Agency» such as NFI (National
Fireplace Institute®) or CSIA
(Chimney Safety Institute of
America) in the United States
and in Canada by WETT
(Wood Energy Technology
Transfer) or in Quebec
by APC (Association des
Professionnels du Chauffage).

officials about restrictions
and installation inspection
requirements in your local
area.
A building permit might be
required for the installation of
this stove and the chimney
that it is connected to. It is
also highly recommended to
inform your home insurance
company.
