provided by the manufacturer. Incorrect installation might cause harm and damage which the

ELECTRICALINSTALLATIONFORTHELICENSEDELECTRICIAN
Thisovenmustbeconnectedtoa220‐240V50Hzpowersupply.Itisearthedviathecord.
Beforecarryingouttheconnectiontothepowersupply,thevoltageratingoftheappliance(stampedonthe
applianceidentificationplate)mustbecheckedforcorrespondencetotheavailablemainssupplyvoltage,andthe
mainselectricwiringshouldbesuitablefortheoven’spowerrating(alsoindicatedontheapplianceidentification
plate).Acircuitbreakerwithacontactopeningofatleast3mmmustbeinstalledinsidethesupplycircuit.
Theswitchedoutletmustbeconnectedtoasuitableearthwiring,inconformitytocurrentsafetyregulations.
Itshouldnotbelocatedabovetheapplianceandnomorethan1.25mawayfromit.Thepowersupplycordmust
nottouchagainstanyhotsurfacesandmustbeplacedsothatitstemperaturedoesnotexceed75°Catanypoint
alongitslength.
Afterhavinginstalledtheappliance,theswitchedoutletmustalwaysbeinanaccessibleposition.

INSTALLATION
Theadjacentfurnituremust be able to withstand a minimumtemperatureriseof100°Cabovethe
ambient temperature of the room it is located in, during periods of use. The power supply to the
appliancemustbecutoffbeforeanyadjustmentsormaintenanceworkisdoneonit.
PREPARATIONFORINSTALLATIONANDUSE
Manufacturedwithbestqualitypartsandmaterials,thismodern,functionalandpracticalovenwillmeetyour
needsinallrespects.Makesuretoreadthemanualtoobtainsuccessfulresultssoasnottoexperienceany
problemsinthefuture.Theinformationgivenbelowcontainsrulesthatarenecessaryforcorrectpositioningand
serviceoperations.Theyshouldbereadwithoutfail,especiallybythetechnicianwhowillpositiontheappliance.
CHOOSINGAPLACEFORTHEAPPLIANCES
There are several points to pay attention to when choosing a place for your oven. Make sure to take into
accountourrecommendationsbelowinordertopreventanyproblemsanddangeroussituations,whichmight
occurlater!
Whenchoosingaplacefortheoven,attentionshouldbepaidthattherearenoflammableorcombustible
materialsintheclosevicinity,suchascurtains,oil,clothetc.whichquicklycatchfire.
Furnituresurroundingtheovenorcooktopmustbemadeofmaterialsresistanttotemperaturesabove100C°.
Requiredchangestowallcabinetsandexhaustfansaboveabuilt‐incooktopaswellasminimumheightsfromthe
ovenboardareshowninFigure1.Accordingly,theexhaustfanshouldbeataminimumheightof65cmfromthe
cooktop.Ifthereisnoexhaustfantheheightshouldnotbelessthan70cm.

INSTALLATIONOFBUILTINOVEN
Inserttheovenintocabinetpartlybypushingitforward.Opentheovendoorandinsert2screwsintotheholeson
theovenframe.Whiletheproductframetouchesthewoodensurfaceofthecabinet,tightenthescrews.If
installedunderacooktop,theremustbeatleast50mmbetweenthetwoappliances,andthedistancebetweenthe
worktopandthetopofthecontrolpanelmustbeaminimumof25mm.
Thedimensionsandmaterialofthecabinetinwhichtheovenwillbeinstalledmustbecorrectandresistantto
increasesintemperature.Inacorrectinstallation,contactwithelectricalorinsulatedpartsmustbeprevented.
Insulatingpartsneedtobefittedinawaytoensurethattheycannotberemovedbyusinganykindoftool.
Installingtheapplianceintheclosevicinityofarefrigeratororadeep‐freezerisnotrecommendedasthe
performanceoftheabove‐mentionedapplianceswillbenegativelyaffectedduetoemanatingheat.After
removingyourovenfromitspackaging,besurethattheovenisnotdamaged.Ifyoususpectanydamagetothe
appliance,donotuseit;immediatelycontactanauthorisedServiceCentre.

