SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Read the manual before operang the diesel ller. Failure to follow the warnings and instrucons may result in re and/or
serious injury. Aer reading the manual, store it in a safe place for future reference.
Training
• Read the instrucons carefully. Familiarize yourself with the controls and the proper use of the equipment.
• Never allow children or persons unfamiliar with these instrucons to use the machine.
• Never operate this machine while people, especially children, or pets are nearby.
• Keep in mind that the operator is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other people or their property.
Preparaon
• While working, always wear sturdy footwear and long trousers. Do not operate the equipment when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
• Thoroughly inspect the area where the equipment is to be used and remove all objects which can be thrown up by the machine.
• Replace faulty exhaust muers.
• Before operang the machine, always visually inspect to check whether any part is worn or damaged. Replace worn or damaged parts and bolts in sets.
• Ensure that the safety covers (fan cover, recoil starter cover) are in place.
Operaon
• Do not operate the engine in a conned space where carbon monoxide gas can quickly build up to dangerous levels.
• Operate the machine only in daylight or in sucient arcial light.
• Always be sure of your foong on slopes.
• Walk, never run while operang the machine.
• Exercise extreme cauon when changing direcon on slopes.
• Do not work on excessively steep slopes.
• Use extreme cauon when reversing or pulling the machine towards you.
• Do not change the engine governor sengs or overspeed the engine.
• Start the engine carefully according to the instrucons and with your feet at a safe distance from the moving parts of the tool.
• Do not put hands or feet near or under moving parts.
• Never pick up or carry the machine while the engine is running.
• Stop the engine before leaving the machine and before refuelling.
• Reduce the throle seng during engine shut down and, if the engine is provided with a shut-o valve, turn the fuel o at the conclusion of working.
• Keep a rm grip on the handlebars, they may li during clutch engagement.
• Know how to stop the engine and nes quickly in case of emergency. Understand the funcon of all controls.
• Ensure that the blades and the mud fender are properly placed and securely ghtened before using the machine.
• When starng the machine, set the gear shi lever to the neutral posion.
•The clutch must be disengaged when changing gears.

Warning: Diesel is highly ammable
• Store fuel in containers specically designed for this purpose.
• Refuel outdoors only and do not smoke while refuelling.
• Add fuel before starng the engine. Never remove the cap of the fuel tank or add diesel
while the engine is running or when the engine is hot.
• If diesel is spilled, do not aempt to start the engine. Move the machine away from the
area of spillage and avoid creang any source of ignion unl vapours have dissipated.
• Replace all fuel tank and container caps securely.

• Keep all nuts, bolts and screws ght to ensure the equipment is in safe working condion.
• Never store the equipment with diesel in the tank inside a building where ammable gas can reach the unit and ignite.
• Allow the engine to cool before storing in any enclosure.
• To reduce the re hazard, keep the engine, exhaust muer, baery compartment and petrol storage area free of vegetave material and excessive grease.
• Replace worn or damaged parts to ensure safety.
•If the fuel tank has to be drained, this must be done outdoors.
• Keep the ller in good operang condion. Operang the ller when it is in poor condion could result in serious injury.
• Ensure that all safety devices are in good working order and that warning labels are in place.
2.
Maintenance and storage
1. Place the blades (Fig. 2) on both sides of the ller's transmission sha. Make sure to securely ghten
the sha and the blades with the appropriate screws.

