effettuata non correttamente.

non sono impegnativi. La DIERREGI S.r.l. si riserva il di-
ritto di apportare senza preavviso, tutte le modifiche che
riterrà opportune, per esigenze tecniche o migliorative.

La macchina è garantita per un periodo di mesi 12, a
partire dalla data della fattura di acquisto.
Essa consiste nella sostituzione gratuita, di tutte le parti
meccaniche, che presentano difetto di materiale o di
fabbricazione.
Per tutti i componenti elettrici ed elettronici il periodo di
garanzia è limitato a 6 mesi. Inoltre, non sono coperti i
guasti o difetti dovuti a fattori esterni, errori di manuten-
zione,utilizzo improprio dellamacchina, uso della stessa
in condizioni di sovraccarico, usura naturale, errori di
montaggio, o altre cause a noi non imputabili.
La spedizione in sostituzione, è intesa franco nostro
stabilimento.
La macchina resa, anche se in garanzia, dovrà essere
spedita in porto franco.
Per avvalersi del diritto di garanzia nei confronti
della DIERREGI S.r.l. è necessario fornire le seguenti
informazioni:
1. Modello macchina.
2. Numero di matricola.
3. Tensione e frequenza della macchina.
4. Nominativo del Concessionario presso il quale è stata
acquistata.
5. Descrizione dell’eventuale difetto riscontrato.
6. Descrizione del tipo di lavorazione eseguita.
7. Ore di utilizzo giornaliere.

DIERREGIS.r.l. shallnot be heldresponsible for possible
mistakes contained in this manual.
DIERREGI S.r.l. shall not be held responsible for any
mistakes which might result from a use other than that
described in this manual or caused by improper mainte-
nance.
All rights reserved by DIERREGI S.r.l.
All data, descriptions and pictures in this manual are not
binding.
DIERREGI S.r.l. reserves the right to carry out, without
prior notice all the modifications which will be considered
as necessary for technical reasons or for the purpose of
improving the machine. For any requirement or advice
please contact your local dealer.
The machIne is guaranteed for a period of 12 months
starting from the date ot the purchasè invoice.
It consists of a free of charge replacement of all mechan-
icai parts showing material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty period for all electrical and electronic com-
ponents is limited to a period of 6 months. The worranty
doesnotcoverbreakagesordefectsarisingoutof external
factors,maintenance mistakesor other causes, improper
use of the machine, use of the machine overloaded. nor-
malwear, assembly mistackes which we may not be heid
responsible far, replacements are shipped ex our factorv.
Delivery of spare parts is ex our works.
Themachinesmust bereturnedon a freeport basis, even
when covered by the warrantv.
To make use of the guarantee rights offered by DIER-
REGI S.r.l. it is necessary to supply the following
information:
1. Machine model.
2. Serial number.
3. Volts & Hz of the machine
4. Name of the dealer from which the machine was pur-
chased.
5. Description of the defect found. If any.
6. Description of the tvpe of operation carried out.
7. Workìng hours per day.

IIn the case that the data above mentioned is missing
even partially it will not be possible to proceed with

The machine has been costructed in accordance with the
essentialsufetyrequirementDirective 2006/42/CEE. Parts
mustbe replaced usingsuitable spares providedby DIER-
REGI S.r.l. only. The use of replacement parts other than
those supplied directly by DIERREGI S.r.l. is prohibited.
The use of parts not supplied by DIERREGI S.r.l. or fail-
ure to adhere to the maintenance procedures described
in this manual will automatically release DIERREGI S.r.l.
from any liabiliy.
All of our machines are submitted to testing in our fac-
tory. Any damages discovered while unpacking must be
immediately reported to the carrier.
Furthermore, check that all accessories and options that
are cited in the packing list are present.
ESTIMATED SERVICE LIFE
OF THE MACHINE
The estimated service life of the machine in normal oper-
ating conditions and undergoing routine maintenance is
at least 5 years.
DISPOSAL OF THE
MACHINE
After the operating activity of the machine ends, it can be
disposed of in a regular scrap yard and industrial waste
disposal center.

essenziali di sicurezza espressi nella Direttiva 2006/42/
CEE. La sostituzione di pezzi deve pertanto essere effet-
tuata solo con pezzi adeguati richiesti a DIERREGI S.r.l.
E’proibito l’impiego di pezzi simili non forniti direttamente
da DIERREGI S.r.l.
Utilizzarepezzisimili, non fornitidaDIERREGI S.r.l.,o non
seguirele indicazioni contenutein questomanuale fa ces-
sareautomaticamentelaresponsabilitàdi DIERREGIS.r.l.
Tutte le nostre macchine subiscono in stabilimento un
collaudo.Eventualidanni riscontratialmomento del disim-
ballo devono essere notificati immediatamente al vettore.
Controllare inoltre, la presenza di tutti gli accessori ed
opzionali, che compaiono nel documento di accompa-
gnamento.
DURATA PREVISTA
DELLAMACCHINA
La durata prevista della macchina in condizioni di uso
normalee regolare manutenzione è daritenersi dialmeno
5 anni.
SMALTIMENTO
DELLAMACCHINA
Cessatal’attività operativa dellamacchina, lo smaltimento
della stessa deve avvenire mediante centro di raccolta e
smaltimento rifiuti di tipo industriale.

