DELLAMACCHINA DESCRIPTION
OF THE MACHINE
La macchina è una troncatrice doppia la cui principale
caratteristicaè lapossibilità diinclinare entrambe le teste
verso l’interno per consentire il taglio delle casse/telaio
per porte e altre speciali lavorazioni. La testa sx è fissa,
la dx è mobile: la macchina è disponibile in versione NC,
con movimentazione della testa mobile controllata dal
posizionatore elettronico e in versione NC OLEO, con
movimentazionedellatesta mobile controllata dalposizio-
natore elettronico e discesa oleopneumatica delle teste.
Caratteristiche principali:
- angolazioni di taglio con bloccaggi autocentranti negli
angoli90° e 45°dx esx, bloccaggi tramiteleva manuale
per le angolazioni intermedie;
- pressori orizzontali e verticali pneumatici in ciclo con
la lama;
- carrello pneumatico interno controllato dal sistema a
NCper lo spostamentoautomatico del pezzo(optional);
- lame con diametro di 370 mm e motori da 2,9 kW per
raggiungere importanti capacità di taglio.
Questa macchina rappresenta la versione più auto-
matizzata, con ciclo comandato da un sistema elettro-
pneumaticoche consente dieseguiretagli contrediverse
sequenze di lavoro: discesa contemporanea delle lame,
discesa alternata delle stesse, discesa di una sola testa
per tagli singoli.
Le parti principali che compongono la macchina sono:
1. Gruppo operante sinistro fisso.
2. Barre di scorrimento.
3. Gruppo operante destro mobile.
4. Basamento.
5. Pannello pneumatico.
6. Pannello elettrico.
7. Quadro comandi con pulsanti e controllo numerico.
8. Bocca di aspirazione.

This double mitre saw can tilt both sawing heads inward
to obtain the special cut of the door frames. The left hand
sawing head is fixed while the right hand one is mobile:
twoversions areavailable: theNC one, wherethe mobile
head is controlled by an electronic unit and the HYDRO-
PNEUMATIC one, where the mobile head is always
controlled by an electronic unit and both heads have a
hydro-pneumatic stroke.
Main features:
- Main cutting angles at 90° and 45° right and left with
auto centring, manual locking at intermediate angles.
- Horizontal and vertical clamps in cycle with saw blade
feeding.
- Inner pneumatic carriage controlled by the NC system
to move automatically the workpiece (on demand).
- 370 mm TCT saw blades and 2,9 kW motors for big
cutting capacities.
This machine represents the most automated version of
our double mitre saws as the cycle is controlled by an
electro-pneumaticsystemthat enables to executethecut-
tingoperation in threedifferentsequences:contemporary
downstroke ofboth sawingheads, alternatedown stroke
of both saws, down stroke of only one sawing head for
single cuts.
The main parts composing the machine are:

7. Switchboard with buttons and numeric control.
8. Dust extraction nozzle.

10. Left hand pneumatic cutting unit downstroke unit.

16. Left hand horizontal clamp.
17. Lever to release the left hand turntable in the 0°,
45°left, 45° right positions.
