IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: Before using the bike, please read the following safety precautions carefully
in order to reduce the risk of injury.
1. This bike is designed for household use only. Do not use it in a commercial, rental, or
institutional setting.
2. Use the bike only on a level and solid surface.
3. Wear appropriate clothing when exercising. Do not wear loose clothing which may get
caught in the bike. Always wear athletic shoes for foot protection.
4. Keep small children away from the bike at all times.
5. Ensure that all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before exercising.
6. Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before using this bike, and cool down for 5 to 10 minutes
afterwards.
7. When operating the bike, start pedaling slowly, gradually increasing the rate of speed
until you reach the desired workout level. Do not complete your workout abruptly; reduce
it gradually until your heart rate returns to normal.
8. Do not exercise within 2 hours of eating or one hour before.
9. Do not exercise standing up or leaning backward which may cause damage to or cause
this bike to tip over.
10.The exercise should be stopped if any of the following occur: nausea, trembling, extreme
shortness of breath or throbbing chest pain. Consult your physician at once.
IMPORTANT
Before starting this or any exercise program, consult your physician. This is extremely
important for persons over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing health problems.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
For your benefit, read all instructions carefully. Set-up this Bike in accordance with the steps in
the manual.
Remove each parts from its packing material. Place all parts on a clear area and check you
have all the parts listed before beginning assembly. Do not dispose of the packing materials
until assembly is completed.
For helping you to easily assemble, please review the drawing below and familiarize yourself
with the parts that are marked.

ASSEMBLY
To make assembly of the home trainer as easy as possible we have pre-assembled the most important
parts. Before you assemble the device you should carefully read these assembly instructions and then
proceed step-by-step as described.
Assembly Instructions
The base has been pre-assembled and diagrams have been included to make the assembly of the
Basic Home Trainer simpler. Good luck.
1. Mounting the stand foot
Attach the front and rear stand foot (61/72) to the main frame (66) with four coach bolts (62), four
curved washers (21) and four capsule nuts (63).
2. Mounting the handlebar column and the tension control
Connect the upper computer cable (8) and the lower computer cable (65) ensuring that the connection
is correct so as to allow the signal to be transmitted to the computer then connect the upper resistance
regulator cable (23) and the lower resistance regulator cable (31). (please refer to Fig A). Ensure the
cable connection and inside the frame. Otherwise the cable be damaged.
Then insert the handlebar column (12) into main frame (66). Using the four hexagonal socket screw
(22), four curved washer (21). Turn the resistance regulator (20) back and forth to ensure that it moves
easily. The resistance regulator cable (23,31) must be moved and the procedure repeated if this not
thecase.

3. Mounting the handlebar and computer
Fix the handlebar (3) through the front plastic handlebar cover (15) onto the handlebar column (12)
with the T-bolt (16), washer (17) and spring washer (18) through the bushing (19).
Insert the computer (5) into the computer bracket then fix with two screws (9) and plug the head of
upper computer cable (8) and the hand-pulse cable (14) into the back of the computer(5).Then fix the
front and rear plastic handlebar cover with two M5 screw (71) and two M3 screw (64).
4. Mounting the saddle
Fasten the saddle (24) to the saddle support (34) with three washer (73) and three nylon nut (74).
Loose the adjustable knob (36) on the main frame (66). Slide the saddle support (34) into
the rear stem of the main frame (66), and secure with the adjustable knob (36) in a proper height.

5. Mounting the pedal
The pedals (38/58) are marked “R” (right) and “L” (left).
Carefully tighten the “L” pedal into the left arm of the crank (58) anti-clockwise.
Carefully tighten the “R” pedal into the right arm of the crank (38) clockwise.