L’Utilizzatore si farà carico dell’istruzione del personale
che opererà con questa macchina.
Prima di ogni collegamento a qualsiasi fonte di energia
elettrica e pneumatica e prima di attivare la macchina,
l’Operatore dovrà leggere attentamente le norme
descritte in questo manuale.
All’internodi questomanuale, in ogni capitolo che descri-
vamodalità dioperare o di manutenzione checomportino
anche una minima possibilità di rischio, sono inseriti
simboligrafici che richiamano l’attenzione dell’Operatore.

machine is operated.
Theuser isresponsible for training the personnel who are
to use this machine.
Before connecting to any electrical or pneumatic energy
source and before starting the machine,the operator
mustread carefully the rules described inthis manual.
All chapters in this manual which describe operating or
maintenance procedures involving even the slightest risk
contain graphic symbols to draw the operator’s attention
to the risk.
The meanings of the graphic symbols are explained
clearly on pages 4 in the section “KEY TO GRAPHIC
SYMBOLS“.

IMBALLAGGIO
Il trasporto della macchina deve essere effettuato so-
lamente utilizzando i sistemi di imballaggio predisposti
dallaDIERREGIS.r.l. ed eseguendoleeventualiistruzioni
apposte su di essi.
La macchina può essere consegnata:
1. protetta da nylon e gabbia;
2. protetta con sacco barriera e gabbia per spedizioni via
mare.
ATTENZIONE:
Visto il notevole peso della macchina, per gli sposta-
menti vedere il cap. “Sollevamento e spostamento
della macchina”.
Nel caso vengano accertati dei danni:
1. lasciare l’imballaggio in questione nello stato trovato;
2. richiedere immediatamente l’accertamento del danno
da parte dell’impresa di spedizioni competente;
3.comunicare il danno rilevato conun certificatodiavaria
corredatodi foto,all’assicurazione ditrasporto compe-
tente e al punto vendita.

The transport of the machine has to be done using the
packing systems prepared by DIERREGI S.r.l. and fol-
lowing ther instructions stamped on them.

DESCRIZIONE
DELLAMACCHINA DESCRIPTION
OF THE MACHINE
La macchina TR 2B N NC è una troncatrice a due teste
orientabili per tagli di precisione. Le caratteristiche prin-
cipali di tale macchina sono:
- Testa di sinistra fissa.
- Testa di destra mobile per tutta la lunghezza della mac-
china posizionabile tramite controllo numerico.
-Tavola rotante di entrambe leteste conbloccaggio auto-
centrantesulle angolazioni 0°,45°sx,45°dxebloccaggio
manuale sulle angolazioni intermedie.
- Protezioni lama mobile e fissa su entrambe le teste con
apertura solamente durante la fase di taglio.
- Discese delle lame tramite cilindri pneumatici.
- Discesa contemporanea ed alternata delle teste.
- Discesa di una singola testa.
- Trasmissione del moto motore-lama tramite cinghia
trapezoidale.
- Pressori verticali e orizzontali per il corretto bloccaggio
del pezzo su entrambe le teste.
- Consolle di comando completa di controllo numerico e
pulsanti di servizio, bicomando e uomo presente.
- Bocca di aspirazione posizionata sopra la testa della
macchina per una maggior efficienza nell’aspirazione.
Le parti principali che compongono la macchina sono:

TheTR 2B N NC is a mitresaw with twoadjustable heads
for precision cuts. The main features of this machine are:
- Fixed left hand head.
- Right hand head that can be moved all along the ma-
chine. It is positioned by means of a numeric control.

La macchina TR 2B N NC è una troncatrice a due teste
che offre molteplici soluzioni di taglio veloci e ottimali. La
testa di desta è posizionabile alla quota voluta tramite
l’apposito controllo numerico. Esso inoltre offre la pos-
sibilità di programmare la macchina per comporre varie
liste di taglio garantendo una ottimale velocità nelle ope-
razioni di posizionamento della testa mobile. Il pezzo è
automaticamente bloccato da 4 pressori (2 orizzontali e
2 verticali) e rimarrà tale fino a quando le teste non sono
tornate in posizione di riposo.

