carefully before using. It will help you to learn more details about the points of using and
maintenance, and various cautions about safety riding, which will create more enjoyments

1. Overview Drawing
2. Precautions:
For your safety, please read carefully and follow the indications:
1. Please do not attempt to dismantle or modify the product.
2. In order to avoid danger, please hold the handlebars firmly and do not stand on the
bicycle or engage in tricks or stunts when riding the bicycle.
3. Children and pets shall be kept away from trainer in use. Please place it properly
when not in use to avoid misuse by children.
4. Make sure to prevent objects from falling into the mechanism to avoid damage.
5. Before each training session, please make sure the four (4) foot pads are in contact
with the ground and the trainer is stable.
6. Please keep 1 m of empty space around the trainer at least.
7. Before each operation, please make sure that dedicated quick release set is
installed on your bicycle, the fixed arm is fitted with bilateral end covers of quick
release set correctly, and hooked up to steel cable indeed.
The points of caring and keeping
1. Clean the trainer and lubricate related accessories, and keep the trainer from any
corrosive substances such as salt.

2. Do not grind, drill or score a mark on the surface of the trainer. A big scratch, hole or
nick will lead to cracks.
3. Please place the trainer indoors, keep dry to avoid moist and damage.
Adjust the bicycle
Please adjust a proper height of seat pad and handlebar, and the angle of handlebar and so
on according to your riding preferences.
Familiar with bicycle trainer:
The trainer is designed to give the users a simulated feeling of riding a bicycle on the road.
Please sit on it slowly at the beginning and try to pedal slowly to be familiar with it. Please
try to shift all speeds to make sure the gear can be shifted correctly.
The bicycle trainer can simulate the road of uphill and flat road to practice sprinting. The
user does not have an idling feeling due to fast rotational speed.
In the swing, please follow the body swing margin. Do not deliberately and
dramatically swing in order to avoid danger.
Suggestions:
1. Please do not improperly use or overuse, otherwise it may lead to injury.
2. Please stop immediately and take a rest if you are uncomfortable or experience
something strange with normal operation.
3. It is proposed to use the trainer in the well ventilated areas or use ventilator to avoid
overheating.
3. Safety instruction for use
When you use this product, please abide by the following basic precautions:

Danger-please carefully operate this product to avoid electric shock:
After using this product and before cleaning it, please remember to unplug this product from
the power socket.
Warning-to reduce the risk of scald, fire, electric shock or any physical injuries:
1 When this product is plugged, please note the state to avoid danger at any time.
Please unplug the product from power socket when not in use or when you are wearing
or taking off clothes and articles,
2 When children, patients, and the disabled people are using or close to this product,
please be sure to look after them to avoid danger.
3 Please be sure to follow the contents in instructions to operate and use this product.
Please do not arbitrarily assemble any additional products without approval of
manufacturing company and dealers to prevent danger.
4 If it is found that electric wire and plug of the product are damaged or operates
abnormally, or water flows into the trainer, please do not continuously operate and use

this product. Please send it to service center of manufacturing company and dealers for
inspection and maintenance.
5 When you move this product, please do not take power cord or other electric wire as
the handle.
6 Keep the electric wire away from high temperature surface or floor.
7 Please do not drop or insert any objects into the mechanism of this product.
8 Please do not operate and use this product outdoor.
9 Please do not operate and use this product in the space of aerosol (such as insecticide)
or thin air.
10 Before turning off this product, please adjust all switches to OFF position, and then
remove plug from the socket.
11 When using this product, please connect the product to a proper ground socket.
12 If power cord is damaged, it shall be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or
service agent or professional maintenance personnel to avoid accidents.
13 This product is not applicable to people who have physical defects, mental illness or
lack experience and knowledge (including children), unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. The children shall be supervised and ensured to keep away from the
trainer.
14 Incorrect or excessive training may cause injuries for health.
15 The equipment shall be installed on stable base or flat place.
16 The area (2,000*1,000 mm) behind the trainer is a safety area.
17 The maximum user’s weight is 115KG.
18 The safety level of the equipment can be maintained only if it is inspected regularly for
damage and abrasion of the trainer.
19 Any of adjustment devices that can influence users’ exercise shall not be dismantled
from the trainer.

