Mudguard setup
Step 1:
Do sub-assembly of front and rear mudguard first.

Step 2:
Remove both front and rear wheels and put the bike upside down on
smooth and clean floor.

Step 3:
Tighten the three bolts (one at front end and two at L/R mudguard
holder) to hold the rear mudguard in place.

Step 4:
Assemble the front end to front fork as illustrated, note the black
spacer in between.
Assemble the rear spokes to front fork, adjust distance between
muduard and tire, tighten the screw again.
