This product has been manufactured according to the
safety requirements of "Equipment» 2006/42/EC and
Legislative Decree no. 17/2010 and subsequent updates,
and respond to Technical Standards Harmonized
applicable to the product.
This manual for use and maintenance is intended to serve
as a guide and contains all the practical information for
operation, registration and maintenance of your new
product "MAIZE HEADER".
The product has been designed and engineered to ensure
maximum performance, and has been checked before
commissioning the factory to ensure the perfect conditions
operational.
To keep the machine in perfect condition and to ensure a
smoothly working , it is essential that the periodic
maintenance operations are carried out respecting the
intervals.
Before tos tart or work with the machine, read this manual
carefully, with particular attention to the section dealing
with safety rules, and keep it always at hand for future
reference.
In case you require further information about the following
product "MAIZE HEADER ", do not hesitate to contact the

This manual is intended to serve as a guide and contains,
in addition to technical description of the machine, all the
information (instructions, technical diagrams, drawings,
photo) useful for transport, installation, assembly /
disassembly, commissioning, service, operation,
maintenance and cleaning your MAIZE HEADER.
The operator / operators has / have the duty and
responsibility of know and apply it.
Your machine has been designed and built to ensure
maximum performance, comfort and easy work in all
conditions.
The MAIZE HEADER has been checked before delivery
both in the factory and by your dealer to ensure that it is
delivered in perfect condition.
Before operating your machine, carefully read this
manual with particular attention to the section dealing
with safety rules, and keep it always reachable for all
operators that have to, in various ways, interact with
the machine.

Questo prodotto è stato costruito secondo i requisiti di
sicurezza della “Direttiva Macchine” 2006/42/CE e D.Lgs.
17/2010 e successivi aggiornamenti, e risponde alle
Norme Tecniche Armonizzate applicabili al prodotto
stesso.
Il presente manuale d'uso e manutenzione ha lo scopo di
servire da guida e contiene tutte le informazioni pratiche
per il funzionamento, la registrazione e la manutenzione
del vostro nuovo prodotto “BARRA MAIS”.
Il prodotto è stato progettato e costruito per assicurare le
massime prestazioni, ed è stato controllato prima della
messa in funzione in fabbrica per garantire le perfette
condizioni operative.
Per mantenere la macchina in tali condizioni ed assicurare
un lavoro senza problemi, è indispensabile che le
operazioni di manutenzione periodica siano eseguite
rispettando gli intervalli stabiliti.
Prima di condurre o fare funzionare la macchina, leggete
attentamente questo manuale, con particolare attenzione
al capitolo che tratta le norme di sicurezza, e tenetelo
sempre a portata di mano per ulteriori consultazioni.
Nel caso vi siano necessarie ulteriori informazioni
riguardanti il seguente prodotto “BARRA MAIS”, non
esitate a rivolgervi alla ditta costruttrice a la vostro
concessionario autorizzato, che potrete trovare nel sito

competente, di ricambi originali e dell'attrezzatura
necessaria per provvedere alle vostre necessità.
Il presente manuale d'uso e manutenzione ha lo scopo di
servire da guida e contiene, oltre alla descrizione tecnica
della macchina, tutte le indicazioni (istruzioni, diagrammi
tecnici, disegni, foto) utili al trasporto, alla installazione, al
montaggio/smontaggio, alla messa in servizio, al
funzionamento, alla manutenzione e pulizia, alla
rottamazione della vostra BARRA MAIS in condizioni di
sicurezza, e l'operatore/gli operatori ha/hanno il dovere e la
responsabilità di conoscerlo ed applicarlo.
La vostra barra di raccolta girasoli è stata progettata e
costruita per assicurare il massimo delle prestazioni,
comfort e facilità di lavoro in tutte le condizioni.
La barra è stata controllata prima della consegna sia in
fabbrica che dal vostro concessionario per garantire che vi
venga consegnata in perfette condizioni.
Prima di far funzionare la vostra macchina, leggete
attentamente questo manuale, con particolare
attenzione al capitolo che tratta le norme di sicurezza,
e tenetelo sempre a portata di mano di tutti gli
operatori che in vario modo interagiscono con la
macchina per ulteriori consultazioni.

