defective material and workmanship when used within the working specications for which the products were designed and under normal use and service.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for installation, removal or unauthorized repair of defective parts and the manufacturer will not be liable for
any crop or other consequential damages resulting from any defects or breach of warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING the warranties of merchantability AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND OF ALL OTHER
OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES OF MANUFACTURER. No agent, employee or representative of the manufacturer has authority to waive, alter or add to the

REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Remove
nozzle
from
body.
Secure plate/
motor assem-
bly to body by
replacing the
retaining ring.

NOTE: For R55 and R55i, use kits #12437 and
#12654, respectively.
If the shaft or motor of the R55VT is worn or damaged the plate will not rotate properly. The plate/motor
assembly can be replaced using this kit.

Remove old plate/motor assembly
from body, and insert new plate/
motor assembly.
Remove retaining
ring using snap-
ring pliers.
Reinstall
the nozzle
in body.

456NOTE: If you have a version of the
R55VT with a spacer, replace it with
the new spacer included in this kit.
Otherwise disregard.

Remove the old plate
from the backer plate by
removing three screws.

REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Plate
Retaining Ring
Screws
Insert plate/motor
assembly into body.
Remove retaining ring
using snap-ring pliers.
Separate plate/motor
assembly from body.
Install new plate by aligning
all three holes in the backer
plate with the holes in the
plate and inserting three
screws.
Remove
nozzle
from
body.

Secure plate/motor
assembly to body by
replacing the snap ring.

NOTE: For R55 and R55i, use kits #12438 and
#12655, respectively.
A worn or damaged plate will result in decreased performance and should be replaced. The plates are
not interchangeable between R55VT and R55i VT models. To convert from one model to the other use
the corresponding plate/motor replacement kit.
Reinstall
the nozzle
in body.
