Note: Screws and Spindles for the doors of thickness from 30 to 54 mm are included in the
standard package. Please use the appropriate set of screws as per your door's thickness, to
assure the proper functioning of the lock.

Installation Procedure
1Door Properties
Check the door thickness
A.
After measuring the door's thickness, select the proper Spindle and Screw length. For
details, please refer to the table contents of Page 1.
Check the door opening direction
B.
The handle of the door is determined by the swing (handing) direction of the door. Below
is the graphical representation of handing in reference to your location outside the room.

Change the handle direction (if needed)

Use the hex wrench to remove the screw of handle. Take the handle out from the lock.
Change the handle direction and replace. Secure it by using the screw.

2Drilling Holes on the Door
Place the Installation Template at the desired handle height.
Mark for the holes to be drilled and drill the marked places.

3Installing Latch
Adjust the backset of the lock. (if needed)
Secure the Latch with the Screw A. Make sure the latch angle faces the door jamb.

Attach the Gasket to the Outdoor Unit.
Insert Spindle into the clutch. Make sure the triangle mark points towards the door
opening direction.
Attach the Outdoor unit to the door by inserting the cable through the drilled holes.

5Installing Mounting Plate and Gasket
Attach the Mounting Plate to the Gasket and route the cable through the hole.
Place the Gasket and Mounting Plate on to the door and use Screw B to secure them.

Connect the cable to the port on the Indoor Unit.
Place the Indoor Unit properly on the Mounting Plate. Then use Screw C & Screw D to
secure the Indoor Unit.

Insert four Alkaline AA batteries and cover them with a battery cover.

Note: Push the excess cable into the hole.

Make sure that the Strike Box is aligned with the latch bolt. Then, use the Installation
Template to drill holes.
Align the Strike Plate and Box with the drilled holes and secure them with Screw A.

9Physical Testing
Test the lock by rotating the
handle.
A.
Note: When the door is locked, the front
handle can be turned, but the door will
remain locked.
B. Test the lock by using the
mechanical key.
Insert the Key into key hole and rotate
90°, then rotate down the handle to
open the door.

el paquete estándar. Utilice el juego de tornillos adecuado según el grosor de su puerta,

Medidas y grosor de la puerta

Mida el grosor de la puerta y seleccione el perno y la longitud de tornillo adecuados. Para
más detalles, consulte el contenido de la tabla de la página 1.
Verifique la dirección de apertura de la puerta

La posicion de manija es determinada por la dirección de apertura de la puerta. Debajo se
encuentra la representación gráfica de la apertura de la puerta, referencia a su ubicación
fuera de la habitación.

Cambie la dirección de la manija (si es necesario)

Use una llave hexagonal para quitar el tornillo de la manija. Retire la manija de la
cerradura.
Cambie la dirección y vuelva a colocar la manija en su posición. De nuevo asegure la
manija con el tornillo.

2Taladrar agujeros en la puerta
Coloque la plantilla de instalación a la altura deseada de la manija.
Marcar los agujeros y perforar los lugares marcados.

Ajuste el fondo de la cerradura. (si es necesario)
Asegure el pestillo con el tornillo A.

Fije la junta a la unidad exterior.
Inserte el eje en el embrague.
Conecte la unidad exterior a la puerta insertando el cable a través de los orificios.

5Instalación de la placa de montaje y junta
Fije la placa de montaje a la junta y pase el cable a través del orificio.
Coloque la junta y la placa de montaje en la puerta y use el tornillo B para asegurarlos.

Nota: El triángulo debe estar centrado verticalmente.

Conecte el cable al puerto de la unidad interior.
Coloque la unidad interior correctamente en la placa de montaje y luego use el
tornillo C y el tornillo D para asegurar la unidad interior.

Inserte cuatro pilas alcalinas AA y cúbralas con la tapa de la batería.

Nota: Coloque el cable dentro del orificio.

Asegúrese de que la caja esté en el mismo nivel que el pestillo del cerrojo. Utilice la
plantilla de instalación para perforar orificios.
Alinee la placa metálica y la contrachapa con los agujeros perforados y asegúrelos
con el tornillo A.

Pruebe la cerradura girando la
manija
A.
Nota: Cuando la puerta está cerrada, la
manija delantera puede girar, pero la
puerta permanece bloqueada.
B. Pruebe la cerradura usando la
llave mecánica
Inserte la llave en el orificio de la llave
y gire 90°, luego gire la manija hacia
abajo para abrir la puerta.
