Cold Brew Coee Concentrate:
• 1 cup coee beans
• 2-1/2 cup ltered water
Put coee beans in the Mixing Cup, blend for 30-40 seconds, shaking the blender as needed.
Remove blender, add ltered water to cup unl full. Sr mixture, place Cup Lid on the Mixing
Cup and twist to ghten. Let the coee sit for 8-12 hours or overnight.
Place Coee Filter on Thermos, pour coee concentrate from Mixing Cup over the lter into
the thermos. Remove the lter and used coee grounds. Store coee concentrate for up to 7
days.
To Serve: Fill a glass with ice, add water unl half full. Fill to top with the coee concentrate.
Sr to combine. Add almond milk or cream as desired.
Cold Brewed Tea:
• 2 tea bags per cup of water or 2 tsp. loose tea
• 2-2/12 cups cold ltered water
Add tea to Tea Filter. Place Tea Filter on Cup Lid. Pour up to 2-1/2 cups of ltered water to the
plasc Mixing Cup. Aach lid with lter aached to jar and let tea steep for 6-10 hours. (White
tea for 6-8 hours, black tea for up to 10 hours).
Remove lter, loose tea and/or tea bags, add lemon or other add-ins, replace lid and enjoy.
Fruit Infused Water:
• 1/4 Cup Blackberries
• 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 2-1/2 Cup Filtered Water
Add fresh fruit and mint leaves to Mixing Cup. Place Tea Filter on Cup Lid. Aach lid and lter
to the jar and ghten
Toddler Smoothie:
• 1/2 Cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1/4 Cup sliced banana
• 1/4 Cup vegetables, (kale, spinach, roasted sweet potato, summer squash)
• Honey or maple syrup to taste
Add ingredients to the Mixing Cup. Blend unl preferred consistency is achieved.