Whenyoufirstrunyourovenacertainsmellwillbeemanatedarisingfromtheinsulationmaterialsandtheheater
elements.Forthisreason,beforeusingyouroven,runitemptyatmaximumtemperaturefor45minutes.Atthe
sametimeyouneedtoproperlyventilatetheenvironmentinwhichtheovenisinstalled.
Inordertocookinyouroven,theovenfunctionandtemperaturesettingcontrolsneedtobeadjustedandtheoven
timer,ifavailable,needstobeprogrammed.Otherwise,theovenwillnotoperate.
Unplugyourappliancewhenitisnotinuse.
Protectyourappliancefromatmosphericeffects.Donotleaveitundertheeffectsofthesun,rain,snow,dustetc.

OVENFUNCTIONCONTROL
Theovenfunctioncontrolknobisusedtoselectthedifferentfunctions.Eachisexplainedindetail.Toselecta
function,turnthecontrolknobtothedesiredovenfunctionandthensetthetemperaturewiththethermostat
control.
OVENTHERMOSTATCONTROL
Theoventhermostatcontrolknobisusedtoselectthedesiredtemperatureforcooking.Whenthetemperature
insideyourovenreachesthevalueset,thethermostatwillcutthecircuitandthethermostatlightwillgooff.When
thetemperaturefallsbelowthesetvalue,thethermostatwillagainbeturnedonalongsidethethermostatlight.It
isnormalforthistooccurduringthecookingprocess,particularlywhenthedoorhasbeenopened.

OVENFUNCTIONCONTROLCHART
Duringheatedovenfunctionsacoolingfaninthetopoftheovenwilloperateinordertocooldowntheovendoor
andkitchencabinetaswellasreducingcondensationintheoven.Therewillthenbeaslightreleaseofwarmair
fromthetopoftheclosedovendoor.Thisisnotaleakinheatfromtheovencavity.

OVENFUNCTIONCONTROLS
DefrostFunction:
FanForcedFunction:
ThisFanForcedfunctionusestheturboheater(locatedinthebackoftheoven)toevenlydispersetheheatinthe
oven.Thisfunctionissuitableforcookingmultipledishesonvariousovenshelves.Adjustthefunctioncontrolknob
soitindicatestheFanForcedfunctionsymbol.Adjustthethermostatcontrolknobofyouroventoatemperature
recommendedonthecookingtableforthecookingoperationyouwishtoperform.
Preheatingoftheovenforabout10minutesisrecommended.Placethefoodinasuitablecontainer,thenplace
intoovenandcookfortherequiredtime.
Ifyouaregoingtocookusingtwotraysatthesametime,whileadjustingthecookingtemperature,selectthe
temperaturethatisthelowestamongthelevelssuitableforyourfoodofchoice,asshownonthetable.
Cookingwithtwotraysrequiresadditionalcookingtimecomparedtocookingwithonetray.Usually,thefoodon
eachtraydoesnotfinishatthesametimesoyoumayneedtotakethetrayofcookedfoodoutoftheoven,and
continuethecookingoperationfortheremainingtray.
Aftercooking,turnofftheovenfunctionandtemperaturecontrolknobsandcancelthetimerprogramifinuse.
Takethecookedfoodoutoftheovenandplaceitinasafeheatproofsurface.Astheovenwillbehot,worknear
withcautionandkeepchildrenawayfromthecoolingoven.
ConventionalCookingFunction
Thisfunction,ConventionalCooking,allowsheattoradiateevenlyfromthelowerandupperelementsintothe
ovenensuringevencookingofbothsidesofthefood.AdjustthefunctioncontrolsoitindicatestheConventional
Cookingfunctionsymbol.Adjustthethermostatcontrolknobofyouroventoatemperaturerecommendedonthe
cookingtableforthecookingoperationyouwishtoperform.Preheatingoftheovenforabout10minutesis
recommended.Placefoodinasuitablecontainer,thenplaceintoovenandcookfortherecommendedtime.This
functionispreferredformakingcakes(cupcakes,othercakesandsponges),biscuits,pastry,bakedpasta(e.g.
lasagne),casserolesandmoistdishes,roastsandovenchips.
Aftercooking,turnofftheovenfunctionandtemperaturecontrolknobsandcancelthetimerprogramifinuse.
Takethecookedfoodoutoftheovenandplaceitonasafeheatproofsurface.Astheovenwillbehot,workwith
cautionandkeepchildrenawayfromthecoolingoven.
Youcanstartthedefrostoperationbyputtingthefrozenfood
intoovenandbringingthefunctioncontrolknobtothe
indicatedmark.Thisfunctionwillnotcook/bakethefood;itonly
helpstodefrostitwithinashorttime.
Putthefoodtobedefrostedonthewirerackthatyouwillplace
onthemiddleracksupportfromthebottom(Figure13).To
collectthewaterthataccumulatesduetothemeltingice,insert
anoventrayontoalowerrack.Thisfunctionisperfectfor
finishingoffthedefrostprocessforfrozenfoodthathasbeenin
therefrigeratorfromtheeveningbeforeandmaynotbe
completelythawedout.

