Step 1:
Cut the cut-outs a and b out of
the base plate with a craft knife.

Glue the switch (4) in the cut out b, as
shown!

Step 2:
Cut in a hole width at the ends of the
base plate (solid lines) as shown. Fold
the ends inwards.
Step 3:
Coat the bent up ends with glue,
fold up the sides and hold them with
paper clips.

Step 5:
Cut off four approx. 5 mm long pieces from the PVC hose (12). Loosely
place the rubber ring (10) on the pulley wheel.
Place the pulley wheel (9) as shown (recess a).
Slide the axis (7) through the hole in the base plate and attach a piece
of PVC. Then push the axis through the wheel and attach another
piece of PVC. Now push out the axis on the opposite side (as shown).
Center the axis using the PVC pieces and place the wheel in the
middle of the recess. Glue it down if necessary (see illustration). After
centering push a piece of PVC on the axis (7) on each side. Be careful
not to compress the cardboard.
Step 6:
Cut off four approx. 5mm long pieces from the PVC
hose. Slide the axis (8) through the hole, insert 2 PVC
pieces and lead the axis out again on the opposite side.
Centre the axis (8) and push a piece of PVC on each side
of the axis from the outside. Be careful not to compress
the cardboard.

Step 10:
Fasten the battery holder (3) with hot glue as shown.
Wire everything according to the circuit diagram (see above). Con-
nect the red cable of the battery holder to the positive pole (marked
with a circular recess) of the motor. Cut off an approx. 80mm long
piece from the jumper wire (5). Strip insulation on both sides and
connect it to the external switch connection and to the motor
connection (-). Connect the black cable of the battery holder to the
middle switch connection.
Please Note.
If the vehicle reverses, simply switch the motor connections!

Put the reducer (11) onto the motor shaft as shown.

Step 8:
Glue the motor into the base frame with hot glue gun in
such a way that the rubber ring (10) is tightened when it is
placed on the reducing piece (11) of the motor shaft.
Step 9:
Cut out the individual parts from the enclosed template and glue them together at the fishplates. Cut holes (5 mm) for the
axles (see marking) with hole punch. Place the finished model on the base plate and glue it to the side parts of the base plate.
Cut off protruding body parts with scissors.

Step 11:
Glue two cardboard wheels (3) together.
Then cut both wheels out of the templa-
te and punch out the openings with the
punch pliers. Then glue the wheels onto
the double wheels (3).
Step 14:
Done!
Insert an AA 1,5 V mignon battery. The
vehicle will start moving when the switch
is switched on!
Step 12:
Fit the two wheels on both sides of the
axle, align and glue them to the axle!

Step 13:
Cut out 4 pieces 25 x 50 mm each from a
piece of cardboard (approx. 100 x 50 mm).
Fold in the middle and glue as reinforce-
ment from below to the "nose" and tail as
shown in the illustration. Cut off excess
cardboard.