The "left" and "right" are always referred to the travel
direction of the machine.
Safety and use of the machines is guaranteed only for the
functions and materials listed in this manual and the
company Pegaso Srl declines all responsibility if the
machine is used for purposes that do not comply with the
instructions for use.
The certificate of conformity is provided when the machine
is delivered.
To keep the machine in perfect condition, it is necessary to
respect the frequance of routine maintenance outlined in
this manual.
Pictures or illustrations in this manual can eventually
shown the machine partially disassembled or with some
safety devises partially disassembled or removed:
Caution! The MAIZE HEADER should never be used in
such conditions!
For your safety, make sure that all guards are closed or
assembled correctly and that the safety devices are in
good condition.
Never use spare parts that are not original and / or different
from those prescribed by the
manufacturer. The installation and / or use of components
"not-original" could have negative effects on the design
characteristics of the machine with the possibility of
compromising safety
in operation and / or functionality.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by spare
parts and accessories "not original ".
Any unauthorized modification of parts operated by the
final user automatically ca
· Be sure that operators and maintenance personnel are
trained and informed about the contents of the manual
before putting the machine into operation or execution of
maintenance.
·A copy of this manual must be situated in an accessible
place, always available for consultation. Keep this
manual for the entire period of the life of the machine.
·   The parts with mechanical stress such as twisting,
stretching, rotation, especially belts, pulleys,
couplings, hoses, hoses should be checked regularly,
must be free of defects and, if necessary, replaced
according to the instructions the manual of the
machine.
· Ensure that all protection are closed and attached to
frame of the machine.
· In the event of a prolonged stop of the machine, follow
all procedures and precautions listed on the manual.
Le indicazioni “sinistra” e “destra” si intendono sempre
riferite al senso di marcia della macchina.
La sicurezza e l'impiego delle macchine è garantita solo
per le funzioni ed i materiali elencati in queste istruzioni
d'uso; la società Pegaso Srl declina ogni responsabilità
qualora la macchina venga utilizzata per scopi non
conformi con le istruzioni d'uso.
Il certificato CE di conformità viene fornito al momento della
consegna della macchina.
Per mantenere la macchina in perfette condizioni ed
assicurare un lavoro senza problemi, è indispensabile che
le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria indicate in questo
manuale siano eseguite rispettando le frequenze stabilite.
Per poter meglio illustrare una caratteristica o un
regolazione, alcune illustrazioni contenute nel presente
manuale possono mostrare la macchina con le protezioni
aperte o smontate: Attenzione! La BARRA MAIS non
deve mai essere usata in tali condizioni!
Per la vostra sicurezza accertatevi che tutte le
protezioni siano chiuse o montate correttamente e che
i dispositivi di sicurezza siano in perfetta efficienza
prima della messa in funzione.
Non utilizzate mai parti di ricambio o gruppi non originali e/o
diversi da quelli prescritti dal costruttore. Il montaggio e/o
l'uso di componenti “non originali” potrebbe avere effetti
negativi sulle caratteristiche di progetto della macchina con
la possibilità di compromettere la sicurezza in esercizio e/o
la funzionalità.
Il costruttore non è responsabile per danni causati da parti
di ricambio o accessori “non originali”.
Qualsiasi modifica non autorizzata della ditta costruttrice e
qualunque manomissione di parti della macchina operata
dall'utente invalida la garanzia, solleva la Pegaso Srl da
ogni responsabilità e rende l'utente stesso unico
responsabile verso gli organi competenti per la
prevenzione degli infortuni.
·Assicurarsi che gli operatori ed il personale della
manutenzione siano formati e informati circa i
contenuti del manuale prima della messa in funzione
d e l l a m a c c h i n a o d e l l ' e s e c u z i o n e d e l l a
manutenzione.
·Copia del presente manuale d'uso e manutenzione
deve essere situata in posizione accessibile per la
consultazione e disponibile per la consultazione.
Conservare il presente manuale per tutto il periodo di
vita della macchina.
·Le parti soggette a sollecitazioni meccaniche quali
torsione, stiramento, rotazione, specialmente cinghie,
pulegge, giunti, flessibili e manicotti, devono essere
controllate regolarmente, devono essere prive di
difetti e, se necessario, sostituite secondo le istruzioni
del manuale della macchina.
