WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?
Aromatherapy is a holistic approach in promoting one’s psychological and
physical well-being. Using the pure "essence" of plants (essential oils), this
all-encompassing natural treatment helps to induce relaxation, stimulate energy
levels, reduce effects of stress and restore the balance of the body, mind and
spirit.
HOW DOES NOVITA AROMA DIFFUSER NA200 WORKS?
NA200 diffuses molecules of essential oils into the surrounding through
ultrasonic vibrations on the water. The nebulizer in the water tank breaks down
essential oil into microscopic droplets before dispersing into the environment for
better absorption and greater therapeutic values.

Operating Notes
USING THE NOVITA AROMA DIFFUSER
Step 02:
Fill the water tank with tap water (Maximum
100 ml).
Step 01:
Remove the unit from all packaging. Remove
external cover and ensure that there are no
foreign objects inside the water tank.
Step 03:
Add 3-5 drops of your favourite essential oil
into the water.
Step 04:
Replace the external cover and secure into
position.
Step 05:
Connect the adapter to the power connection
point and plug into power supply.
Step 06:
Press once to activate the ultrasonic
technology for continuous diffusion up to 240
minutes. Press twice to set mist output in
30 seconds (on) / 30 seconds (off) interval.
Press thrice to turn off the mist output.
Step 07:
Press once to turn on the LED ambience
lights. Press twice to pause at your
preferred specific LED light colour. Press
thrice to turn off the LED ambience lights.
OPERATIONAL EASE
With a removable power adapter and dual control button, NA200 is
easy to operate. Simply add a few drops of your favourite 100% Pure
Essential Oil and switch it on for an aromatic scent to fill the room.
DUAL CONTROL OPTION
A smart addition to the unit, the dual control buttons regulates the
mist output and LED ambience light for your convenience and
improved user experience.
NIGHT LAMP
Optionally allowing you to turn off the mist output, NA200 doubles up
as a night lamp while creating a sense of calm serenity with its
uniquely designed LED ambience lights.
MIST TIMER
NA200 comes with a mist timer, which allows mist output to be set
continuously or turned on and off at 30 seconds intervals each.
AUTO OFF SAFETY
With a built-in sensor, NA200 cleverly shuts off automatically when
the water level falls below the safety level, preventing risk and
damage to the unit and user.
SLEEP MODE
With the sleep mode, LED lights can be turned off while mist continues
to be produced from the unit, giving you an undisturbed sleep
throughout the night.
LED AMBIENCE LIGHTS
LED Ambience Light displays an array of colours that changes
gradually, setting the mood while diffusing aromatic and therapeutic
scents in the room.

BEFORE YOU START:
• Turn off the unit and unplug the power supply.
• DO NOT use detergents, solvents or aggressive agents to clean the aroma diffuser.
TO CLEAN THE BODY CASING
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the housing to prevent accumulation
of dust.
TO CLEAN THE WATER TANK
Remove the cover and empty the water
following the direction of the water
drain indicator. Use a clean cotton swab
to remove residue in the water tank.
To get the maximum therapeutic effect
and enjoyment from novita 100% Pure
Essential Oil, empty and rinse the water
tank and wipe it dry with a clean cloth
every time you use a different type of
Pure Essential Oil.
WARNING & PRECAUTIONS
DO NOT handle any power supply or
chords with wet hands.
Never cover the mist
outlet during operation.
Repair should be done
by trained
professionals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Aroma Diffuser
does not operate
No mist
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Power adapter not connected.
• There is water shortage
(Water level is below
safety level).
• There is too much water
(Water is beyond the
maximum water level gauge).
• Mist outlet is blocked.
• Nebulizer usage exceeded
average lifespan of 2,000
hours.
WHAT TO DO?
• Connect adapter to
power supply and
press mist control
button.
• Refill water up to the
maximum water
level gauge.
• Pour away excess
water.
• Clean the mist outlet
and keep it ventilated.
• Replace with a new
nebulizer.
It is recommended to clean and maintain the novita Aroma Diffuser NA200 after
each use to remove residues so that the aroma would not be compromised due to
traces of essential oil.

