Safety Warnings
IMPORTANT: Read the entire list of cautions and warnings in this
guide before using MicroMassage.

>Do not use the MicroMassage on blemishes or sores, such as
whiteheads, blackheads, acne, pimples, cold sores or irritated skin.
>The MicroMassage is for personal use only.
>Do not get the MicroMassage or no!no! ULTRA wet. MicroMassage
should NOT be cleaned in water.
>Do not use the MicroMassage if it is not working correctly, if it has
been dropped, damaged or submerged in water.
>The MicroMassage should be used solely for its intended use as
described in this guide.
>Do not use the MicroMassage on the eyelids.
>Do not use the MicroMassage on sunburned skin, open cuts,
bruises or blisters.
Cautions
NOTE: The MicroMassage is only compatible with the no!no! ULTRA device.

>If you have any skin condition other than those listed above, please
consult your doctor before using the MicroMassage.
>Do not place or store MicroMassage near water, liquids, the sink or bathtub.
>This device can be used by children ages 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they are supervised/instructed and
understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the
device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children,
unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and
charger out of reach of children under 8 years.
>Not intended for animals.
>Do not open the outer casing of the device. This might harm the
MicroMassage and will void any warranty.
>Keep the appliance dry.

Consult a physician before using if:
> The area around your eyes or skin are sensitive to skin care products.
> If you think you may have a skin condition.
> If you are under a doctor’s care for a skin condition.
NOTE: Radiancy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of any applied
serums or moisturizers.

Before Your First Treatment
PREPARATION
> Make sure that the MicroMassage is completely clean and is
not damaged.
NOTE: Make sure to remove the plastic cap and protective film
stating “Remove Before Use” on the Touch Sensor Plate before
using the attachment. The protective film must be removed in
order for MicroMassage to work properly.
NOTE: When cleaning the MicroMassage, read the Taking Care of
Your MicroMassage section for proper cleaning instructions.

Attaching the MicroMassage
INSERTING the Tip
> Make sure the device is turned off.
> Remove any Thermicon™Tip that may be inserted in the device.
> Hold no!no! in one hand and MicroMassage in the other, with the
arrow facing you.
> Make sure both posts are lined up in the socket with the holes in
the MicroMassage and that the no!no! logo on the MicroMassage is
on the opposite side of the no!no! ULTRA’s logo.
> Gently push into place until you here a clicking sound.
> Make sure the MicroMassage is attached properly to the no!no! device
before treatment.

Turn the MicroMassage On/Off
REMOVING the Tip
> Grasp the MicroMassage by both sides.
> Gently pull the MicroMassage to detach from the unit.
Never use the MicroMassage if damaged.
>Press the device’s On/Off Button briefly until the Status
Screen appears.
>If the MicroMassage is attached properly, all three Treatment
Level Icons will flash in sequence.

Treatment
> Apply a cream or serum to the area of your face.
> Place your pointer finger on the Touch Sensor Plate and
gently press.
> Place the Massage Plate on the skin where you applied serum
or moisturizer.
> Gently move the MicroMassage around the area in slow circular
motions. You should feel a slight vibration.
> For best results, massage each area for approximately 20 seconds.
NOTE: DO NOT use on the eyelids.
IMPORTANT: You CANNOT use MicroMassage on someone else. If a
family member or friend would like to use the device, they must use
their own hand on the Touch Sensor Plate in order for the device to
work properly.

Taking Care of Your MicroMassage
NOTE: Do not use any liquid to clean the MicroMassage or immerse
the device in any water or liquid.
1. Turn off your no!no! ULTRA device.
2. Remove the MicroMassage from the no!no! device.
3. Use a moist cloth or towel to clean the MicroMassage.
Make sure to clean the MicroMassage after each use.
NOTE: DO NOT clean on or around the socket area that attaches to the
no!no! device.
Make sure to place the protective cap on the MicroMassage.
This helps to keep MicroMassage protected and clean.

Troubleshooting
If the no!no! will not turn on:
>Make sure it is charged.
>Press and hold the On/Off Button
for a few seconds until the Status
Screen appears.
If MicroMassage will not turn on:
>Make sure no!no! is unplugged
before you begin use. The device
will not work with a MicroMassage
while it is plugged in.
>Make sure your finger is in
contact with the Touch Sensor
Plate and the Massage Plate is
in contact with your skin.
>Make sure that the MicroMassage
is inserted properly.
>Turn your no!no! device Off and
then On again.
>Make sure to remove the plastic
cap and protective film stating
“Remove Before Use” on the
Touch Sensor Plate before using
the attachment. The protective
film must be removed in order for
MicroMassage to work properly.

Warranty
Limited Warranty:
This Limited Warranty covers
the no!no! product. The
warranty provides for the
repair or replacement of the
device or its component parts,
free of charge, within the
warranty period.
The warranty period is valid
for one (1) year. In certain
circumstances, an extended
warranty may be available.
When making a warranty claim,
you must provide the following
information: product serial
number, date of purchase,
guarantor’s name, address
and phone number, together
with the original sales receipt
or invoice to verify the date
of purchase. Any alteration or
amendment of the purchase
documents, including the
sales receipt or invoice, or
failure to present the purchase
documents at the time a
warranty claim is made, will
invalidate this warranty.
This warranty does
not cover damage or
deterioration:
1. Incurred or reported more
than one (1) year or more
when an extended warranty
is purchased after the date
of purchase;
2. Incurred due to improper
use of the device;
3. Due to the modification or
repair of the device by an
unauthorized third party;
4. Due to damage or
defects incurred during
transportation or improper
handling which were not
reported at the time the

This Limited Warranty
specifically disclaims and
excludes all other warranties,
whether express or implied in
law, including the warranties
of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose.

liable for any incidental or
consequential damages that
result from the use of this
devise. This warranty does not
extend to any purchases made
from anyone other than an
authorized deal in the no!no!
device.
This Limited Warranty gives
specific rights to purchasers of
the no!no! Device; purchasers
may have other rights that
vary from country to country.
In the United States, this
Limited Warranty is governed
by the laws of the State of
New York, regardless of any
conflict of laws provisions; any
disputes under this warranty
shall be adjudicated within
the state courts situated