4.3. Unfolding/folding of rear support
4.3.1. Unfolding
Rear support is rotated upwards until the latch automatically locates in fixed hole.
4.3.2. Folding
Pull steel cable upwards and loosen the fixed latch.

4.4. Assembly steps of handrail
Step1.
1 Emergency stop button is fixed in horizontal tube of the handrail with C screws. The
wire threads from the notch on the both sides of cylindrical hole of screws below and is
pulled to the front end of horizontal tube.
2 Upper and lower covers of emergency stop button are fixed with A and B screws. When
screw column of lower cover is inserted into the hole of horizontal tube, please do not
squeeze wire.
Step2.
After wire of safety button is tied together with the tie which is enclosed in vertical tube of
the handrail, please pull out from the lower hole of vertical tube. Next, vertical tube A and
vertical tube B of handrail are put into horizontal tube of handrail. Finally, the screws D are
put into the upper and nylon nut E is tightened (totally tighting is not necessary until handrail
tubes will not be loose.)

Step 3.
Handrails are fixed on frame with screws F.
※Each screw is screwed into screw hole about 5~10 mm, and then each screw and nylon
nuts below the vertical tube are tightened one by one.※
Step 4.
Screws of upper cover for electric components are loosed and then removed from the
frame.

Step5.
Thread the wire of emergency stop button through the lateral hole on the front end of the
frame and connect it to the connecting wire of stop button of inverter.
Step6.
Clamp both ends of exposed wire with cable clip G. Then, put the cable clip into the hole of
handrail tube and frame for fixation.
※Installation method of cable clip: wire are clamped with cable clip, and then inserted into
the hole according the hole shapes and rotated by 90°for fixation.
Step7.
After finishing, please install the upper cover of electric components.

5. Precautions of handrail installation
Handrail can be installed on the left or right side according to
requirements of users. Please note the following key points for
installation direction:
Vertical tube of the handrail is tilted towards the outside of trainer.
Emergence stop switch faces inside of trainer
Emergence stop button is close to the front end of trainer.

6. Install the bicycle on the trainer
Step1.
Install dedicated quick release set on rear wheel of the bicycle and tighten with spanner H.
Please note that: latch of bilateral end covers faces upwards.
Step2.
The fixed arm for quick release set of bike is vertical to the ground and then fit the round
holes into bilateral end covers of quick release set.
Please note that: elliptical hole faces forwards.

Step3.
The fixed arm for quick release set shall be rotated downwards and be paralleled the
ground. Next, please check and confirm that the latch of end cover of quick release set is
put into the elliptical holes on the ends of fixed arm.
Step4.
Fit the rear round holes of fixed arm into the hook of the connecting steel cable of rear
support.

7. Precautions for use
Before using, please make sure the 4 foot pads are in contact with the ground. If
the trainer still waggles, please adjust the height of foot pad.
For safety, when you stop riding, please place both feet on bilateral foot rail. There
is no upholder under running belt of the area which is marked with slash. Please
do not tread on this area.

In the case of emergency, press emergency button on handrail and stop operating
trainer.
When resuming use, please turn emergency stop button according to arrow
direction, and then turn off then turn on the power of trainer to restart.

8. Adjustment of running belt
When running belt is off-centered, please stop
operating the trainer. Afterwards, please use 10
mm hex wrench to adjust hexagonal screws
inside the plastic rear end caps. For example:
when running belt is moving to towards the left,
please adjust left screws clockwise for 1/4 turn.
Similarly, if when running belt is moving towards
to the right, please adjust right screw clockwise
for 1/4 turn. After adjustment, please restart the
trainer. If you find that the belt has not moved to
the proper position, please repeat the steps
above. The trainer can‘t be used again until
running belt is in central position.
This adjustment is very important. If
the above situation is found, please
follow the above steps to adjust.
The running belt may be slightly
off-centered according to the user’s
posture and weight. When operating
the trainer normally, it is fine as long as
running belt does not rub nearby parts
abnormally.
