Baking Stone

While every attempt is made to ensure the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot

Before first use, apply vegetable oil to the surface of the stone and pre-heat slowly
(start on a low temperature and slowly increase the temperature).
Once the stone has been pre-heated it is ready for baking.
After baking, clean the baking stone with a stiff nylon brush and hot water. Do not use
soap or detergents as this will damage the non-stick coating.
This product is not dishwasher safe.
Towel dry immediately after cleaning and apply a light coating of oil while the stone is
still warm. Do not let the baking stone air dry as this may cause rusting. Store the
baking stone in a cool, dry place.
Remember that the handle will become very hot during use. Always use oven gloves
to prevent burns while moving or handling the baking stone.
