Safety Instructions

- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
- Keep this user’s guide for future reference.
- Keep the cords out of reach of children.
- Test the home monitor before use. Become familiar with its functions and features.
- Do not place the baby unit or cables in the cot or within arm’s reach of the baby
(the unit should be at least 1 metre away).
- Do not cover the home monitor with a towel or blanket.
- Never use extension cords with AC adapters. Only use the ACadapters provided.
- Do not install the home monitor near a heat source.
- Only use the chargers and power adapters provided.
Do not use other chargers or power adapters as this may damage the device and batteries.
- Do not touch the charger or plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.
WARNING
This home monitor is compliant with all relevant standards regarding
Guide, safe to use. Therefore, always read the instructions in this User’s
Guide carefully before using the device.

1.2 Keys
All ovizee handset operation are done with the following keys :
Power, Menu, Enter, Cam1, Cam2, Cam3, Cam4, Up, Down, Left, Right.
Press <Menu> to go to enter the main menu. The main menu consist of the pairing,
LCD contrast, brightness, video display timer, night-vision, voice trigger and snap-shot video
viewer selection. Press <Menu> again to quit.

Push the ON/OFF switch down to switch on the camera. The Power LED indicator will turn on.
There is no setup involved. Just plug-in power and it will start working. For additional camera,
pairing procedures must be done before usage, please refer 2.1 for details.
The camera unit comes with built-in light-sensor, IR-LED, Power LED,
microphone and speakers that work with Ovizee handset unit.

2.1 Camera unit power supply
1. Connect the small plug of the AC adaptor to the baby unit and the
other end to the mains socket (230V/50Hz).
NOTE
Only use the enclosed power adapter (5V DC / 1000mA).
2. Push down the power switch to switch on the baby unit. The power
LED will light up in green.

2.2 Vision unit battery installation

1. Insert the wire tab of the rechargeable battery pack into the contact
2. Close the battery compartment and tighten the screw in a clockwise
direction.
- It will take a few seconds to start up the unit.
The battery icon indicates that the battery pack is low and
needs to be recharged. The battery pack takes about 15 hours
to charge fully.

2.3 Vision unit power supply
IMPORTANT
Install the rechargeable battery pack before connecting the AC power
supply.
1. Connect the small plug of the AC adaptor to the parent unit and the
other end to the mains socket (230V/50Hz)
NOTE
Only use the enclosed power adapter (5V DC / 1000mA)..
2. The LCD screen illuminates and starts up automatically after a few
seconds.
3. Press and hold Enter to turn OFF the parent unit.
NOTE
Once the baby and parent units are switched on, the display on the parent
unit will show the video captured by the baby unit.

2.4 First time installation
done before normal operation (Note: Devices comes with Camera/Viewer
pair needs no pairing as they are already pre-paired in the factory).
Choose the zone for paring by pressing ZONE1 to ZONE4. Press <MENU>
to go to main menu, and then press <UP> and <DOWN> to select sub-menu
<PAIRING> to start the pairing action.
Press <ENTER> to start pairing function. At this moment, the wireless
device should also be entered into pairing state. This can be done by:

No further pairing is needed for subsequent use. Just switch on the
devicesin future and the camera and viewer units are already pair.

press <ZONE1> to go to video zone 1,
press <ZONE2> to go to video zone 2,
press <ZONE3> to go to video zone 3,
press <ZONE4> to go to video zone 4.
The corresponding video and audio
will be activated.

3.3 Talk function(Vision to Camera)
3.4 Snap-shot Function (Handheld to Camera )
Up/Talk
Down/Snap
Press <UP/TALK> to set two ways audio,
a“Talking”icon will be showed on the top of the display.
Hold this key to continue talking.
Release the key after speaking.
Press <Down/Snap shot> to take one photo on current display.
The photo will be stored on the Micro-SD card.
Note that a mini-SD card is needed ( not-supplied ) for this function.

3.6 Night-Vision
Press <MENU> then <UP> and <DOWN> to select Video Timer
Press <LEFT> and <RIGHT> to set video on timer
( 15s, 1 min and always on )
Press <MENU> again to quit
* Note that the power up default setting is 1 min
* Video Timer setting is applied to all cameras
Press <MENU> then <UP> and <DOWN> to select
Night-Vision function. Press <Left> or <Right> to
activate the IR-LED.
* Note that the camera will automatically go to night-vision
while light intensity is not enough.

3.7 Voice Trigger/Wakeup
3.8 Contrast Control
Press <MENU> then <UP> and <DOWN> to select voice
trigger function.
Press <LEFT> or <RIGHT> to choose VOX level
Right mode= Maximum volume to turn on the camera
If voice trigger is detected by the camera, the PandaVision
Viewer will automatically switch to the camera even it is
viewing other channel or standby.
* note that VOX setting can set on individual camera
Press <MENU> then <UP> and <DOWN> to select
LCD contrast control

3.9 Memory-card Photo-viewer
3.10 Real-Time-Clock setup
Ovizee handset supports snap-shot function if a micro-SD card
( < 2GB ) is present. ( The Micro-SD card should be FAT16
or FAT32 pre-formatted )
All photo will be stored in the order PV000000 to PV999999,
under the directory “OVIZEEVIS”
Press <Enter> to go to photo-viewer function, the most
updated photo will be displayed. Press <Left>
and <Down> to review last and next photo.
Press <Menu> to quit photo-viewer function
This date/time function will be used for snap-shot photo.
Press <Menu> then <UP> and <DOWN> to select
REAL-TIME-CLOCK setup.
The real-time clock will be reset when no battery.
Clock will be displayed in the following format:
Year/Month/Day
Hour/Min
Press <Left> or <Right> to select year/month
/day/hour/min to be changed.
Press <Up> or <Down> to change.
Press <Menu> again to quit

At the end of the product lifecycle, you should not

take the product to a collection point for the recycling of
