Quick Start Guide - Universal Robots

Want to take control of your robot? Easy, let’s Mimic!
No more stiff movements and programming. Simply transfer movements of
experienced hands to the robot. Gain smooth control of the path, achieve high
consistency and reduce the amount of time used - without any programming.

intuitive, easy, and exible application solution: Mimic.
A perfect solution for workow customization and high mix - low volume production.

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH MIMIC UR
Use the Play node to play recorded Trajectories
Use the Teach node to record Trajectories, while
the robot stays still.
Use the Track node to record Trajectories, while
the robot moves with you.
Use the Tune node to tune Trajectories, after
recording.
Mimic UR is a URCap that consists of 4 nodes. See where to nd them and what
they can do below.
Use the 4 nodes in the desired order to build the program you want.

ABOUT THE FT TRACKER
Precise, fast, and consistent movements!
Mimic with FT Tracker makes it possible to guide the robot by hand. Record
movements in real-time.
In this way, the know-how from the craftsmen is transferred while fully in control of
the tool and the robot - all without writing a single line of code!
The FT Tracker consists of a force- torque sensor and a handle. With these attached
to the robot, the user can
track complex movements.
