SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Never immerse the cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquids.
2. Use the appliance only for its intended use.
3. Unplug before cleaning or when not in use.
4. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by this appliance
manufacturer may cause hazards.
5. For household use only.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
7. Do not pull on the connection cord, but rather on the plug, to separate the
appliance from the mains.
8. Do not use outdoor.
9. Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.
10.Never put the yogurt maker into a fridge.
11.This appliance can be used by children aged from 3 years and above if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and
supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less
than 3 years.
12.Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance.
13.The appliance must not be immersed.
14.This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such
as:
–staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
–farm houses;
–by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
–bed and breakfast type environments.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1. Check the voltage rating on the base corresponds to the mains voltage in your
home. Remove any labels or stickers from appliance.
2. Before first use or after periods of prolonged storage, thoroughly wash cover,
glass bottle and top in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry carefully.
3. Wipe the inside of yogurt maker with a damp cloth.
4. Prepare following utensils: a high sided saucepan, a jug, a sieve and a spoon.
Ensure all these utensils and glass bottle and tops are washed before start
making yogurt. Allow these utensils air dry.
TO USE
1. Prepare 1 liter of milk (it can be either full cream, skimmed or low-fat milk) and
plain yogurt.
NOTE: The plain yogurt can either be purchased from a store or from a pervious
batch of homemade yogurt. If you use the homemade yogurt, please repeat only
1 time.
2. Mix 1 liter of milk with the plain yoghurt in a container, if necessary use a beater
(not provided).
3. Pour the mixture in the glass bottles evenly.
4. Fit the tops onto the glass bottles. Place the glass bottles into the yogurt maker.
Set the use-by date on the date indicator of each bottle, then place the cover onto
the base of the yogurt maker.
5. Do not keep the yogurts in the refrigerator for more than 8 days.
The use by date will therefore be J+8, J being the day on which the yogurts are
made.
6. Never place the device into the refrigerator.
7. Make sure you place the yogurts into the refrigerator at least one hour before
eating them. The yogurts will be harder if you store them more than 24 hours.
OPERATE YOGURT MAKER WITH TIMER FUNCTION
1. Plug in then press the button.
2. Set the hours desired for the yogurt to be ready by pressing “ + “ / “ – “ button.
“8” =8 hours will be showed on the display once plug in. Maximum time setting is
19hours.
3. Count down in minutes will be started when operated in the last one hour.
THE YOGURT MAKER SHOULD REMAIN PERFECTLY STILL DURING THE
MATURING PROCESS. DO NOT MOVE THE APPLIANCE OR REMOVE ANY
GLASS BOTTLES AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE FIRMNESS OF THE YOGURT

TO SERVE
Once the yogurt cools down, it can be served with natural flavor or added the honey,
sugar to sweeten the yogurt or added the fruits toppings. Everyone can add their
favorite flavor to suit their individual taste.
CARE AND CLEAN
1. Before clean or not in use the yogurt maker, always unplug it.
2. Wash thoroughly the cover, glass bottles and top in warm, soapy water then rinse
and dry carefully.
3. Wipe the inside of yogurt maker with a damp cloth.
4. Do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquids.
5. Do not clean plastic parts with a scouring agent. Use a solution of normal washing
up liquid and warm water to avoid scratches.
6. The glass bottles can be washed by dishwasher.
