Cautions for Use
1. When operating, the vibration needs to be turned on before massage application.

3. Do not use on the head, medial elbow, lateral knee, or near the collarbone.
4. Do not use in areas rich in nerve blood vessels (front of neck, groin, popliteal fossa,

4. Dos and Dont’s
1. Use a grounding pin and make sure the power socket of the device is properly
connected before each operation.
2. Ensure that the voltage of the device is appropriate. If the voltage of the local
power supply is unstable, we recommend that users increase to the matching power
voltage.
3. In order to ensure the therapeutic effect and normal service life expectancy of the
device, please use the specified accessories provided or recommended by the original
manufacturer.
4. The device should not be placed in wet environment or near water, nor should
they be directly exposed to sunlight.
5. Do not place the device near a strong heat source, because this may affect the life
and normal use of the device.
6. Before treatment, please remove all metal objects from the body first, so as to
avoid unexpected conditions and influence the curative effect.
7. Please restrain from using the device on eyes, thyroid, parathyroid, testicles,
abdomen of pregnant women, and pacemakers.
8. Patients who are suffering from illness should consult with a doctor and gain

9. Please turn off the power switch of the device, and ensure that the total power
supply of the device is turned off before the staff leaves after daily use, so as to

10. Use device or train device operators in strict accordance with instructions in the
user manual.
11. Avoid massaging the same treatment site overly long. The ideal treatment time of
one spot is 3-5 min.
12. Do not apply too much pressure. The message gun is quipped with its own
vertical pressure so you can just walk the massenger back and forth on major muscle
groups.
13. Observe the user closely. Stop the operation immediately when pain is felt. It
doesn’t require too long of a treatment.
14. Keep young children away from the machine. For those who are unconscious or
disabled, make sure the caregiver is at the site to assist.
15. Avoid using the massenger during menstruation, sleeping, treatment of
diseases, one hour after meals or after drinking. Cease operation immediately when
discomfort occurs.
16. The massage gun shall not be used simultaneously with other medical devices,
such as low-cycle therapy devices, pacemakers and artificial bone, etc.
17. This instrument shall not be used on the head, medial side of elbow or lateral side
of knee. Other purposes of use is strictly prohibited except for massage.
18. Please do not cover the machine with quilts or towels, which may cause poor
heat dissipation.
19. During operation, make sure to turn on the vibration before massage treatment.

20. If high temperature of the machine is found during use, please stop using and
inform the after-sales service center. If the power cord is damaged, please stop using
and inform the service center immediately. In winter, do not place the main unit near
the electric heater.
21. The massage gun should not be used vertically on the abdomen during operation.
If there is more abdominal fat, it can be pinched to operate.
22. In areas rich in nerve and blood vessels, such as around the neck, groin and
popliteal foss, where muscle tissue is little and fragile, severe vibration can easily
aggravate the injury, and should be avoided as far as possible.
23. If you find muscle abnormally hot after muscle strain, apply ice compress
immediately, and seek help from a specialist to eliminate inflammation and reduce the
muscle guarding tension to speed up recovery. Do not blindly use the massage gun.
5. Troubleshooting & Solutions
1. The instrument cannot be started, and the key light on the back of the instrument
is not on?
A. Make sure the power cord is connected to a valid power outlet.
B. Check whether the fuse tube on the back of the instrument is loose or burned.
2. The instrument does not work after being turned on?
A. please check whether the instrument needs charging.
B. If the above methods cannot address the issue, please contact the instrument
dealer for assistance.
6.FAQs
1. Q: Can I use the massager on all parts of the body?
A: Not quite. Parts where the muscle thickness is relatively thin, and close to the
organs and the aorta, such as the neck, chest, abdomen, armpit, it is not
recommended to use the massager at all.
2. Q: How long is it recommended for one treatment?
A: The efficacy of the massenger is not in direct proportion to the time and level of
pain. Scale 1-10, your soreness or pain level should maintain around 6-8. 5-10 min is
ideal for one treatment at one site. After deep exercise, massage is recommended for
3-5 minutes for each muscle group of the body, and 30-40 minutes for the whole body
at most.
3. Q: The greater the force, the better the effect?
A: Absolutely not. Too much force and too much stimulation can stimulate some of
our pain receptors and make us feel painful. In this way, the muscles may become stiff

to resist the pain, so the whole process will not relax the muscles, but make them
more tense. When using a massage gun, it is not recommended to use too much force,
especially if you have weak muscles. Unless the muscle mass is large, the force can be
slightly larger.
4. Q: Does the massage gun work for iliotibial band syndrome?
A: Yes, the iliotibial band syndrome is mainly caused by the strain of the iliotibial band.
It is also related to the tension of the tensor fascia lata muscle. It is difficult to relax
the tensor fascia lata muscle and the iliotibial band by stretching. So assistive devices
can be used for relaxation like the massage gun.