3. In order to transport the ller, set the drag bar in the highest possible posion and ensure that the wheels are above the rotang sha.
Assembly steps
See the appendix (pages 48-49) for the relevant pictures.
1. With the body of the ller in a horizontal posion, place the wheels on the hexagonal sha of the machine, making sure that the holes in the sha are on
the same side of the hexagon as the holes in the sha. Then, insert the M8 x 55 screws and the M8 nuts and ghten them.
2. Assembling the controller: Place the controller on the ller on the side of the toothed discs so that the surface of the toothed discs is aligned with the toothed
surface on the body of the digger. Place the controller in a posion that is comfortable for the operator of the ller. Next, place the M16 x 140 screw and the
nut on the handle and ghten the handle in the desired posion. Then, connect the clutch cable, power cable and reverse gear cable to the handle.
3. Mounng the gear lever (Image 1): As shown in image 1, pass the gear lever through the two cables aer having completely loosened the regulators. Next,
place the gear lever on the base which is found on the handle and secure it in place with the two washers and the coer pin. Then, adjust the gear regulators
so that the gears can easily be snapped in place.
4. Air lter installaon (Images 2-5): Install the air intake pipe with the three nuts as shown in image 2. Make sure to insert the ange between the head and
the intake pipe. Insert the ange shown in image 3 to ensure a ght seal between the air lter and the intake pipe.
Fill the boom of the air lter (the part which has the hole, as shown on image 4) with oil. The use of 20W50 or SAE30 air lter oil is recommended.
Once the air lter has been lled with oil, aach it to the intake pipe and ghten the nuts, as shown in image 5.
5. Mounng the baery (Images 6-8):
Baery mounng accessories:
A) Black rubber ange 70mm x 140mm.
B) Screws M6 x 125mm (2pcs) with nuts.
C) Baery retaining base.
Place the rubber ange on the baery case and then on the baery.
Place the base (C) on top of the baery and ghten with the screws (B). Image 8 shows the baery as it should appear when it is mounted.
6. Adjusng the cables (Images 9-13):
Cables:
1. Starter switch.
2. Starter wiring.
3. Baery cable (-) (Body).
4. Baery cable (+) (Posive).
5. Light power cable.
Join the plugs under the handle cover as shown in image 9.
Starter cables (Image 10):
1. Blue cable on the starter solenoid.
2. Yellow cable on the (+) of the starter.
3. Red cable on the recer plug.
Posive and negave baery poles:
1. Place the (-) on the baery and place the other end on the screw of the valve cap. (Image 11)
2. Place the (+) on the starter. (Image 12)
Finally, e the cables with the es provided in the package. (Image 13)

7. Installing the mud fenders (Images 14-15): First place the supporng frames of the mud fenders on the ller. Place the two small mounng brackets at the
front part of the ller’s body, where the engine is mounted. Place the bigger mounng bracket at the rear part of the ller, above the ridger. Place the mud
fenders, right and le respecvely, above the mounng brackets and screw them in place with the screws provided in the package.
In order to install a ridger or potato extractor (both parts are NOT included in the packaging) remove
the drag bar and install the desired part in place.

STARTING THE ENGINE
Cauon: Ensure that the gear lever is in the neutral posion.
•Start the engine and let it run without load for about 2-3 minutes at idle speed.
• Check whether the engine is operang normally. In case it is found to be running abnormally, stop the engine and inspect it for malfunconing parts or other
damage.
8. Clutch cable (Images 16-17): Loosen the nut located on the regulang screw to loosen the cable as much as possible.
Screw the regulang screw (1) located on the clutch arm (2) and ensure it is ghtened securely. Then, press the clutch arm and insert the cable in the hole
as shown in image 17.
Unscrew the clutch regulator unl the clearance of the clutch cable is reduced to less than two millimetres and then ghten the nut.
9. Reverse gear cable (Image 18): Loosen the nut located on the regulang screw.
Tighten the regulator screw securely.
Insert the cylindrical part of the reverse gear cable into reverse gear arm.
Push the reverse gear arm upwards and pass the cable and the cable casing through the slot of the regulator.
Unscrew the reverse gear regulator unl the clearance is less than two millimetres and then ghten the nut.
10. Final check and lling oil (Images 19-21): Check that all screws and fasteners are correctly ed and that they are ghtened securely.
Check that the handles are correctly posioned. If they are not in the correct posion, adjust them.
Set the gear lever in the neutral posion.
In order for the gearbox to be lubricated, valvoline 80-90 needs to be added. Fill the gearbox unl the oil reaches the upper
level indicated at the top part of the gearbox.
Filling oil: We recommend using SAE20-50 or SAE 30 oil for diesel engines.
Place the engine on a at surface and ll the oil into the engine hole (cap [1] in image 20). The quanty should be 1750ml.
Check the oil level from the oil gauge. Check the oil level before each use.
Add oil in the air lter under the protector unl it covers the hole (1) shown in image 21. Add approximately 150ml of oil.
Warning: The oil level must always be at the upper limit. (Figure 3)

