myFirst Circle
Download
Visit the App Store and Google Play Store to search
for and download our app 'myFirst Circle.' This will
enable you to eortlessly experience our services
and features.
To power on your myFirst Fone, simply press and
hold the power button for 3 seconds. The device
will start up and initiate a network search. Once it
successfully connects to the network, it will display
the binding QR code.
NOTE: If your smartwatch indicates that it cannot
connect to the network, kindly get in touch with our
customer service.

To start using myFirst
Circle, log in using your
Google, Facebook, or
Apple ID.
Existing users can simply
click on 'Login' and use
their phone number to
login.
For new user registration,
you will need to provide
your phone number.

Please enter the OTP to
verify your phone number.
Congratulations, you have
successfully completed the
user registration.
Next, please prepare to
create an account for your
child.

On the Settings, click on
'Add a Child Account.'
Choose a username for
your child account and
create a password.

Enter the profile
information for the child
account, and don't forget
to add a nice profile photo.
Choose a username for
your child account and
create a password.

Great job! You have
successfully created an
account for your child.
Now, you can proceed to
link a myFirst Fone to your
child's account.
Scan the QR code on the
smartwatch.

An OTP will be sent to the
myFirst Fone. Please enter
this OTP in the app.
Great! Your myFirst Fone
should now be
successfully linked.
myFirst Fone R2 and S3+
comes with a built-in
eSIM, and you will need
to subscribe to our
FreeSIM to access eSIM
network services. After
subscribing, you will
enjoy one month of free
usage.

click on 'Subscriptions.
Click ‘Add a plan’

Select the child account
which you want to add a
subscription plan.
Only child account that has
bound with an eSIM device
is eligible to purchase the
subscription plan. Any
account with an active
subscription plan will not
appear here.
Select the country/region
where the watch will be
used. This step allows us
to configure the network
settings accurately.
If we do not support the
currency of your country or
region, it will be displayed
in USD.

Confirm your subscription
and make the payment.
Details of your child's
watch subscription will
appear under
'Subscriptions.' You can
manage your subscription
and view invoice history. If
you cancel the
subscription, the network
service will be terminated
at the end of the
subscription period.
