ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
Regrettably self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.
Should you need to return the unassembled product, please repack in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT
• Carefully check that you have all parts before beginning assembly.
• We suggest you spend a short time reading through this leaflet and then follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

• Do not put hot dishes directly on the surfaces of the item.
• Avoid keeping furniture in direct sunlight or close to any heat sources as this can cause cracking, discolouration or warping.
• Never drag pieces of furniture across the floor as this will cause damage to the joints.
• All assembly fixings should always be tightened properly and periodically check all fixings and tighten if necessary.
• Ensure the product is protected with mats and coasters when items are placed on the surfaces, to prevent scratching or damage.
• Keep fittings out of children's reach and keep children well away from the construction area.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
• We recommend that the packaging is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.
• Any spills should be removed immediately with a soft clean damp cloth and dried immediately.
• For general cleaning, periodically dust with a soft cloth.
• Do not rub or scrub the surface when cleaning.
• A minimum of two persons is required to assemble this product.

• Do not use furniture polish.

FITTINGS
1. Attach 4 × latches ( C) /turnable hook to panels 3 ,

, 4 &
11 with 8 × screws (D) using a screwdriver until tight.

2 . Attach 4 × latches ( C) /fixed hook to panels 3 ,

, 4 & 11
with 8 × screws (D) using a screwdriver until tight.
NB : be careful when fixing the latch to follow the
positions as show in the diagram.

1. Insert 2 x nuts (M) into panels 1 & 2.
2. Insert 6 × bolts (J) into nuts fixed on panels 1 & 2 and
turn bolts (J) clockwise until finger tight.
3. Repeat this step with the remaining panels 1 & 2.
1. Attach panels 5 (x2) to panels 3 & 4 with 6 x screws (F)
by using an Allen key (G) to tighten.

STEP THREE
1.Glue and insert 6 x wooden dowels (A) into ends of
panels 1 & 2.
2. Attach panels 1 & 2 to panels 5 & 3 and slot 4 x metal
pieces (K) onto bolts (J) and thread 4 x springs (L) onto
bolts (J), then screw 4 x metal nuts (I) with spanner (H)
until tight .
Please note : We recommend that the packaging
is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.

1.Glue and insert 6 x wooden dowels (A) into ends of
panels 1 & 2.
2. Attach panels 1 & 2 to panels 5 & 4 and slot 4 x metal
pieces (K) onto bolts (J) and thread 4 x springs (L) onto
bolts (J), then screw 4 x metal nuts (I) with spanner (H)
until tight .
Please note : We recommend that the packaging
is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.
1. Glue and insert 8 x wooden dowels (A) into ends of
panels 6(x2) & 7(x2).
2. Attach panels 6(x2) & 7 (x2) to panels 1 (X2) & 2 (x2).
Slot 4 x metal pieces (K) onto bolts ( J ) and thread 4 x
springs (L) onto bolts (J) ,then screw 4 X metal nuts (I)
with spanner (H) until tight .

1. Tighten the panels 6(x2) & 7(x2) to panels 3 & 4 with 12
x screws (F) by using an Allen key (G) .

1. Ensure latches (C) on panels 3 & 4 are open as shown
in diagram.
2. Push the two halves of the table top together. Ensure
all panel edges and pins are lined up before pushing the
top together.
3. Close all latches.
STEP EIGHT
1. Attach panels 8 & 9 to panels 3 & 4 with 16 x screws (F)
by using an Allen key (G) to tighten.

1. Attach panels 10(x2) to panels 8 & 9 with 8 x screws (E)
by using an Allen key (G) to tighten.
Please note : The velvet side should face the
table top.
1.Carefully turn over the unit . The unit should be lifted by two people, taking care not to pivot the table on its legs.

1. Open latches (C) underneath panels 3 ＆
＆＆
＆ 4 as shown.
2. Extend the table top as shown.

1. Extend the apron on panel 11 as below shown.
2. Check the latches are open.
3. Insert panel 11 into the open area.
Ensure all panel edges and assembly pins lined up and
close the table top together. Close all latches to secure in
place.

(Removing the central extension leaf)
1. Extend the table top as shown.
2. Fold the apron of the extension leaf (11) flat.
3. Store the leaf on the velvet lined panels (10).
Ensure all panel edges and assembly pins are lined up
and close the table top. Close all latches to secure it in
place.