OPERATION
• Pull the clutch with your le hand.
• Pull the gear lever backwards with your right hand and ensure that it is set in the low gear posion.
• Slowly release the clutch. The ller will now run in low gear.
Gear shiing - Low gear
• Pull the clutch with your le hand.
• Pull the gear lever backwards with your right hand and ensure that it is set in the high gear posion.
• Slowly release the clutch. The ller will now run in high gear.
Gear shiing - High gear
• Pull the clutch with your le hand.
• Shi the gear lever to the neutral posion.
• Slowly release the clutch. The ller will now move in reverse gear.

Shiing gears
• In order to correctly change gear while operang the machine, let the machine slow down and then pull the clutch. The gears should only be changed when
the machine is stopped.
Changing direcon
• In order to change direcon, turn the handle le or right.
Stopping operaon
• Hold the clutch with your le hand and, aer seng the gear lever to the neutral posion, release the clutch to stop the machine.

Installing parts for dierent applicaons
• For general lling operaons, remove the wheels and install the blades on
the axle. Make sure to correctly install the blades on both sides of the axle.
Once the blades have been installed, the mud fenders must be mounted
to prevent any injury that may be caused by the blades.
• For lling wet soil, curved blades should be used when the depth of the
wet soil is less than 25cm. When the depth is 25-40 cm, regular blades
should be used.
• Before ng the machine with a ridger, remove the drag bar, install the
ridger in its place and adjust its height and depth.

• Set the drag bar on its axle and place the wheels on the ller’s drive sha. The ller is now ready to be transported.

In order to keep the unit in good condion, it must be checked and maintained on a regular basis. Follow the table below.

Long-term storage of the ller
• Clean the ller thoroughly.
•Drain the oil and the fuel from the engine.
• Coat the non-aluminum and unpainted parts of the ller with an-rust oil.
• Store the ller in a safe, clean, dry and well-venlated place.
General maintenance ps
• Drain the oil from the engine and from the gearbox every 5 hours of operaon and add new oil when the ller is new. Aerwards, let the engine run for 3-5
minutes in idle speed.
• Add fuel and check the machine every 4 hours of operaon.

ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑΣ
Προσοχή: Διαβάστε το εγχειρίδιο πριν θέσετε σε λειτουργία το σκαπτικό πετρελαίου. Η μη τήρηση των προειδοποιήσεων και των
οδηγιών μπορεί να προκαλέσει πυρκαγιά ή/και σοβαρό τραυματισμό. Αφού διαβάσετε το εγχειρίδιο, φυλάξτε το σε ασφαλές μέρος για
μελλοντική αναφορά.
Εκπαίδευση
• Διαβάστε προσεκτικά αυτές τις οδηγίες. Κατανοήστε καλά όλες τις λειτουργίες και τον τρόπο σωστής χρήσης του εργαλείου.
• Μην επιτρέπετε ποτέ σε παιδιά ή σε άτομα που δεν γνωρίζουν τις οδηγίες χρήσης να θέτουν σε λειτουργία το μηχάνημα.
• Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το εργαλείο όταν άλλα άτομα, παιδιά ή κατοικίδια βρίσκονται κοντά.
• Να θυμάστε πάντα ότι ο χειριστής είναι υπεύθυνος για οποιοδήποτε τραυματισμό προκαλέσει σε άλλα άτομα και για οποιαδήποτε υλική ζημιά που
προκύψει λόγω ακατάλληλης χρήσης του εργαλείου.
Προετοιμασία
• Όταν δουλεύετε να φοράτε πάντα ειδικά υποδήματα και μακριά παντελόνια. Μην λειτουργείτε το εργαλείο φορώντας σανδάλια ή χωρίς να φοράτε
παπούτσια.
• Να ελέγχετε καλά το μέρος όπου πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιήσετε το εργαλείο και απομακρύνετε όλα αντικείμενα τα οποία μπορεί να εκτοξευτούν από το
μηχάνημα.
• Σε περίπτωση που η απόληξη εξάτμισης είναι ελαττωματική ή εχει υποστεί ζημιά, αντικαταστήστε την.
• Πριν την χρήση ελέγξτε ότι όλα τα μέρη του εργαλείου είναι σε καλή κατάσταση και ότι δουλεύουν σωστά. Αντικαταστήστε φθαρμένα ή χαλασμένα
εξαρτήματα και βίδες πριν την χρήση.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα καλύμματα ασφαλείας (π.χ κάλυμμα χειρόμιζας) είναι στη θέση τους.
Λειτουργία
• Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα σε κλειστό χώρο όπου μπορεί να συσσωρευτούν επικίνδυνες αναθυμιάσεις μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα.
• Να εργάζεστε μόνο με το φως της ημέρας ή με καλό τεχνητό φωτισμό.
• Να κρατάτε καλή και σταθερή ισορροπία.
• Να περπατάτε κατά τη χρήση του εργαλείου. Μην τρέχετε.
• Δώστε μεγάλη προσοχή όταν αλλάζετε κατεύθυνση με το εργαλείο.
• Μην εργάζεστε σε πολύ απότομες πλαγιές.
• Δώστε μεγάλη προσοχή όταν τραβάτε το εργαλείο προς το μέρος σας.
• Μην αλλάζετε τις αρχικές ρυθμίσεις του εργαλείου και μην το λειτουργείτε με υπερβολική ταχύτητα.
• Να θέτετε το εργαλείο σε λειτουργία με προσοχή σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή και να κρατάτε τα πόδια σας μακριά από τα κινούμενα
εξαρτήματα του εργαλείου.
• Μην τοποθετείτε τα χέρια σας κοντά στα περιστρεφόμενα εξαρτήματα του εργαλείου.
• Μην σηκώσετε ποτέ ή μεταφέρετε ένα εργαλείο το οποίο λειτουργεί.
• Σταματήστε τον κινητήρα όταν απομακρύνεστε από το εργαλείο και πριν από τον ανεφοδιασμό καυσίμου.
• Εάν ο μηχάνημα είναι εξοπλισμένο με βαλβίδα παύσης, σταματήστε τον διακόπτη καυσίμου όταν τελειώσετε την εργασία σας.
• Κρατήστε σταθερά τη χειρολαβή καθώς μπορεί να ανασηκωθεί κατά την ενεργοποίηση του συμπλέκτη.
• Πρέπει να γνωρίζετε πώς να σταματάτε γρήγορα τον κινητήρα σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα μαχαίρια και ο προφυλακτήρας είναι σωστά τοποθετημένα και καλά σφιγμένα πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε το μηχάνημα.
ΣΥΜΒΟΛΑ
Κρατήστε τα χέρια και τα πόδια σας
μακριά από τα κινούμενα εξαρτήματα.
Καθώς χειρίζεστε το μηχάνημα, κρατήστε τους
παρευρισκόμενους σε ασφαλή απόσταση.
Διαβάστε προσεκτικά τις οδηγίες
πριν την χρήση του εργαλείου.
Κίνδυνος εγκαύματος, μην αγγίζετε τον κύλινδρο, την απόληξη
εξάτμισης και τα τμήματα της μονάδας που βρίσκονται κοντά
στην εξάτμιση κατά τη διάρκεια της χρήσης του εργαλείου και
εντός 20 λεπτών μετά το σταμάτημα του κινητήρα.
Προσοχή: Το πετρέλαιο είναι εξαιρετικά εύφλεκτο
• Αποθηκεύστε τα καύσιμα σε ειδικά σχεδιασμένα δοχεία.
• Να ανεφοδιάζεστε μόνο σε εξωτερικούς χώρους και ποτέ μην καπνίζετε κατά τον ανεφοδιασμό.
• Συμπληρώστε καύσιμα προτού θέσετε σε λειτουργία το εργαλείο. Μην αφαιρείτε ποτέ το πώμα από
την δεξαμενή καύσιμου και μην προσθέτετε ποτέ καύσιμα καθώς ο κινητήρας βρίσκεται σε λειτουργία.
• Εάν χυθεί καύσιμο, μην επιχειρήσετε να θέσετε σε λειτουργία το εργαλείο και απομακρύνετέ το από
το σημείο διαρροής.
• Σφίξτε καλά όλα τα πώματα του μηχανήματος.

