Grossanzeigen OC57-T sind programmierbare
Timer mit Ziffernhöhe von 57mm, 100mm bzw.
125mm. Über die externen Eingänge START, STOP
und RESET können die Timer gesteuert werden. Mit
einem Tastendruck an jede beliebige Taste an der
Rückwand kann einer der folgenden Zeitformate
gewählt werden:

999.9 M Minuten mit Dezimalformat
999.5 M Minuten im 60-er Format

Die Anzeigen sind 6-stellig, rot mit hochintensiven
Segmenten. Frontseitig sind sie IP65 geschützt und
für den Schalttafelbau vorgesehen. Die Tastatur zur
Wahl vom Anzeigeformat sowie zur Kalibration der
Zeitbasis ist an der Rückwand, so wie die Zähler
Ein- und Ausgänge.
Die Anzeigen werden als Prozessmonitore ohne
Kontrollfunktionen oder als Kontroller mit
Steuerausgängen wie Analogausgang, RS-
Schnittstele oder Grenzwertrelais hergestellt.
KALIBRATION
Die Quartz-Zeitbasis kann mit einem Skalierfaktor
mit Vorzeichen multipliziert werden. Die interne
Clockfrequenz wird dadurch beschleunigt oder
verlangsamt. Das Kalibriersubmenu wird wie folgt
erreicht:
Gerät ausschalten. Beim Einschalten die Taste
MENU gedrückt halten bis am Display HtESt
erscheint. Taste MENU nochmals drücken, Display
zeigt eine Zahl, z.B. - 5 an. Diese Zahl kann mit UP
inkrementiert, mit DOWN dekrementiert werden. Mit
diesem Faktor wird die interne Zeitbasis multipliziert.
Eine positive Zahl beschleunigt die Zeitbasis, eine
negative Zahl verlangsamt sie. Nach der Wahl wird
das Gerät ausgeschaltet und erneut eingeschaltet.
Die Anzeige übergeht in den Messmode.

0... 999999, 7 Segmenten rote LEDs, 57, 100 oder
125mm mit Dezimalpunkten.
ZEITBASIS
Präzise Zeitbasis mit Genauikeit von 50ppm/K, frei
über die Tastatur skalierbar.
EINGÄNGE
5-24V positive Impulse für START, STOP und
RESET. Eine 5V Spannung steht am Stecker an.
TASTATUR
Fünf Tasten auf der Rückseite zur Wahl vom
Zeitformat und der Skalierkonstante der Zeitbasis.

Large Displays OC57-T are programmable Timers
with 57mm, 100mm or 125mm display size. The
timer function is controlled with external signals at
three inputs START, STOP and RESET.
The keyboart at the rear permits the selection of the
desired display format:

The display has six red high intensity digits with
decimal points. The aluminum cabinet is for panel or
wall mount and is IP65 screened at the front.
The keyboard and the I/O connectors are placed at
the rear panel.
The large displays are made as Proces Monitors
without any control function, or as Controllers with
Analog Outputs, Serial Data Ports and Set Point
Relay or Transistors.
CALIBRATION
The Quartz Time Base can be multiplied with a
scaling factor. The internal clock frequency will be
increased when the factor is positive, or decreased
when negative. The Calibrating Submenu can be
entered as follows:
Switch-off the instrument and switch-on again while
pressing the key MENU until the display shows
HtESt. Press the key MENU again, the display
shows e.g. - 5. This factor can be incremented at
the display with the key UP or decremented with
DOWN for positive or negative values. The positive
number increases, the negative value decreases the
clock frequency. After selection, switch-off the
instrument. When switched-on again, the display
returns into the selected display mode.

Precision time base with accuracy of 50ppm/K can
be trimmed with the keyboard for highest accuracy
timings.
INPUTS
5 … 24V positiv pulses for START, STOP and
RESET. An Excitation of 5V is available at the rear
input connector.
KEYBOARD
The keyboard at the rear panel with 5 keys can be
used for the selection of the display format and for
the settings of the time base scaling correction.

within the entire display range of 0-999999.
CABINET
Aluminum cabinet for panel or wall mount, IP65
coverage at the front. The D-SUB terminals are at
the rear of the cabinet.