Read the instruction manual carefully before using your novita Aroma
Diffuser and keep it for later reference. Persons who are not familiar with
the operating instructions, as well as children are not advised to operate the
Aroma Diffuser, or are only advised to operate it under supervision.
(Note: Aromatherapy is not intended as diagnosis, treatment or prescription
for any disease, nor is it presented as an alternative to regular medical
attention. Please contact a health professional if in doubt. novita is not liable
for any consequential, incidental, indirect damages and risk caused to user.)
Always ensure that there is sufficient water in the water tank before
operation.
Use only clean tap water in normal temperature to fill the water tank.
DO NOT use the Aroma Diffuser if there is any damage to the unit or power
supply adapter.
Disconnect the Aroma Diffuser from the power supply when doing
maintenance or cleaning.
DO NOT tilt the Aroma Diffuser or attempt to empty or refill it while it is
operating.
DO NOT use detergents, solvents or aggressive agents to clean the Aroma
Diffuser.
DO NOT cover any openings of the Aroma Diffuser or insert objects into any
openings, as this might result in deformation and damage.
Place the Aroma Diffuser on a dry and even surface.
Repairs of Aroma Diffuser should only be made by qualified service
engineers. Improper repair may cause considerable danger to the user.
Never cover the mist outlet during operation.
DO NOT handle any power supply or cords with wet hands.

hence, for a nominal fee of $18 one-way and $36 two-ways, customer can
choose to use our delivery service instead of bringing in the product
themselves.
Optional Loan Set*
Knowing how inconvenient it can get when your product is sent for
servicing or repair, novita lends a hand by offering you a temporary loan
set at no charge.
*Please note that this service is upon request and subjected to the availability of
the product. Temporary loan set might be of a different model from original set
brought in for repair.

In our attempt to enhance our customer’s after-sales experience, we have
streamlined the warranty registration process to make it hassle-free. You no
longer have to make a trip to the post office or worry about losing your
warranty card. Just log on to the Internet, access our user-friendly website
and register your product warranty online at the comfort of your home or
office.
E-warranty registration is only applicable to customers in Singapore and
stated countries, who have purchased novita product(s) from our authorised
retailers or dealers. Please register for your product’s warranty at
www.novita.com.sg/ewarranty within 14 days from the date of original
purchase. Upon successful registration, an acknowledgement email will be
sent to you. By submitting your e-warranty application, you have agreed to all
the terms and conditions stated for this warranty.

* Please note that the serial number is located at the base of the Aroma Diffuser.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
01. The product and all parts thereof are hereby guaranteed to be free from
manufacturing defects.
02. The warranty is valid for product installed and used in Singapore and
stated countries for the period of 12 months commencing from the date of
original purchase.
03. Any application under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement
of parts, which proves to be defective within the warranty period.
04. The warranty does not cover imperfect finishings that does not materially
impair the function of the product.
05. The warranty does not cover damages and/or defects resulting from:
a. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or any manner of
tampering.
b. Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions booklet.
c. Normal usage, wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
d. Any unauthorised repair, alteration or modification made to the product.
e. Malfunctions and losses caused by act of god.
06. The consumer shall be responsible for the transportation and any
incidental costs incurred for due delivery of the product for any repair
work to novita and for the subsequent collection of the product after the
said work has been done. Any product to be repaired must be sent to the
service centre directly. A delivery fee of S$36 is applicable for collection
and return of repair unit.
07. In no event shall novita be liable to the consumer for any direct, indirect,
incidental and consequential damages or losses including, without
limitation, to loss of use of the product, injury to person and/ or property.
08. Please retain the original purchase receipt for verification purposes when
required.
09. In the event that the product is out of stock, obsolete or beyond repair,
novita reserves all rights to replace the product with another of similar
value as deemed appropriate, subject to availability.
10. This warranty is invalid if the serial number on the product has been
altered, defaced or removed.