Συντήρηση και αποθήκευση
• Διατηρείτε σφιχτά όλα τα παξιμάδια, τα μπουλόνια και τις βίδες για να διασφαλίσετε ότι ο εξοπλισμός βρίσκεται σε ασφαλή κατάσταση λειτουργίας.
• Ποτέ μην αποθηκεύετε τον εξοπλισμό με πετρέλαιο στη δεξαμενή μέσα σε κτίριο, όπου εύφλεκτο αέριο μπορεί να φτάσει στη μονάδα και να αναφλεγεί.
• Αφήστε τον κινητήρα να κρυώσει πριν τον αποθηκεύσετε σε οποιοδήποτε κλειστό χώρο.
• Για να μειώσετε τον κίνδυνο πυρκαγιάς, διατηρείτε τον κινητήρα, την απόληξη εξάτμισης, τη μπαταρία και το χώρο αποθήκευσης πετρελαίου απαλλαγμένο
από φυτικά υπολείμματα και γράσο.
• Αντικαταστήστε τα εξαρτήματα που έχουν φθαρεί ή υποστεί ζημιά για να διασφαλίσετε την ασφάλεια.
• Η δεξαμενή καυσίμου πρέπει να αδειάζεται μόνο σε εξωτερικούς χώρους.
• Διατηρείτε το σκαπτικό σε καλή κατάσταση λειτουργίας. Η λειτουργία του σκαπτικού όταν αυτό βρίσκεται σε κακή κατάσταση μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε
σοβαρό τραυματισμό.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλες οι συσκευές ασφαλείας βρίσκονται σε καλή κατάσταση λειτουργίας και ότι καμία προειδοποιητική ετικέτα δεν λείπει.
• Κατά την εκκίνηση του κινητήρα, μετακινήστε το μοχλό ταχυτήτων στη νεκρά.
• Ο συμπλέκτης πρέπει να είναι αποσυμπλεγμένος κατά την αλλαγή ταχυτήτων.
2. Για να τοποθετήσετε τον αυλακωτήρα ή τον πατατοεξαγωγέα (αυτά τα δύο εξαρτήματα ΔΕΝ
περιλαμβάνονται στη συσκευασία) αφαιρέστε το ρυθμιστή βάθους και τοποθετήστε το ανάλογο
εξάρτημα στην θέση του.
1. Τοποθετήστε τα μαχαίρια (Σχ. 2) στις δυο πλευρές του άξονα μετάδοσης κίνησης του σκαπτικού.
Φροντίστε να σφίξετε καλά τον άξονα και τα μαχαίρια με τις κατάλληλες βίδες.

