Before Beginning Assembly:
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Unpack the package and place the parts onto a clean, soft surface to avoid any scratch or damage the product.
Pick up one leg (B) and align to the notch at the leg frame (C )
Affix the legs and the leg frame with the bolt (1),spring washer, flat washer by using the hardware package A.
Repeat the same process with the remaining legs.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Step 2
Stand the assembled leg frame upright.
Align the leg top end to the notch on the Swivel Plate.
Affix the legs and the Swivel Plate with Bolt (2), Spring Washers, Flat Washers by using the hardware package B.
Partially drive in all screw in this part of the assembly.
Once all screws are aligned , tigthen in all screws, in a sequential manner.
This next step is to assemble the Backrest Panel to the Seat Base.
As both parts are curved, both parts must fit snugly together.
Place the seat frame (E) upside down, over a table.
Align the bolt holes on the Backrest (A) and the holes on the Seat Frame (E) ,
Affix the Backrest and the Seat Frame with the Bolt (2), Spring Washer(3), Flat Washer(5) by using the hardware package C.
Partially screw in the middle Bolt first.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Step 3
Then, partially, screw in either left or right screws.
Once all three screws are aligned, tighten all 3 screws.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN BOLT.

Step 4
Place the assembled Swivel Plate upside down to the seat frame, as shown above.
Turn the Swivel Plate some 45° degrees to the position as above show.
Align the bolt holes on the Swivel Plate to the holes on the Seat Frame.
Affix the the Swivel Plate with the Bolt (4), Spring Washer, Flat Washer by using the hardware package D.
Partially screw in these four of bolts into the Swivel Plate.
As the Seat Base and Seat Back are both curved surfaces, ALIGN AND ADJUST this two parts to fit snugly.
Turn in all screws.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Ensure that all bolts are fully driven in and locked in.
Turn this Barchair right way up and ensure this Barchair is stable.
Place the chair on a LEVEL SURFACE to see if it wobbles.
If it wobbles, lift the chair to some 30cm to 50cm height off from the ground.
Keep your feet and toes well away from the drop zone.
Drop the chair freely and vertically, with the four legs hitting the ground, at the same time.
This Drop Test will help to ensure that all the bolts and gaps to reach full alignment status.
Test again for evenness on a LEVEL SURFACE.
If no wobbles found, proceed to tighten all the bolts.
CAUTION : When tightening these bolts, tighten sequentially.
DO NOT tighten any one screw fully in any one time and then move towards the next one.
This may cause the frame to warp.
If there is still wobbles, loosen the bolts and execute this same drop tests.
WARNING!! DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
OVER TIGHTENING COULD LEAD TO DAMAGE OF THE PRODUCT.
TIGHTEN ONLY UNTIL SECURE AND STABLE.
The Barchair now is ready for use.
After a period of use, you may find the Barchair joints, may, become loose.
Get the Allen Key and tighten up all Bolts.
