MAIN FEATURES
1. Quick heat-up feature allows polystyrene foam cutting almost instantly with
the hot-wire tip.
2. Comes with three Quick-Change-Tips allowing users to “pulg-and-use” for a
variety of daily projects: Hot-wire Tip / Hot-knife Tip / Engraving Tip ( The
longer one is hot knife, the shorter one is engraver tip. )
3. Allows users to make cutouts from center of alphabets without needing to cut
though the alphabet!
2. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

2.1 General Power Tool Safety Warnings
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions
can cause you to lose control.

2.2 Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do
not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified
plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) CAUTION – The tool reaches high temperature! May cause burn.
c) Do not touch hot parts when in use.
d) Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy and not intended for use by
children 8 years old or younger without adult supervision.
e) Misuse may cause burns, electric shock and injuries.
f) Do not immerse tool in water! Danger of electric shock!
g) Always use the tool on a heatproof and uncluttered table.
h) After finished using the tool, unplug the adapter and let the tool coo naturally
on safety stand in a safe place, out of reach of children
i) Users should always rest a hot tool on the stand to prevent risk of fire.
j) If the cord is damaged, do not use. Cord must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
k) For domestic use only. use only for the intended purposes.
l) This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.
m) Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
2.3 Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating
a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence
of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power
tools may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection and gloves.
c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before
plugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in
power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A
wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in
personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables
better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.

3. UNPACKING AND CHECKING
Carefully remove the product from the packaging and examine it for any sign of
damage that may have happened during shipping. Lay the contents out and
check them against the parts shown below. If any part is damaged or missing;
please contact the seller and do not attempt to use the product.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Draw the design on the foam. Or cut a pattern, pin to the foam, and make a
rough trace of the pattern, then remove pattern.
2. Choose your tip and insert into handle, ensure position is secured.
3. Check the voltage of the adaptor is the same as source of current, plug in
adapter to wall socket
4. Always try on test object first before commencing your project.
5. Remove large unwanted chucks first for easier handling to prevent
breakage.
6. Hold the cutter in a comfortable position and cut the design out of the foam
gently. Do not use force. Let the heat do the work.
WARNING
Never use any other type of wire for replacement! May cause damage to adapter!
Use only our replacement wire or use dia. 0.23mm resistance wire.
5. DISPOSAL
At the end of the machine’s working life, or when it can no longer be repaired,
ensure that it is disposed of according to national regulations.
– Contact your local authority for details of collection schemes in your area.
In all circumstances:
● Do not dispose of power tools with domestic waste.
● Do not incinerate.
● Do not dispose of WEEE* as unsorted
municipal waste.
