SenzeBand
Powering the Neeuro SenzeBand On/Off
To switch the SenzeBand on, press the power button once. Wait for
the green light to blink two times. A static green light indicates
that the SenzeBand is switched on.
To switch the SenzeBand off, press the button once while the green
light is on. The green light will turn red and blink two times before
switching off.
Charging the Neeuro SenzeBand
Setting Up the SenzeBand
Switch the SenzeBand off, plug the Micro-USB charging cable that is
included in the package into the SenzeBand charging port. A red
light indicates that the SenzeBand is charging, a green light indicates
that the SenzeBand is full charged.
Step 1: Download a Neeuro App from the Apple App Store or Google
Play Store.
Step 2: Ensure the Bluetooth function is enabled on your phone or
tablet device. For iOS and Android devices, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Step 3: Switch on the SenzeBand, a static green light indicates the
SenzeBand is switched on. A red light indicates the SenzeBand is out
of battery and needs to be charged.
Step 4: Open the Neeuro application and login to your account. In the
application, go to Settings > Device > Add Device and follow the
instructions to connect to your SenzeBand.
Step 5: Ensure that your forehead and sensors on the SenzeBand are
wiped clean. The user of non-alcoholic wipes are recommended.
Step 6: Place the SenzeBand on your forehead, ensuring the sensors
sit around an inche above your eyebrows. Placing the sensors too high
above the forehead may result in inaccurate readings or unstable
connection.

Step 7: Adjust the back reference sensors such that they are hooked
securely behind both ears.
Frontal View
Ensure the SenzeBand strip sits
about one inch above the eye
brows.
Side View
Ensure the two reference sensors
touch the back part of the ear
completely and securely.
Top View
Ensure the four front sensors touch
the skin of the forehead firmly.

Step 8: To ensure that you are properly connected, under the Neeuro
App, go to Settings > Status, adjust the SenzeBand until all four
indicators turn green, indicating the sensors on the SenzeBand have
good connection in reading your brainwaves.

Safety and Compliance
Do not use your SenzeBand device in wet conditions or rain. If the
SenzeBand gets wet, unplug all cables and turn off the device. Wait
for the SenzeBand to dry completely before pressing the power
button to turn the SenzeBand on again. Do not attempt to dry the
SenzeBand through external heat sources such as hair dryers. Do not
expose the SenzeBand to extreme heat or cold. If further support is

Battery Safety
The rechargable battery in the SenzeBand should not be repaired or
replaced by any third-party. The SenzeBand should only be charged
using a Micro-USB cable such as the one provided in the package.
FCC Caution
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate
the equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not
cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operations.
WEEE Compliance
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth
for an uncontrolled environment.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction
with any other antenna or transmitter.
Warranty Information
This warranty for the Neeuro SenzeBand device (”SenzeBand”) is
provided by Neeuro Pte Ltd. It warrants the SenzeBand against
defects in materials and workmanship under the ordinary consumer
use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this
warranty period, if a defect arises in the SenzeBand, Neeuro Pte Ltd
will, at our option to the extent permitted by the law, either (i) repair
the SenzeBand using either new or refurbished parts, or (ii) replace
the SenzeBand with new or refurbished SenzeBand that is equivalent
to the SenzeBand to be replaced. All replaced parts or SenzeBand
returned shall become the property of Neeuro Pte Ltd.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the
SenzeBand that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or
other external causes, alterations, repair or commercial use.

The SenzeBand must not be disposed of with normal household
waste. The SenzeBand must be disposed of by arranging to return
to designated collection points for the recyling of electrical waste
and electronic equipment. Separating and recycling the SenzeBand
at the time of disposal will help to conserve natural resources and
ensure that the equipment is recycled in a manner that protects
human health and the environment.