The TR 2B N NC machine is a mitre saw with two heads
that offers a variety of rapid and effective cutting options.
The right hand head can be moved to the requested posi-
tion by means of a numeric control. The latter offers the
possibility of programming the machine for the execution
of cutting lists, thus granting the optimum speed during
thepositioning of the mobile head.Theworkpiece is auto-
matically held in place by four clamps (2 horizontal and 2
vertical clamps). The clamps hold the piece in place until
the heads have moved back to their idle position.
Themachine is suitablefor cutting thefollowing materials:

In base all’ art. 46 comma 2 del decreto legislativo no
277 del 15/08/92 in attuazione delle Direttive n0.80/l 107/
CEE,nO.82/605/CEE,n0.83/4771CEE,n0.86/188/CEE e
n0.88/642/CEE in materia di protezione dei lavoratori, le
macchine che possono provocare, ad un lavoratore che
le utilizzi in modo appropriato, un’esposizione al rumore
pari o superiore ad 85 dB(A) devono essere corredate da
un’adeguatainformazionerelativaalrumore prodotto nelle
normali condizioni di utilizzo ed ai rischi che questa com-
porta. Lo spirito generale del Decreto Legislativo 277/91,
intende il potenziamento dell’educazione alla sicurezza
medianteuna maggior diffusione delle informazioni a tutti
i livelli. Vale la pena ricordare che il Decreto Legislativo
277/91nonpone, di fatto,limitidi esposizione dasuperare
in assoluto, ne livelli di esposizione che rendano fuori
norma una determinata macchina.

La prova é stata eseguita secondo le norme ISO 7960
all. N. Il tipo di apparecchiatura utilizzata é un fonometro
tipo PULSAR 38 P (marca I.S.C. Milano) avente classe
di precisione 2. É stato utilizzato legno di abete in varie
lunghezze,aventesezione pari a60x60 mm. ,utilizzando
degli utensili nuovi. Essendo una macchina manuale,
abbiamopensatoad una successioneditagli ripetitivi ogni
10 secondi, ipotizzando un ciclo tipo di lavoro.
É stata identificata una superficie di inviluppo della mac-
china corrispondente ad una parallelepipedo rettangolo,
che comprende la massima superficie di ingombro della
macchina stessa. É stata individuata, poi, la superficie
prescritta,corrispondenteadunparallelepipedorettangolo
checontengala superficie di inviluppo,confacce parallele
ad essa e distanti 1 metro.
The values given are noise emission levels and do not

noise emission levels and exposure levels are related, it
is not possible to determine from the above values alone
whether further safety measures are required. The true
level of operator exposure can only be calculated by tak-
ing into account the duration of exposure, the acoustic
characteristicsof the work place, thenumber ofmachines
and the other types of processing operations performed
in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, permissible noise
exposure levels vary from country to country. Neverthe-
less, this information may help the user to evaluate the
noiseexposure risks andhazards associatedwith the use
of this machine.
The tests were conducted in accordance with ISO 7960
annex N standards. The instrument used was a PULSAR
38 P sound-level meter (manufactured by I.S.C. Milan)
with a class 2 accuracy rating. 40 x 80 mm spruce stock
of various lengths were cut using brand new tools. Be-
ing a manual machine, repetitive cycles were performed
every 10 seconds, considering this to represent a typical
working cycle.
An envelope surface of the machine corresponding to a
rectangular parallelepiped was identified, containing the
largest surface of the machine. The prescribed surface
was the identified, corresponding to a rectangular paral-
lelepiped containing the envelope surface, with faces
parallel to it at a distance of 1 metre.

THE MACHINE
Il trasporto della macchina deve essere effettuato so-
lamente utilizzando i sistemi di imballaggio predisposti
dallaDIERREGIS.r.l. edeseguendole eventualiistruzioni
appostesu talisistemi. Dopo avere effettuatoil disimballo
della macchina eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
1. Verificare la presenza di tutti i dispositivi previsti. Vada
capitolo Descrizione della macchina.
2.Sollevarelamacchinautilizzando un apparecchiodisol-
levamento di adeguata portata e delle brache disposte
conin figura.Posizioni diversecomprometterebbero la
stabilità durante il trasporto. Assicurarsi inoltre che le
bracheutilizzatesianoinbuone condizioni enonlogore.
3. Appoggiare la macchina su una superficie piana oriz-
zontale adatta a sopportare la pressione esercitata al
suolo della macchina stessa.

ance with the instructions given on these systems. After
unpackingthemachine,carry out thefollowingoperations:
1. Make sure all devices are present (see the chapter
‘The machine’).
2. The machine must be lifted by equipment of a suitable
capacity. The machine must be harnessed as shown
in the figure. Different positions would compromise
stabilityduring transport. Make sure theharnesses are
in good repair and not worn.
3. Place the machine on a flat and sturdy surface capable
of withstanding the pressure exerted on the floor by
the machine itself.
