STEP 1
1. Remove two M10X20mm Hex Bolts (90) and two M10 Washers (97) from two Weight Guide
Tubes (5).
2. Insert two Weight Guide Tubes (5) into the Rear Base Frame (1), using two M10X20mm Hex
Bolts (90) and two M10 Washers (97).
3. Attach the Arm Support Frame (13) to the Base Frame (2), using two M10X60mm Carriage Bolts
(83), two M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
4. Attach the Support Frame (4) to the Base Frame (2), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts (85), four
M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
5. Attach the Base Frame (2) to the Rear Base Frame (1), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts (85),
four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
6. Slide the Lower Fixed Tube (20) onto two Weight Guide Tubes (5), using two M8X15mm Hex
Bolts (94), and be close to the Rear Base Frame (1).

STEP 2
1. Slide two Rubber Rings (43) onto two Weight Guide Tubes (5).
2. Slide nine Weight Plates (39) down two Weight Guide Tubes (5).
3. Slide the Selector Shaft Bushing (52) down the Selector Shaft (22) at First hole fix with the
Selector Shaft Pin (53).
4. Insert the Selector Shaft (22) into hole of the Weight Plate (39).
5. Slide the Top Weight Plate (38) down the Selector Shaft (22). Insert the Weight Selector Pin
(51) into hole of desired Weight.
6. Put the Plastic Washer (54) on the Top Weight Plate (38).

STEP 3
1. Slide the Upper Fixed Tube (21) onto the two Weight Guide Tubes (5), using two M8X15mm
Hex Bolts (94).
2. Remove two M10X20mm Hex Bolts (90) and two M10 Washers (97) from two Weight Guide
Tubes (5).
3. Attach the Upper Cross Beam (3) to the Weight Guide Tube (5), using two M10X20mm Hex
Bolts (90) and two M10 Washers (97).
Note: Attach the Upper Fixed Tube (21) to two Weight Guide Tubes (5), and be close to the
Upper Cross Beam (3).
4. Attach the Upper Cross Beam (3) to the Support Frame (4), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts
(85), four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).

STEP 4
1. Attach the Left and Right Connect Frame (11&12) to the Upper Cross Beam (3), using six Oil
Bushings (47), Shaft (107), two M16 Washers (96) and two M16 Nylon Nuts (100).
2. Attach the Press Arm (10) to the Left and Right Connect Frame (11&12), using six Oil
Bushings (47), Shaft (107), two M16 Washers (96) and two M16 Nylon Nuts (100).
3. Insert the Quick Knob (long) (74) through the single hole on the Press Arm (10) to any one of
the holes on the fan-type plate.
4. Attach the Seat Support Frame (9) to the Support Frame (4), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts
(85), four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
5. Attach the Front Support Frame (8) to the Seat Support Frame (9) and the Base Frame (2),
using one M10X65mm Hex Bolt (86), one M10X70mm Hex Bolt (85), four M10 Washers (97)
and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).

1. Attach the Arm Bracket (14) to the Support Frame (13), using two M10X65mm Hex Bolts

2. Attach the Arm Bracket (14) to the Main Frame (4), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts (85),
four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
3. Insert the Arm (15) into the Arm Bracket (14), then attach the Axle Collar (40) to the Arm (15),
using four M6X6mm Screws (106).

STEP 6
1. Attach the Leg Extension Frame (7) to the Front Support Frame (8), one M10X75mm Hex Bolt
(84), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
2. Insert the Foam Roller Bracket (16) into the Front Support Frame (8), using one Quick Knob
(Short) (72).
3. Slide four Leg Foam Rollers (37) onto the Leg Extension Frame (7) and the Foam Roller
Bracket (16), then tap four 25mm Round End Caps (62) into the Leg Extension Frame (7) and
the Foam Roller Bracket (16).

1. Attach the Seat Cushion (35) to the Seat Frame (17), using two M8X40mm Hex Bolts (92) and

3. Attach the Backrest Cushion (36) to the Backrest Frame (19), using two M8X40mm Hex Bolts
(92) and two M8 Washers (98).
4. Insert the Backrest Frame (19) into the Support Frame (4), using one Quick Knob (short) (72).

