WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?
Aromatherapy is a holistic approach in promoting one’s psychological and
physical well-being. Using the pure "essence" of plants (essential oils), this
all-encompassing natural treatment helps to induce relaxation, stimulate energy
levels, reduce effects of stress and restore the balance of the body, mind and
spirit.
HOW DOES NOVITA AROMA DIFFUSER NA200R WORKS?
NA200R diffuses molecules of essential oils into the surrounding through
ultrasonic vibrations on the water.The nebulizer in the water tank breaks down
essential oil into microscopic droplets before dispersing into the environment for
better absorption and greater therapeutic values.

Operating Notes
USING THE NOVITA AROMA DIFFUSER
Step 02:
Fill the water tank with tap water (Maximum
100 ml).
Step 01:
Remove the unit from all packaging. Remove
external cover and ensure that there are no
foreign objects inside the water tank.
Step 03:
Add 3-5 drops of your favourite essential oil
into the water.
Step 04:
Replace the external cover and secure into
position.
Step 05:
Connect the adapter to the power connection
point and plug into power supply.
Step 06:
Press once to activate the ultrasonic
technology for continuous diffusion up to 240
minutes. Press twice to set mist output in
30 seconds (on) / 30 seconds (off) interval.
Press thrice to turn off the mist output.
Step 07:
Press once to turn on the LED ambience
lights. Press twice to pause at your
preferred specific LED light colour. Press
thrice to turn off the LED ambience lights.

OPERATIONAL EASE
With a removable power adapter and dual control button, NA200R is
easy to operate. Simply add a few drops of your favourite 100% Pure
Essential Oil and switch it on for an aromatic scent to fill the room.
DUAL CONTROL OPTION
A smart addition to the unit, the dual control buttons regulates the
mist output and LED ambience light for your convenience and
improved user experience.
NIGHT LAMP
Optionally allowing you to turn off the mist output, NA200R doubles up
as a night lamp while creating a sense of calm serenity with its
uniquely designed LED ambience lights.
MIST TIMER
NA200R comes with a mist timer, which allows mist output to be set
continuously or turned on and off at 30 seconds intervals each.
AUTO OFF SAFETY
With a built-in sensor, NA200R cleverly shuts off automatically when
the water level falls below the safety level, preventing risk and
damage to the unit and user.
SLEEP MODE
With the sleep mode, LED lights can be turned off while mist continues
to be produced from the unit, giving you an undisturbed sleep
throughout the night.
LED AMBIENCE LIGHTS
LED Ambience Light displays an array of colours that changes
gradually, setting the mood while diffusing aromatic and therapeutic
scents in the room.

TROUBLESHOOTING
BEFOREYOU START:
• Turn off the unit and unplug the power supply.
• DO NOT use detergents, solvents or aggressive agents to clean the aroma diffuser.
TO CLEAN THE BODY CASING
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the housing to prevent accumulation
of dust.
TO CLEAN THE WATERTANK
Remove the cover and empty the water
following the direction of the water
drain indicator. Use a clean cotton swab
to remove residue in the water tank.
To get the maximum therapeutic effect
and enjoyment from novita 100% Pure
Essential Oil, empty and rinse the water
tank and wipe it dry with a clean cloth
every time you use a different type of
Pure Essential Oil.
It is recommended to clean and maintain the novita Aroma Diffuser NA200R after
each use to remove residues so that the aroma would not be compromised due to
traces of essential oil.

Read the instruction manual carefully before using your novita Aroma
Diffuser and keep it for later reference. Persons who are not familiar with
the operating instructions, as well as children are not advised to operate the
Aroma Diffuser, or are only advised to operate it under supervision.
(Note: Aromatherapy is not intended as diagnosis, treatment or prescription
for any disease, nor is it presented as an alternative to regular medical
attention. Please contact a health professional if in doubt. novita is not liable
for any consequential, incidental, indirect damages and risk caused to user.)
Always ensure that there is sufficient water in the water tank before
operation.
Use only clean tap water in normal temperature to fill the water tank.
DO NOT use the Aroma Diffuser if there is any damage to the unit or power
supply adapter.
Disconnect the Aroma Diffuser from the power supply when doing
maintenance or cleaning.
DO NOT tilt the Aroma Diffuser or attempt to empty or refill it while it is
operating.
DO NOT use detergents, solvents or aggressive agents to clean the Aroma
Diffuser.
DO NOT cover any openings of the Aroma Diffuser or insert objects into any
openings, as this might result in deformation and damage.
Place the Aroma Diffuser on a dry and even surface.
Repairs of Aroma Diffuser should only be made by qualified service
engineers. Improper repair may cause considerable danger to the user.
Never cover the mist outlet during operation.
DO NOT handle any power supply or cords with wet hands.

novita guarantees that we will only take up to 7 working days to get your
product up and ready for collection.
Optional Home Delivery
Time and convenience might not always be in the advantage of customers,
hence, for a nominal fee of $18 one-way and $36 two-ways, customer can
choose to use our delivery service instead of bringing in the product
themselves.
Optional Loan Set*
Knowing how inconvenient it can get when your product is sent for
servicing or repair, novita lends a hand by offering you a temporary loan set
at no charge.
*Please note that this service is upon request and subjected to the availability of
the product. Temporary loan set might be of a different model from original set
brought in for repair.

