• The pen will enter standby mode after 2 minutes of no operation. Press the load lament
button to wake it up.
• Do not touch the nozzle during working.
Default Reason Solution
The power
indicator light
does not ash.
Power adaptor or plug
line defective. Repair or replace the power adaptor.
Motherboard defective. Repair or replace the motherboard.
Socket lead off. Solder the socket.
No lament
comes out from
the nozzle.
Nozzle blocked. Replace the nozzle set.
Temperature not high
enough.
Replace the nozzle set or adjust the
temperature.
No working
temperature.
Replace the nozzle set or check the
motherboard.
Gear slips. Move out lament, clean the gear, cut off the
damaged lament and then reload it.
Failed to load lament. Unload lament and cut the end off the
lament.
Motherboard defective. Repair or replace the motherboard.
No working
temperature. Heating partly defective. Replace the nozzle set.