FanAssistFunction:
Thisisthefunctionwheretheaircomingfromthelowerandupperheatingelementsiscirculatedintotheovenby
thefanmotorandblade
AdjustthefunctioncontrolknobsoitindicatestheFanAssistFunctionsymbolandadjusttheoventimertothe
recommendedtimeforcooking.Adjustthethermostatcontrolknobtothetemperaturerequiredonthecooking
tablefortheFanAssistFunctionandpreheatovenfor10minutes.Basedontheconventionalcookingfunction,
thiscombinationoffeaturesincreasestheeffectivenessofthethermalradiationoftheheatingelementsthrough
forcedaircirculationoftheheatthroughouttheoven.Thishelpspreventfoodfromburningonthesurface,
allowingtheheattopenetrateintothefood.Foodbakedonthisfunctionsuchaspastryoftenbrownfasterthan
onconvectionfunctionalone.
Aftercooking,turnofftheovenfunctionandtemperaturecontrolknobsandcancelthetimerprogramifinuse.
Takethecookedfoodoutoftheovenandplaceitonasafeheatproofsurface.Astheovenwillbehot,workwith
cautionandkeepchildrenawayfromthecoolingoven.
GrillFunction:
Thisfunctionisusedforgrilling.AdjustthefunctioncontrolknobsoitindicatestheMid‐Grillfunctionsymboland
adjusttheoventimertotherecommendedtimeforcooking.Settheoven’sthermostatcontrolknobtothe
requiredtemperature.Afterapreheatingperiodof10minutes,putyourfoodintotheoven.Forgrilling,putthe
foodonthegrillrackandsitintothetray.Placethetrayononeofthehighestshelves.Placingtherackwithinthe
oventrayprovidedwillensurethatanymarinade,fatoroildroppingfromthefoodwillbecollected.Whengrilling,
theovendoormustbeclosed.Onthisfunction,themiddleheatingelements/coilsofthegrilloperate.
Thissettingisidealfortoastingbread,cheesemeltsandmeltingcheesetoppeddishesorfinishingoffadishto
lightlybrownonthesurface.Alsousedforherbandgarlicbread.
Aftercooking,turnofftheovenfunctionandtemperaturecontrolknobsandcancelthetimerprogramifinuse.
Takethecookedfoodoutoftheovenandplaceitinasafeheatproofsurface.Astheovenwillbehot,worknear

Maxi‐GrillFunction:
Thisfunctionisusedforfastergrillingandforgrillswithalotoffood.Adjustthefunctioncontrolknobsoit
indicatestheMaxi‐Grillfunctionsymbol.Settheoven’sthermostatcontrolknobtotherequiredtemperature.
Afterapreheatingperiodof10minutes,putyourfoodintotheoven.Forgrilling,putthefoodonthegrillrackand
sitintothetray.Placethetrayononeofthehighestshelves.Placingtherackwithintheoventrayprovidedwill
ensurethatanymarinade,fatoroildroppingfromthefoodwillbecollected.Whengrilling,theovendoormustbe
closed.Onthisfunction,alloftheheatingelements/coilsofthegrilloperate.
Thehighergrilltemperatureandfunctionisidealforcookingandbrowningmeat(suchaslamborporkchopsand
cutlets),chickenandseafood(suchasfishfillets,cutlets,tunasteaksorAtlanticsalmon).Thissettingisalsogood
forbrowningfruitcrumblesorcrumbtoppeddishes.
Aftercooking,turnofftheovenfunctionandtemperaturecontrolknobsandcancelthetimerprogramifinuse.
Takethecookedfoodoutoftheovenandplaceitonasafeheatproofsurface.Astheovenwillbehot,workwith
cautionandkeepchildrenawayfromthecoolingoven.
ENERGYSAVING
Choosecookwareofanappropriatesize.Usingalidwillreducecookingtimes.
Minimizetheamountofliquidorfattoreducecookingtimes.