3. Για τη μεταφορά του σκαπτικού, τοποθετήστε το ρυθμιστή βάθους στην υψηλότερη δυνατή θέση και βεβαιωθείτε ότι οι τροχοί βρίσκονται πάνω από τον
περιστρεφόμενο άξονα.
Βήματα συναρμολόγησης
Δείτε το παράρτημα (σελίδα 48-49) για τις σχετικές εικόνες.
1. Κρατήστε το σώμα του σκαπτικού οριζόντια και τοποθετήστε τους κινητήριους τροχούς, στον εξάγωνο άξονα του μηχανήματος, προσέχοντας τις οπές του
άξονα να είναι στην ίδια πλευρά του εξαγώνου με τις οπές του άξονα του κινητήριου τροχού. Στην συνέχεια τοποθετήστε τους κοχλίες Μ8 Χ 55 και τα
περικόχλια Μ8 και προβείτε στη σύσφιξη.
2. Συναρμολόγηση του χειριστηρίου: Τοποθετήστε το χειριστήριο στο σκαπτικό μηχάνημα από την πλευρά των οδοντωτών δίσκων ώστε η επιφάνεια των
οδοντωτών δίσκων να διαδεχτεί την οδοντωτή επιφάνεια που βρίσκεται στο σώμα του σκαπτικού. Τοποθετήστε το χειριστήριο σε μια θέση βολική για
τον χειριστή. Στην συνέχεια τοποθετήστε τον κοχλία Μ16 Χ 140 και το περικόχλιο στην λαβή και σφίξτε το πηδάλιο στην κατάλληλη θέση που επιθυμείτε.
Έπειτα, τοποθετήστε επάνω στο πηδάλιο την ντίζα του συμπλέκτη, τροφοδοσίας, και την ντίζα επιλογής οπισθοπορείας του σκαπτικού.
3. Τοποθέτηση του μοχλού ταχυτήτων (Εικόνα 1): Όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα 1, περνάμε το μοχλό ταχυτήτων στις δυο ντίζες αφού πρώτα έχουμε χαλαρώσει
εντελώς τους ρεγουλατόρους. Έπειτα, περνάμε τον μοχλό ταχυτήτων στην βάση που βρίσκεται στο τιμόνι και ασφαλίζουμε με τις δύο ροδέλες και την
κοπίλια. Στην συνέχεια, ρυθμίζουμε τους ρεγουλατόρους των ταχυτήτων όσο χρειάζεται ώστε να κουμπώνουν εύκολα οι ταχύτητες.
4. Τοποθέτηση φίλτρου αέρος (Εικόνες 2-5): Μοντάρουμε τον σωλήνα εισαγωγής αέρος με τα τρία παξιμάδια όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα 2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι
έχετε παρεμβάλει την φλάντζα ανάμεσα της κεφαλής και του σωλήνα εισαγωγής. Τοποθετούμε την φλάντζα (Εικόνα 3) για να διασφαλιστεί η στεγανοποίηση
μεταξύ του φίλτρου αέρος και του σωλήνα εισαγωγής.
Γεμίζουμε το κάτω μέρος του φίλτρου αέρος (το μέρος στο οποίο βρίσκεται η οπή όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα 4) με λάδι. Χρησιμοποιούμε λάδι φίλτρου
αέρος 20W50 ή SAE30.
Τοποθετούμε το φίλτρο αέρος, που έχουμε γεμίσει με λάδι, στον σωλήνα εισαγωγής και σφίγγουμε τα παξιμάδια. (Εικόνα 5)
5. Τοποθέτηση μπαταρίας (Εικόνες 6-8):
Εξαρτήματα τοποθέτησης μπαταρίας:
Α) Μαύρο ελαστικό πέλμα 70mm x 140mm.
Β) Βίδες Μ6x125mm (2 τεμάχια) με παξιμάδια.
Γ) Βάση συγκράτησης μπαταρίας.
Τοποθετούμε το ελαστικό πέλμα στην θήκη της μπαταρίας και έπειτα την μπαταρία.
Πάνω από την μπαταρία τοποθετούμε την βάση (Γ) και σφίγγουμε με τις βίδες (Β). Βλέπετε την τελική εικόνα της μπαταρίας μονταρισμένη. (Εικόνα 8)
6. Τοποθέτηση και ρύθμιση καλωδίων (Εικόνες 9-13):
Καλώδια:
1. Διακόπτης μίζας.
2. Καλωδίωση μίζας.
3. Καλώδιο μπαταρίας (-) (Σώμα).
4. Καλώδιο μπαταρίας (+) (Θετικός).
5. Καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας φώτων.
Ενώνουμε τις φίσες κάτω από το κάλυμμα του τιμονιού όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα 9.
