Lubrication Systems MEMOLUB® HPS
MEMOLUB® hps is an autonomous single / multi
point lubrication system available in three sizes
(Standard : 120cc, Mega 240cc and Giga 480cc). Its
high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bar opens a
wide range of applications not possible with
conventional systems. MEMOLUB® HPS can be used
remotely up to 8 meters from the lubrication point or
as a central lubrication system using progressive
distributor valves. Combined with the SPLITTER
MEMO, it makes it an economic way to lubricate 2
lube points.
Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points, and maintenance personnel can work
swiftly in safety. Machine stoppage for lubrication can be avoided and production efficiency can be
increased.
Cartridges are carefully filled at the factory using a precise centrifuging process that eliminates air
pockets and contamination. Cartridge change-out normally takes less than 60 seconds!
MEMOLUB® is a valuable alternative to time-consuming and costly manual lubrication.
The MEMO is a unique system for adjusting daily lubricant
output. Programmed the first time, it is permanently fitted
onto the lube point. Maintenance personnel do not need to
remember which setting is necessary and organization is thus
simplified.

Lubricator Installation Instructions
1. Setting of MEMO with combination of
three rings (black, White and red) as
described in the table
Lubricant Cartridge Change Out Instructions
1. To open, place
the lubricator
upright on flat
surface. Press firmly
and turn locking ring
counter-clockwise
while holding the
ribbed surface.
3. Carefully squeeze
air out of the
cartridge until grease
begins to emerge
from the outlet.
4. Place the cartridge on
the inlet of the lower
h
ousing.
Grease Cartridges Only.
3. Hold the cartridge
with the outlet facing
up. Carefully remove
the cartridge plug.
Turn the lower
housing over and
gently place it on the
outlet of the cartridge
4. While holding the
cartridge and lower
housing together, flip
the assembly over
and hold the cartridge
in place.
Oil Cartridges Only.
5. Place the clear
housing assembly
over the lubricant
cartridge and lower
housing.
6. Holding the
locking ring by its
ribbed surface, turn
it clockwise until it
clicks into the
locked position.
7. Screw the
MEMOLUB®
HPS lubricator onto
the Power-Through
MEMO.
Note: If necessary,
prime the
MEMOLUB® HPS
with a hand grease
gun (grease
application only).

* Warning: Lower housing contains a
loaded spring. Do not open.
* Use only factory pre-filled cartridges
with MEMOLUB lubricator.