Thetimemustbeadjustedbeforestartingtousetheoven.Followingpowersupplyto
theoven,thesymbol(A)andthethree“0”onthescreenwillbegintoflash.Pressthe
(+)and(‐)keyssimultaneously.TheCookingsymbol( )willappearonthescreen
andthedotinthemiddleofthescreenwillbegintoflash.Usingthe(+)and(‐)keys,
adjustthedays’timewhilethisdotisflashingbypressingeitherthe(+)or(‐)keys.
Aftertheadjustment,thedotwillremaincontinuouslylit.
KeyLock:
TheKeyLockonthetimerautomaticallyactivatesafter5secondsofinaction.Tounlockthetimerfunctions,press&hold
theModebuttonfor3seconds.
MinuteMinder:
Thisfunctioncanbeusedtoreceiveanaudiblewarningafterapre‐settime.Itisused
asareminder&doesnotaffectthecookingfunctions.
PresstheMODEkeyinthemiddle.Thetimersymbol( )andthree“0”swillflashon
thescreen.WhiletheTimersymbolisflashing,adjustthedesiredtimeperiod
(HH:MM)forthewarningbyusing(+)and(‐)keys.Shortlyafterthecompletionofthe
adjustment,theTimersymbolwillbelitcontinuouslyandthecurrentdays’timewillbe
displayed.WhentheTimersymbolbeginstolightcontinuously,theminuteminder
hasbeenset.
Theminutemindercanbesettoatimebetweenthetimerangeof0and23.59.
Whenthesettimeisup,thetimergivesanaudiblewarningandtheTimersymbolbeginstoflashonthescreen.Pressing
anykeywillstoptheaudiblewarningandtheTimersymboldisappearsfromthescreen.
Theovenwillnotbeturnedoffwiththisaudiblewarningfunction.
Thereare3differentauditablewarninglevelsavailable.Tochoosebetweenthem,startwiththetimershowingthetime
ofday.Pressthe“‐“(minus)buttonfor1‐2secondsandthetimerwillgiveanaudiblesignalbeep.Atthisstage,each
timethe“‐“buttonispressed,thetimerwillsoundthenextaudiblewarning(signalbeeps)inthesequence.Oncethe
desiredsoundisheard,donotpressanyfurtherbuttons,andthetimerwillsavethelastselectedsignalwarningsound.
Thisneedstoberesetintheeventofapowerfailure.
Semi‐AutomaticTimeAdjustmentAccordingtoCookingTime:
Thisfunctionisusedtocookforasetduration.Thefoodtobecookedisputinto
theovenandtheovenisadjustedwiththecontrolknobstothedesiredcooking

Ifthefoodtobecookeddoesnotcompletelycovertheoventray,ifthefoodistakenoutofthedeep‐freezerorif

observedonthetrayovertimeduetohightemperaturesformingduringthecooking/bakingoperation.Thisisa
normal,physicalstatethatresultsduringtheheattransfer.Donotleaveaglasstrayorcontainerinacold

Eachwiregridcomeswithabuilt‐insafetyfeaturetohelpminimisethembeingaccidentallypulledfullyout.This

Tofitthemintotheoven,pushthewiregridortraypartwayintotheovenuntilthestep“catches”,thenangle

When larger cuts of meat, poultry or fish have finished cooking, ideally remove the food from oven and

Whencookinglargewholefish1kgorlargeitisrecommendedthatthefleshbescoredorslashed2‐3
timesoneithersidetoassistinmoreevencooking.Todothiscutintothethickfishfleshbehindthehead
throughtothebone.Thesescoredareasalsoallowyoutocheckeasilytoseeifthefishiscooked.
