UNPACKING THE 710
Carefully preserve the packaging of the terminal. It must be re-
used whenever the terminal is shipped.
Communications Options:
The 710 may be ordered with a choice of communications
options which may include:
•erial R 232C
•Ethernet
•U B
Packaging contains:
•The terminal itself.
•Detachable power supply unit, for use on the erial R 232C and
Ethernet versions only. The power supply unit delivered with
your terminal is specially designed for it. Do not use any other
power supply. The use of a power supply having apparently
similar voltage/current characteristics may, in spite of this,
damage your terminal.
•Communications cable matching the communication option