STEP 8
1. Start with Upper Cable (76)
a). With Upper Cable (76) in groove of Pulley (49), thread Upper Cable (76) through Upper
Cross Beam (3).
b). Install Pulley NO.1 (49) to Upper Cross Beam (3), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88),
two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
c). Install Pulley NO.2 & NO.4 (49) to Support Frame (4), using two M10X40mm Hex Bolts (88),
four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
d). Install Pulley NO.3 & NO.5 (49), four Steel Bushings (
￠16X￠11
) (25) and Pulley Cover (26)
to between of Left and Right Connect Frames (11&12) , using two M10X235mm Hex Bolt (108),
four M10 Washers (97) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (101).
e). Install Pulley NO.6 (49) to Support Frame (4), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
f). Install Pulley NO.7 (49) to Support Frame (4), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
g). Install Pulley NO.8 (49) to Pulley Patches (28), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two
M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
h). Attach the bolt end of Upper Cable (76) to Select Shaft (22) with Plastic Washer (54).
i). Install Pulley NO.9 (49) to Upper Cross Beam (3), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two
M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
j). Attach Lat Bar (6) to the other end of Upper Cable (76), using one Chain (short) (41) and
two Pothooks (48).
2. Assembly Lower Cable (75)
a). With Lower Cable (75) in groove of Pulley (49) through Leg Extension Frame (7).
b). Install Pulley NO.10 (49) and two Plastic Bushing (short) (71) to Leg Extension Frame (7),
using one M10X65mm Hex Bolt (86), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
c). Install Pulley NO.11 (49) and two Plastic Bushing (long) (33) to Front Support Frame (8),
using one M10X70mm Hex Bolt (85), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
d). Install Pulley NO.12 (49) to Base Frame (2), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
e). Install Pulley NO.13 (49) to Arm Bracket (14), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
f). Install Pulley NO.14 (49) to Pulley Patches (28), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two
M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
g). Attach the end of Lower Cable (75) to Single Pulley U (29), using one M8X25mm Hex Bolt (93),
two M8 Washers (98) and one M8 Nylon Nut (102).
h). Attach Lower Bar (23) or Ankle Strap (34) to the other end of Lower Cable (75), using one
Chain (long) (42) and two Pothooks (48).

STEP 8
3. Assembly Arm Cable (77)
a). Run the end of Arm Cable (77) through Arm (15) and Rotational Pulley Block (18).
b). Install Pulley NO.15 (50) to Rotational Pulley Block (18), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt
(87), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
c). Insert Steel Bushing (
￠10X￠7 ) (31) into Roller (68), then attach Roller (68) to Rotational
Pulley Block (18), using one M6X45mm Hex Bolt (95), two M6 Washers (99) and one M6
Nylon Nuts (103).
d). Attach Cable U (32) to the ball end of Arm Cable (77).
e). Install Pulley NO.16 (50) to Arm (15), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (87), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
f). Install Pulley NO.17 (49) and Pulley Block (30) to Arm Bracket (14), using one M10X45mm
Hex Bolt (91), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
g). Install Pulley NO.18&20 (49) and two Pulley Blocks (30) to Arm Support Frame (13), using
one M10X110mm Hex Bolt (109), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
h). Install Pulley NO.19 (49) to Single Pulley U (29), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (88), two
M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
i). Install Pulley NO.21 (49) and Pulley Block (30) to Arm Bracket (14), using one M10X45mm
Hex Bolt (91), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
j). Run the other end of Arm Cable (77) through Arm (15) and Rotational Pulley Block (18).
k). Install Pulley NO.22 (50) to Arm (15), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (87), two M10
Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
l). Install Pulley NO.23 (50) to Rotational Pulley Block (18), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt
(87), two M10 Washers (97) and one M10 Nylon Nut (101).
m). Insert Steel Bushing (
￠10X￠7 ) (31) into Roller (68), then attach Roller (68) to Rotational
Pulley Block (18), using one M6X45mm Hex Bolt (95), two M6 Washers (99) and one M6
Nylon Nut (103).
n). Attach Cable U (32) to the ball end of Arm Cable (77).
o). Attach two Strap Handles (81) to the Cable U (32), using two M10X35mm Hex Bolts (89),
four M10 Washers (97), two M10 Nylon Nuts (101) and two Pothooks (48).

STEP 9
1. Insert the U-type Shaft (27) into the both up and down ends of the Safety Cover (80).
2. Attach the Safety Cover (80) to the Lower Fixed Tube (20) and the Upper Fixed Tube (21),
and rise the Upper Fixed Tube (21) to tighten the Safety Cover (80), and then M8X15mm
Hex Bolts (94) to fix the Upper Fixed Tube (21) on the Weight Guide Tube (5).
