1.3 Tapes for capacitors are wound clockwise shown in Fig.3.
(The sprocket holes are to the right as the tape is pulled toward the user.)
1.4 Part of the leader and part of the vacant section are attached as follows.

There are possibly to change the material and dimension due to some impairment.
