ASSEMBLY MANUAL A320 COCKPIT
January 2019



1. FLOOR ASSEMBLY.
1.1 Unpack the floor and arrange the pieces in the same way as shown in the diagram.
1.2 Fix all parts with screws and nuts.
1.3 Install the metal plates that serve as reinforcement of the structure.
1.4 Place the five wheels in such a way that the two wheels provided with the braking system
were installed in the rear part of the cockpit.



1.5 Arrange the floor pieces in the same way as shown in the diagram.
1.6 Fijar Fix the floor cover to the chassis with the m4x12 screws.



2. SHELL ASSEMBLY.
2.1 Unpack all the pieces and arrange them along the installation site for quick
assembly. To fix the different pieces of the structure we will use hexagonal head screws m4
with nuts.
2.2 We start the assembly by fixing the pieces that make up the front arc with both
lower sides of the cockpit.
2.3 Continue with the front parts of the cockpit.



2.4 Continue with the lateral windows.
2.5 Install the main access arch and the cockpit cover.
2.6 Install the different interior squares of the cockpit.



2.7 Make sure that all the screws placed are fully tightened.