Unless otherwise specified, this limited warranty is only valid for Refurbished
Product installed and purchased in Singapore and stated countries for the period
of 6 months, on all parts commencing from the date of original purchase and does
not include installation, removal and reinstallation.
Eligibility for limited warranty coverage is limited to repair, or replacement of any
parts (excluding consumable parts and accessories exhausted through usage that
may be packaged or sold together from the Refurbished Product) which proves to
be manufacturing defects within the applicable limited warranty period.
Cosmetic imperfection such as scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, adhesive
marks on the unit are not covered under the limited warranty.
Refurbished Product do not include any packaging box, operation instructions
manual or starter guide.
Please retain the original purchase receipt for verification purposes when
required. To be eligible for limited warranty coverage, Refurbished Product has to
be registered by the original end-user purchaser/user within 14 days from the
date of purchase at novita.com.sg/ewarranty.
This limited warranty is not transferable and shall not extend to anyone other
than the original purchaser/user of this Refurbished Product and does not include
cleaning of the Refurbished Product during the specific period.
Limited Warranty coverage does not extend to Refurbished Product damages
and/or defects resulting from:
a. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or any manner of
tampering.
b. Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage.
c. Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions, maintenance and
environmental instructions that are covered and prescribed in the
operating instructions manual.
d. Any unauthorized repairs.
e. Any alteration or modification made to the Refurbished Product.
f. Exterior finish or cosmetic damage.
g. Normal usage wear and tear, finishes or consumables.
h. Corrosion, rusting or stains.
i. Improper transportation, inappropriate storage conditions or materials,
improper ventilation, reconfiguration of the Refurbished Product.
j. Operating the Refurbished Product in an unattended manner.
k. Lacking of periodically Refurbished Product servicing and preventative
maintenance.
l. Losses, damages, defects and malfunctions caused by fire or acts of God.
This limited warranty does not apply/cover for:
a. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion or stain.
b. Damage due to usage of other incompatibility equipment/solutions/
accessories being used in conjunction with the covered Refurbished Product.

c. Transportation, delivery and incidental cost incurred in fulfilment of this
limited warranty. The purchaser/user shall be fully responsible for the due
delivery of the Refurbished Product for any repair work to novita and for the
subsequent collection. Any Refurbished Product to be repaired must be sent
to the service centre directly. No outdoor servicing will be provided.
novita can provide collection and return service and a transportation fee of
S$36 is applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, novita shall not be in any way liable for any
incidental or consequential, direct, indirect damages whatsoever caused by the
breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition. Except to the
extend prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of
merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the
duration of the above limited warranty. novita disclaims all other warranties,
conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. novita
shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use
or misuse of, or inability to use the Refurbished product including incidental,
special, consequential or similar damages or loss of revenue or profits, failure to
realize savings or other benefits, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or
otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser/user by any other party,
regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, and even if novita has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the purchaser/user assumes all
risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to the purchaser/user and their
property and to any third parties and their property arising out of the use, misuse,
lack of periodic servicing and proper maintenance or inability usage of the novita
Refurbished Product.
In the event that the Refurbished Product is obsolete or beyond repair, novita
reserves all rights to replace the Refurbished Product with another similar value
as deem appropriate, subject to availability. In no event shall any recovery against
novita exceed the actual price paid for the purchase of the Refurbished Product.
This limited warranty will be invalidated and rendered void upon the usage of any
non-original filters/parts/accessories that is not approved by novita for the use
with the Refurbished Product.
This limited warranty is void if the serial number on the Refurbished Product had
been removed, erased, defaced, altered, tampered or is illegible.
Any replaced Refurbished Product or part, or fully refunded Product, shall
become the absolute property of novita and must be returned to novita.
novita will repair or replace this Refurbished Product at their option and at no
charge with new or reconditioned parts or Refurbished Product if found to be
defective during the limited warranty period specified above. novita does not
warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Refurbished product. All
replaced Refurbished Product or part, or fully refunded Product, shall become the
absolute property of novita and must be returned to novita. Replacement parts
and Refurbished Products assume the remaining original limited warranty.
novita reserves all rights to impose charges for services on the Refurbished
Product which are outside the perimeter of limited warranty coverage. novita also
reserve the right to decline Refurbished Product servicing where the Refurbished
Product is no longer covered under warranty, obsolete, no longer deemed
serviceable or replaceable for any reason.
If any section, provision, clause, sentence or part thereof of this limited warranty
is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified necessarily to
make it valid and enforceable, and it shall not in any way be affected or impaired
thereby.
novita shall reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions herein
due to change(s) in availability of Refurbished Product and/or spare parts or for
the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law,
without prior notice.
With the proceeding of the Refurbished Product usage, it means the
purchaser/user have read, understood and agreed on the novita’s Refurbished
Product usage and limited warranty terms and conditions and also acknowledged
that novita’s limitations of liability are reasonable and within the context and
circumstances under which it is applied on.
