address your MyKronoz device is connected, and if needed,
to unpair it from this account.

bottom right-side of the Software welcome page
This message on your device display prompt you to set up
the product using ZeFit2mobile application
(iOS or Android) and/or PC/MAC software.
To interact with ZeFit2touchscreen, double tap on the
touch-sensitive area.
ZeFit2touchscreen only respond to tap gestures in this
specific touch-sensitive area.
ZeFit2screen turns o when not in use. Double tap the touch
area to wake the device.
To ensure ZeFit2is responding accurately to your taps, we
recommend using your fingertip and not your nail.
To move between screens, swipe left or right.
• Open ZeFit2mobile application
• Go into SETTINGS > UNPAIR
• Then log out from your session
• Sign up with another email and pair your ZeFIt2 with this
new email account
[PC / MAC users] Open the software, Go to the “Device
Manager” tab, click on “Unpair “ in the right hand-side of
the table. Log out, and sign up with another email adress
In order to get the correct time and date on your
ZeFit2display, proceed as follows :

and install ZeFit2
iOS, Android
or
Windows Phone App
on
your smartphone, then create an account and follow the
instructions on screen. Afer a successful pairing, time and
date will be automatically synchronized.
• Set up ZeFit2using a computer: download ZeFit2PC
or MAC software from MyKronoz website, install the
software on your computer, and follow the instructions
on screen

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ZEFIT2WITH THE
LATEST FIRMWARE AVAILABLE?
You need to wear ZeFit2and do about 10-20 steps
in order to start the podometer.
If you are still experiencing this issue, we recommend you
to do a RESET of your watch.
If this issue still occurs even after the RESET, you should
let the battery discharge completely in order to reboot the
accelerometer.

WHAT CAN I DO ?
ZEFIT2IS NOT DETECTED BY THE
MOBILE APPLICATION?
•Download and install ZeFit2PC or MAC software available on
MyKronoz website
•Plug ZeFit2into the USB port of your computer and follow the
instructions on screen to upgrade your ZeFit2firmware
• Update process will take a few minutes, wait and unplug the
device after the update has been successfully performed.
• In the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone, forget the
ZeFit2
• Open the application, sign in with your user identification,
and follow the instructions on the screen to pair your device.
WHAT CODE SHOULD I ENTER
TO PAIR WITH MY ZEFIT2?
No password is required to pair ZeFit2to your mobile phone,
you should download the App and follow the instructions
given on screen.
I AM STUCK ON THE WELCOME PAGE OF THE SOFTWARE AND MY ZEFIT2IS NOT DETECTED.
[For PC]
• Make sure the ZeFit2is well positioned on its charging dock and plug to your computer.
•Turn o the bluetooth connections (from your Bluetooth devices list on your smartphone and from your App).
•Unplug and plug the device back in.
•Try again on a dierent USB port.
•Update the driver on your PC, the driver is usually located in this folder : C:\Mykronoz\ZeFit2\usbdriver
•Restart your computer.
[For MAC]

Before the first set-up, we
recommend you to charge your
ZeFit2for about 1h30. Make sure to
well align the charging clip posts
with the contacts on the back of
ZeFit2. Plug the USB cable to a
power source. A battery indicator
will be displayed on the screen.

ANY HELP NEEDED?
You have downloaded and installed our PC or MAC software, however, your
device is not recognized and you remain stuck on the Home Page.
Here are our tips:
• Switch o the Bluetooth connection of your device before connecting it to the computer with the USB cable.
To switch o the connection, forget the device from the list of available devices from the Bluetooth settings of
your mobile phone.
• Unplug and plug back in the device until the USB port is available
• If « unknown driver » is displayed when plugin the device, it means that the driver installation is not successful.
You will have to manually install it. In your settings, click on the USB
