TACTICAL RESPIRATOR II
Usage
The TR2 is a high-performance particulate respirator. Like any professional-grade
equipment, you should treat the TR2 with care, and in accordance with usage instructions
we have provided, to ensure safe use of the product and long-lasting use of the respirator.
Intended use (disclaimer);
• Not intended for medical use
• Not for children under 12
• Straps are strangulation hazard
• Small plastic part choking hazard
• Intended for short-term use (under 12 hours continuous)
Do not modify: The TR2 is for use as-is. Modifying the mask will potentially ruin
the product, and may cause bodily harm to you or others.

Pull Neck Strap over head and position at mid-point of neckline.
Pull Head Strap over head and position on crown.
Position Seal below bottom lip and above chin.
Cinch Head Strap until comfortably sealed.
Place thumbs under Strap Buckles and lift to loosen Head Strap and
remove.

Press Release Tabs and remove Front Shell .
Click in new Filter Cartridge with Cleat Side down.
Press away Top of Front Shell to release Cleat and remove Filter.

Fit mask comfortably to Face.
Remove Front Cover and hold Filter Cartridge in place.
Cover Filter with Palm of hand.
Inhale.
Positive Test: Suction of mask to Face.
Negative Test: No suction or noticeably leaking.

Remove Front Shell.
Push Strap Clip to release from Strap Cleat.
Push Strap Clip under Strap Cleat and remove Harness.

Reverse Steps 3 and 2to attach Harness.

Unscrew Accessory Tube Cap.
Slide out Accessory Tube.
Insert Accessory Tube in opposite side with Tube Groove aligned to
Chamber Guide and slide into place.
Press Accessory Tube Cap into place and screw closed.
ACCESSORY TUBE
Configuration
The Accessory Tube is designed to incorporate communications
technology and can be configured to open from the left or right side.

MAINTANENCE SCHEDULE
For best results start your training or operation with a new filter cartridge.
Discard filter and replace with a new filter if breathing air in becomes
difficult.
Visually check the filter gasket for damage.
Do not use if gasket is damaged.
Caution: Used filters may contain hazardous elements and must
be disposed of accordingly. Dispose of filter in accordance with any
instructions provided to you by your employer, or local health authorities.

CLEANING
Remove or discard Filter.
Clean Mask and Straps with dish soap and water.
or
Spray Mask with 70% Isopropyl alcohol, let dry, then wipe down.

L’utilisation du produit
Le RT2 est un respirateur à filtre de particules à haut rendement. Comme pour
tout matériel de catégorie professionnelle, vous devriez traiter le RT2 avec soin et
conformément aux instructions d’utilisation que nous vous avons fournies pour veiller à
l’utilisation sécuritaire du produit et à l’utilisation de longue durée du masque.
L’utilisation prévue (avertissement):
• N’est pas prévu à des fins médicales;
• N’est pas destiné aux enfants de moins de 12 ans;
• Les sangles constituent un danger de strangulation;
• Il y a un danger de suffocation en raison de petites pièces en plastique;
• Est destiné à une utilisation de courte durée (moins de 12 heures en continu).
Ne pas modifier: Le TR2 doit être utilisé tel quel. La modification du masque
risque d’endommager le produit et elle pourrait vous causer des blessures ou
causer des blessures à d’autres personnes.
