damage or failure of the oil drain.
3. Keep hands clear of all adjustment points during
assembly, usage and transport.
4. Only use oil drain on dry, oil/grease free, level, ground
surfaces. Ensure the surface can support the weight of

working with used fluids.
6. DO NOT leave oil drain unattended while operating or
evacuating oil.
7. Never use or store near open flames or heat sources.

vehicle to the ground surface.
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove all contents from the package.
2. Install the swivel casters. Insert the caster bolt through
the designated open holes on the front of the unit. The
washer should be placed over the bolt, followed by the
lock washer, then the retaining nut. Tighten the retaining
nut using a 19mm socket or wrench.
3. Fully open the valve lever on coupler attached to
the top of the fluid reservoir. Screw in the adjustable
extension to the threaded portion of the coupler.

4. Press the funnel onto the top of the extension.
OPERATION
WARNING:Always read the product warnings, safety
instructions, and assembly instructions prior to use.
1. Adjust the height of the funnel to the lowest setting, by
untightening the adjustment knob on the extension.
2. Move the oil drain under the raised vehicle, ensuring
the funnel is centered directly below the engine oil drain
plug.
3. Grasping the top of the extension, raise the funnel until
the funnel is approximately 4” below the oil drain plug.
While supporting the top of the extension, tighten the
adjustment knob until finger tight.
4. Ensure the valve lever on the coupler is completely
open before moving to Step 6.
5. Ensure the valve on the evacuation hose is completely
closed before moving to Step 6.
6. Remove the engine oil drain plug and allow the used
oil to completely drain into the funnel.
7. After the oil has drained completely, lower the funnel
as described in Step 1, and remove from under the
vehicle.
NOTE:Roll the oil drain with caution when at capacity. The
center of gravity may shift, causing the drain to tip.
NOTE:Check drain capacity using the drain level indicator on
the side of the reservoir.
EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully move the drain to an oil collection reservoir
and place the drain hose into the collection reservoir.
NOTE:Ensure the hose is free of blockages and kinks.
2. Raise the extension to the highest setting, so that the
extension is completely removed from the inside of the
reservoir. While supporting the top of the extension,
tighten the adjustment knob.
3. Close the valve lever on the coupler (horizontal
position).
NOTE:The valve lever on the coupler must be completely
closed to allow evacuation.
