MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Lamps must be mounted at the following heights from the road:
REQUIRED TOOLS:
Center punch and hammer
Electric drill
13/32" = 1/8" drill bit
Screwdriver
Wire cutters/strippers and crimpers
Wrenches
BELOW BUMPER MOUNTING
1. Before mounting lights below the bumper, remove lens and reflector.
Replace them in the reverse position so that the ideal beam pattern will be
maintained.
2. Drill a 1/2" (13mm.) diameter hole through desired mounting position and
install the lamp on the bumper, using the bolt/nut and lock washer provided
with each lamp. Tighten the nut to retain aiming position depending on type of
lamp. Make sure both lights are grounded.
KIT CONTAINS
A. Lamp connect wire (Blue) - about 4 feet (120CM). 1pc.
B. Main power wire (White) - about 12 feet (360cm) 1 pc.
C. Power supply wire (Black) - about 8 feet (240cm) 1 pc.
D. Illuminated rocker switch 1 pc.
E. Assembled automotive lamps 2 pcs.
F. Screws 2 pcs.
G. Ground wire 1 foot (30cm)1 pc.
WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Disconnect car battery to avoid short
circuits/electrical shock.
2. Usethe wire provided as diagram 1):
3. Connect the male terminal of one lamp to the “Y” connector of the main
power wire (B). Conncet the male terminal of the second lamp to the female
terminal of the lamp wire (A to the “Y” connector of main power wire (B).
4. Mount switch provided under dash within easy reach of driver.
5. The other end of the main power wire (B) should be led through the firewall
using exisiting wire harness. Connect to switch terminal. Secure the wire along
the way with tie-clips to prevent any movement of the wire or contact
with high-tempeture engine parts.
6. The power supply wire (C) with the 15-amp in-line safety fuse connects to
the remaining switch terminal. The other end of the power supply wire (C) must
be connected to either the car’s fuse box or the positive (+) terminal of
the battery.
7. Recconect car battery after confirming all the wiring is identical with the
above diagram.
DRIVING LAMPS.
Driving lamps shall be aimed with the center of the high instensity zone
on a verticle line straight ahead of the lamp center and 2" (51mm) below
the level of the lamp center at a distance of 25ft. (7.62m) from the lens
as shown in figure 2
FOG LAMPS.
Fog lamps shall be aimed with the center of the high intensity zone on the
verticle line straight ahead of the lamp center and with with the top edge of
the beam 4" (102mm) below the level of the lamp senter at a diastance of 25ft
(7.62m) from the lens as shown in figure 1.

WARNING!
Vehicles with front seat airbag restraint devices may have airbag senors
embeded in the vehicles front bumper. Before beginging installation of
this product on your vehicle, throughly check your vehicle’s owner manual
for information regarding the location of airbag sensors on your vehicle.
Disturbance of the fron bumper by drilling or other means could cause damage
to an airbag sensor, or cause an airbag to inflate in the vehicle.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT IN OR ON THE FRONT BUMPER IF THE
OWNER’S MANUAL INDICATES IT IS INADVISABLE!

6. El alambre de potencia suministra (C), con fusible de 15 amperes en linea
para seguridad, debe ser conectado con la terminal sobrante del conmutador.
La otra punta del alambre de potencia suministra (C) debe ser conectada con
la caja de fusibles o el cable positive (+) de la bateria.
7. Reconecte el cable positivo de la bateria despues de confirmaque todas las
conexiones de los alabres so indenticas con el dibujo de arriba.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
Las lamparas deben der montadas a la siguiente altitud de la carretera:

MONTAJE A LA DEFENSA
1. Antes de montar las lamparas abajo de la defensa, remueva el lente y
reflector, vuelvalos a poner en una posicion contraria para mantener el
rayo ideal.
2. Perfare un agujero de 1/2" (13mm) por el montage deseado e instale las
lamparas en le defensa, usando el tornillo/tuerca y arandela de segurided
suministrada con cada lampara. Apriete la tuerca para mantener la alineacion
apropiada. Asegure gue las lamparas hagan tierra.
ESTUCHE CONTIENE
A. El alambre de lampara (Azul) - aproximadamente 4 pies (120cm) 1 pieza.
B. El alambre de potencia principal (Blanco) - aproimadamente 12 pies
(360cm) 1 pieza.
C. El alambre de potencia suministra (Negro) - aproimadamente 8 pies
(240cm) 1 pieza.
D. Conmutador
E. Lamparas ensambladas de automovial 2 piezas.
F. Toernillos 2 puezas.
G. Tierra alambre 1 pie (30cm) 1 pieza.
INSTRUCCIONES DE CON EXION ELECTRICA
1. Desconecte los cables de la bateria del vehiculo para evitar un corto
circuito o una descarga electrica.
2. Use el alambre proveido en diagram 1:
3. Conecte la terminal masculina de una lampara con el comectador “Y”
del alambre de potenica principal (B), Conecte la terminal masculina de
la segunda lampara y la otra punto del alambre (A) de la lampara con el
concectador “Y” del alambre (B) de potencia pincipal.
4. Instale el conmutatdor provisto en una part debajo del tablero,
cerea del chofer.
5. La otra punta del alambre de potencia principla (B) debe ser dirigida a
traves de pared de separacuon de motot, hasta conectar con el conmutador.
Asegure el alambre cou un clip de atar para impedir el movimiento del alambre
o evitar contacto con partes del motor de altas temperaturas.
LAS LAMPARSA DE CONDUCIR
Las lamparas de conducir deban ser opuntadas al frente con el centro
de la zona de intensida. Altaen una linea recta vertical, del centro de la
lampara y con la parte superior del rayo a 2” pulgadas (51mm) abajo del
nivel del centro de las lamparas a uns distancia de 25’ pies (7.62m) de
los lentes conio ilustrado en la figura 2.
LAS LAMPARSA DE NEBLINA
Las lamparsa de neblina deben ser apuntadas al freiste con e centro de la
zona de intersidaalta en una linea recta vertiodel centro de le lampara y con la
partesugericr del rayo a 4 pulgadas (120mm) abajo del nivel del centro de las
lamparas a una distancia de 25’ pies (7.62m) de loslentres sonio ilustrado en
la figura 1

ADVERTENCIA: Los vehiculos con el aditamento protector de bolsas de
aire en el aslenti delantero pueden tener sensores parolas bolsas de aire
incrustados en su defensa delantera. Antes de comenzar la instalación de este
producto en suvehiculo estudie culdadosamente el manual del propietario
de vehiculo para obtener la información sobre la ublcación de los sensores
de las bolsa de aire en su vehiculo. La alteración de la defensa delantera por
horadación o algún otro medio podria causer daño a un sensor de bolsa de
aire o causar que la bolsa de aire se infle en el vehiculo.
SO INSTALE ESTE PRODUCTO EN LA DEFENSA O SOBRE LA DEFENSA
DELANTERA CUANDO EL MANUAL DEL PROPIETARIO DEL VEHICULO
INDICA QUE NO ES RECOMENDABLE.
