Caution
User must follow this instruction to prevent from accidents and injuries, or
damages to their property.
 Do not handle roughly, or use improperly.
⋅Do not use as a carrier.
 Do not disassemble or repair on your own. Please contact
our official dealers when needed.
 No remodeling. Okamura will have no responsibility for any
disadvantage caused by remodeling.
 Gas lift replacement and handling should only be carried out
by the trained personnel.
 Casters
⋅For hard floors made of ceramic, stone, or wood, use soft casters.
⋅For soft floors using carpet or rug, use hard casters.
⋅Color identification of wheel --- Hard caster : Black, Soft caster :
Gray.
 Be careful not to get your fingers, hand or clothes caught in
the gaps between the moving parts or the back of the pad
when adjusting the position of the arm. Also, make sure that
the arms are fixed tightly before use.
⋅Do not stand on the chair or sit on the front side of
seat or armrest.

Installation
For maintenance
When placing alongside windows, use curtain or blind to avoid from
direct sunlight.
Please follow instructions below. Failure may cause serious damage to the product.
 Regular maintenance is tips for long-life use.
 If found unstable due to loose bolts and screws, tighten them.
 For daily care, use a well-wrung soft cloth.
 For stained part, use neutral detergent (1-3%) and completely remove
detergent with dry soft cloth.
 For mesh and cushion parts, remove dust by tapping the cloth surface
with brush or using vacuum cleaner.
 Cushion part cannot be dry-cleaned so that replacing is recommended if
exceptionally dirty.
Indoor use only.
Avoid direct sunlight.
No outdoor or waterfront use.
Avoid high temperature, high humidity, or extraordinary aridity.
Do not place product under heater or air-conditioner exhausting high
temperature air.
Do not place on uneven floor.

Seat height adjustment
Adjust the seat height using the seat height adjustment
lever at the front of the right armrest. The seat will be
lowered if you lift the lever while seated, and it will stop
at any position you release the lever at. The seat will be
raised if you lift the lever while not seated on the seat.

Seat depth adjustment
Adjust the seat depth by sliding the seat forward
or back within a range of 50 mm (2”) using the
seat slide lever underneath the seat. This allows
for maintaining an appropriate distance between
the back and the front edge of the seat, reducing
pressure on the back of the knees and providing
reliable support for the lower back.
∗When the fixed arm is attached, the seat does not
slide forward or back.

Reclining adjustment
Adjust the backrest recline by using the reclining
control lever at the front of the left armrest. Click the
lever in the tilted position to lock reclining. To release
the lock, click the lever once again. When releasing the
lock, slightly lean against the backrest.
Reclining tension adjustment
Adjust the reclining tension by using the reclining
tension control dial under right side of the seat.
The digit on upper side of dial indicates the tension
level. The backrest tension increases as the number
increases from 1 to 4. Adjust the tension with the
backrest at the forward position.
To operate, verify that the reclining lock is
released, and move your back away from the
backrest before using the reclining tension
adjustment lever.
Make sure that the dial is fixed at the 1, 2, 3, or
4 position. Do not use this product if the dial is
in an intermediate position.
Note
If you turn the dial in the [A]
direction (counterclockwise)
as shown in the illustration on
the right, the tension to the
backrest will be decreased.

Adjustable armrest
Adjusting height and angle.
Lift the ratchet-type adjustable arm up for optional
adjustment. To return the arm to the lowest position,
lift up the arm to the highest position.
The arm pads are adjustable for angles outside (10°)
and inside (20°) according to your needs.
Note
Do not lift up the chair by holding the adjustable arms.
When lifting up this product, push down the adjustable
arms to the lowest position.

Lumbar Support
Adjusting height and longitudinal position.
To adjust the height of the lumbar support behind
the backrest, hold the tabs and lift up and down
the lumbar support. To adjust the front and rear
positions, turn the levers on both sides of the
backrest.

Adjustable Small Headrest
Adjusting height, longitudinal position, and
inclination.
The height, front and rear positions, and angles of
the small headrest are adjustable. Operate slowly
while holding the headrest part. Adjust it so that
it is comfortable. The height is adjusted by the
ratchet system. To return the headrest to the lowest
position, lift up the headrest to the highest position.
Note
The large headrest is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
