SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SAFETY
The environment in which you use your machine must meet basic sa ety requirements
i.e. do not use within range o potentially dangerous chemical vapours.
Machine positioning, environment, and overall workspace are also important actors.
Make sure you leave enough space all round to com ortably manoeuvre the machine.
Working in a tight space leaving little or no room imposes poor working posture, makes
movement di icult, and can create hazardous situations.
For the steam unit to work e iciently the ambient temperature should be between 10°
C and 40°C with humidity lower than 90%.
USE OF DETERGENTS DISCLAIMER
WE RECOGNISE THAT IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS THE ADDITION OF A DETERGENT CAN
ASSIST THE POWER OF STEAM AND SPEED UP THE CLEANING PROCESS. WE CAN ONLY
SUGGEST AS A GENERAL GUIDELINE THE USE OF NON -CLASSIFIED DETERGENTS
ACCORDING TO COSHH REGULATIONS, OF NEUTRAL PH VALUE, FROM REPUTABLE
MANUFACTURERS.
OSPREYDEEPCLEAN WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY AGGRESIVE DETERGENTS OR
CHEMICAL AGENT WITH OUR MACHINES AND THE USER REMAINS SOLELY RESPONSI-
BLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGES.
NEVER ADD DETERGENTS INTO THE BOILER OR WATER CONTAINERS INTENDED FOR
BOILER REFILLING
MAINTENANCE
As the machine is operated with tap water, it should be de-scaled regularly in order to
maximise its use ul li e and maintain top operating per ormance. The requency with
which this is done will depend upon the degree o water hardness and the amount the
appliance is used. With an average water hardness we recommend that the unit be
de-scaled at least every six to twelve months.
